(You can't cast two spells that are higher than cantrip so you could only do conjure animals or healing word. If you do healing word you can cast a cantrip as your action. No worries on the NPCs. The other snake would still remain the spell isn't concentration.)
OOC: I would conjure the animals then... I didn't realise that since one is an action an the other is a bonus action I couldn't do them both. LEARNED SOMETHING NEW! I will try to live long enough to heal myself next turn then....

Zinmaer's first blow cracks against the guard's chin sending his helmet flying. The second is parried by the guard's sword but the kick snaps the guard's neck and the lifeless body falls to the floor.
The duke smiles and says, "At least they brought a lively bunch to try and kill us." as he levels his crossbows at Mucor.
Mucor- Atk: 1611 Dmg: 88 (if either hit): 14
Gabriel glares back and says, "Do not underestimate your foes duke. The purification of your bodies is at hand." Rushing forward Gabriel passes by the guard and attempt to grab the Maester and casts Inflict Wounds and will Channel divinity if it hits for an additional 17 damage.
Atk: 22 Dmg: 13
The maester barely dodges out of the way as Gabriel releases the spell.

Gaelin will peek around the doorway and maintain concentration on the Heat Metal (bonus) and cast Guiding Bolt (2nd level) at the maester. After shooting the spell Gaelin will return to the wall outside the room.
(The Duke failed is WIS save on the Slow spell. He should only have one crossbow attack on Mucor, right? Additionally a -2 to AC if that affects anything on Gabriel's attack.)

The bolt of green/blue energy slams into the maester's shoulder burning away parts of clothing and searing skin. (The next attack against him has advantage.)

The guard shoots another bolt at Zinmaer. The Sheriff screams in anger at the now glowing armor searing his flesh but continues to swing his sword at Mucor and the Maester recoils slightly from the damage sustained and goes invisible.

Quick note to add. Anyone with passive perception of 16 or higher can just make out a shimmer of glowing light in the southwest corner of the room roughly the size of the maester.
Jinara will feint into the doorway and quickly(spending 2 Sorcery Points for Quickened Spell) cast Scorching Ray in the area where the maester was before he became invisible. 1 of the rays target the spot adjacent to Gabriel (the exact location where he was), and the other 2 rays will target the sheriff. He will then, shift back to his original location pressed against the wall just outside the door. As his action, Jinara will reach inside his cloak, grab a potion of healing, and down it quickly.
Ray #1 (disadvantage for invisible and advantage for guiding bolt cancel I assume so I have rolled a standard attack) = ATK10 DMG6

Aryn sees Mucor fall and recalls the image if the sheriff killing her father. She will hide (bonus) draws back the bow string and releases an arrow at his head.
The Sheriff laughs and says, "The first has fallen, there are more to come." As he finishes three rays of flame burst into the room two missing their targets but one striking the sheriff in the chest melting away a portion of the red hot armor burning a deep hole in his chest just as an arrow pierces through the sheriff's eye. The flaming sword extinguishes itself as the body of the sheriff falls to the floor.

Zinmaer thinks to himself, "It cannot end like this, not today." Feeling very weak and with blood pouring down his body he would disengage from the guard (spending 1 Ki Point for Step of the Wind bonus action)and go around the outside of the room avoiding the rough terrain in the middle of the room to use two swinging blows against the Duke with his quarter staff.
Attack: 8 Damage: 5
Attack: 10 Damage: 6
If any of these hit then he will use Stunning Strike (another ki Point used) in an attempt to stun the Duke (14 Con Save).
(The sad thing is that I have a ton of spell slots and healing spells and even some healing potions on me... but they arn't doing me any good at the moment... I am so mad at that damn counterspell.... XtraCrispy was just waiting to ruin my day with that one :D)

The minotaur will rage and let out a guttural roar when the animals fail to materialize.
