The largest boar (#3) lowers its enormous bristly head and charges out of the forest at Gobber in an attempt to punch a hole in the halfling with its long yellowed grisly tusks.
The boar charges wildly and instead of piercing flesh its tusks snag a piece of exposed undershirt sticking out from Gobber’s leather armor ripping a large hole through it in the process.
DM Note: Those of you who held actions for when the boar was about to charge may use them now. Then Thokein you are up.
A flame-like radiance flashes heads towards the largest boar (#3) charging past Gobber. The boar veers to avoid the flaming light, but takes an arrow in the head from Gobber for its trouble. It continues running into Thokein's path who slashes down at it with his humungous greataxe. The boar does not even have time to squeal as the axe cleaves it in two.
Seeing this happen another boar (#4) charges out of the woods at Gobber in an attempt to stop him from firing his bow again.
This boar (#4) also misses Gobber and flies headlong into the path of the rest of the party. The rest of the boars (#'s 1, 5, 6, 2) remain off the trail deeper in the forest.
Healer charges toward the boar that is adjacent to Gobber. As he moves a deep growl emanates from his abdomen. In a flash of green light he is gone. Replaced by a massive Dire Wolf. Much like Healer's other animal forms, this one looks strange. In place of fur there is a pelt of soft gray grass. Like some lost meadow in a haunted wood.
Once close enough the Dire Wolf executes a bite attack with advantage from Pack Tactics.
Bite: 13
Damage: 15
The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength check or be knocked prone.
Healer’s massive jaws clench the boars neck as he drags the feral hog to the ground. The pig tries to let out a frenzied squeal, but it comes out a choked gurgle as the blood wells up in the dying beat’s throat. Seeing another one of their pack slaughtered by the massive wolf the rest of the boars (#'s 1, 5, 6, 2) turn and run deeper into the forest.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gobber is going to pursue the boars while unsheathing his shortswords. He's going to strike the farthest one he can reach with both his blades. "Here's Gobber!"
Gobber catches the slowest boar[#2] at the back of the pack in the hind quarter with two strikes from his swords. The boar squeals in pain and stumbles to the ground. It is loosing blood quickly and flailing trying to hold on for dear life. The other boars continue to run leaving their fallen brethren behind.
Angie runs up to Gobber and the fallen boar. "Perhaps this boar could be of some use. If one of you guys can tame it maybe I can heal it. What do you think?"
Angie looks at Healer deadpan, "Or we could just kill it. Either way." Angie looks away a bit exasperated and mutters under her breath, "Sheesh, maybe he should change his name to Euthanizer." She wanders over to the troll like things to see if she can learn anything about them or what they were doing when the boars caught them.

You can make a nature check to try to figure out more about them. Or you can make an investigation check to try to figure out what happened to them.
At Angie's remark healer's ears go back and his head falls. He whimpers softly. As Angie investigates the bodies, healer begins sniffing around them. Trying to pull apart the different scents.
Forest trolls mostly live in the deep forests of Trudvang, usually in abandoned caves or hollows. They have a nose as long as their ears and a bent, sinewy body with brown, or sometimes green skin. Their mouth tusks are not as strong as those of other trolls, but they do have a set of razor-sharp teeth. Forest trolls have a special connection to the blue-colored mud that they like to paint their bodies with. They believe that the mud has magical properties that gives them power and strength when they rush to face their enemies, something that is not factually correct. The mud is difficult to come by and often is found in smaller pools of mud deep within the darkest forests. At that point the mud has a yellow and brown color, but when it dries it becomes blue. Since the forest trolls cannot feel fear, they are not afraid of dying. In battle, a forest troll chooses a victim and attacks until it is dead. When the troll has defeated the victim, it tries to plunder the corpse before charging another foe which is likely how this pair died at the tusks of the boards you came across.

Angie fires Sacred Flame at the biggest boar. The boar will need to roll a Dex saving throw or take 4 damage.

Healer lazily wanders over to the fallen boar. Places his massive jaws on the boars neck, with a simple flex, ends its suffering.

Healer you smell iron from the troll’s blood, sweat matted fur, and earthy rot from the blue mud smeared across the dead trolls.
DM Note: Someone can also make the investigation check if you’d like to check the bodies for loot.
