As Zinmaer's second strike hits a small shock wave jolts through the duke's body and his muscles begin to tense up. He tries to move but is unable.
The maester's ears ring and blood begins to poor from his ears. He puts his hand up to his ear then brings his hand slowly back down. He is still invisible. (You are unsure if the spell hit of missed.) He grins and casts Magic missile (2nd level) at Zinmaer and Gaelin.
The guard attacks the nearest target, the snake releasing a crossbow bolt into its side killing the snake. The zombie moves for the guard but swings wide and misses the guard.
Gabriel enraged at the sight of Mucor going down rushes towards the duke bringing down his axe with all the fury he can muster.
Aryn will draw back her bow and release an arrow at the duke. (stunned so advantage right?) Then she will move inside the room to the northwest corner.

Mucor will stagger to his feet, muttering under his breath as he casts healing word under his breath. As his wounds heal a bit more, the minotaur would snort and let out a loud roar as he picks up his spear and launches it towards the shimmering figure in the corner. "Counter-spell this ass hole!"
(Healing word at 2nd level 8) (Throw spear Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Mucor would the move towards the duke and point wards him with his large bloody hand before sending a cloud of black spores to choke out the man.
After taking the hit from the Magic Missile Zinmaer's body goes limp and falls to the side. (forgot to adjust HP, but I really only had 3 HP when the missile hit for 3 damage lol)
Jinara peers back into the room to see Aryn's arrow and Mucor's spear aimed at the same location. He also sees Zinmaer's blow stun the Duke before falling to the ground. In elvish Jinara cries "Bastards!!!" (I am sure that elven language has such a word :) ). Jinara reaches down towards his boot and grabs a piece of metal. He slides it through the palm of his hand while facing the duke and location of his companion's target, and with a roar (draconic) casts Hold Person at 3rd level. (Slow will no longer be in effect on the Duke)

For his bonus action, Jinara will convert a 1st level spell slot for 2 sorcery points. Jinara will maintain his current position.
Seeing Zinmaer hit the floor and Jinara's exclamation Gaelin would shake his head clearing his focus and mutter, "Not today" casting Healing Word (2nd level) on Zinmaer. He will then turn to the corner and cast Toll the Dead on the location of the shimmer. DC14 Wis or take 12

The duke 's muscles relax but feels a sharp cold pain in his head and his body goes stiff from Jinara's spell. The maester chuckles as the arrow and spear miss thinking he's escaped when his body suddenly becomes non-responsive. A loud ring in his ears is the last thing he hears as blood pours out from his mouth, nose and ears. The shimmer dissipates and the corpse of the maester falls to the ground with a thump.
Gabriel's eyes glow with excitement as he sees the second target fall. "Purification awaits duke." he says as he swings his axe in a high wide arc.

The axe cleaves off a chunk of the duke's shoulder but he still stands and grits his teeth.
The zombie and guard scuffle. The guard trips and falls to the ground as the zombie bites out a chunk of flesh from his neck. Blood pours from the wound and in a last dying effort the guard pulls out a dagger and stabs the zombie through the eye. The guard's arm falls limp as the life flows out from his wound while the corpse of the zombie still resting across his torso.

Aryn will walk forward towards the duke pulling out a dagger in each hand. She'll look over the group of strangers who freed her and her brother, shared blood and were willing to die alongside her. She'll hand Mucor a dagger nodding and whisper in the duke's ear. "For my father" as she stabs the duke in the back.

Mucor would nod to Aryn as he takes the dagger, but instead of stabbing the duke with the dagger... a flash of rage would spread across the minotaurs face as he swings his head and attempts to gore the paralyzed duke.
Horn Attack: 24 Damage: 8 (Forgot advantage 8 = 2nd attack roll).... also... any attacks are a crit if you read the description of paralized... soo here is another 6 damage)
The minotaur would then fling the duke into the air with his horns in a rage, tossing him into the air and on to the jagged rocks and wood debris scattered across the floor with a loud snort.

Zinmaer stands back up with a renewed sense of energy. He looks around and only sees the Duke remaining. He gathers himself and takes two big swings with his quarterstaff!

Mucor drops his head letting the duke's lifeless body slide off his horn. Blood seeps from the large hole in the duke's chest and a pool begins to form from the wound in his back. Zinmaer adds some blows from his quaterstaff to ensure the job is done. Silence falls on the room as you take in your surroundings.
