Aryn's arrow sinks into the skeleton's skull and explodes in a blueish white display of electrical energy. The collection of bones falls off the wall in a dusty heap.
(Jinara would have cast Shield as a reaction to the initial arrow. The first would miss, but the 2nd would still find purchase. Would the damage be 7?)

Gaelin will turn to Jinara and inspire him singing (To the tune of Whip it) "When there's skeletons around, you must kill them, if you don't we'll all go down, so you must kill them... Kill them good". (Jinara you can add a D8 to an ability check, attack roll or saving throw in the next 10 minutes)Gaelin will then use his movement and action to sprint 60ft west along the wall.

Zinmaer would refocus his Ki after dodging the volley of arrows breezing past him. When preparing his next move, he looks to the south at the skeletons who targeted him, glances east at the skeletons along his current path, then to the north towards the Mephits. He bolts with uncanny speed toward the south to respond to his attackers. He moves 35 ft until he runs into that first skeleton and makes a swing with his quarterstaff.
ATK 13 DMG7
If the skeletons remains, a 2nd attack would be thrown (If skeleton dies, then he would move 10 ft further and then jump into the next skeleton for this attack)
ATK #2 24 DMG 8 (the roll did not auto-add the critical damage so I am rolling another d8 here = 8)
(Bonus Action - Unarmed Strike) Zinmaer will use his quarterstaff to land from his jump, supporting himself in a pole vault like manner, bringing his foot around to the body of the next skeleton
ATK #3 20 DMG 7
Landing on his feet after that kick, Zinmaer would ready himself for the next action.
(@Jinara- Yes 7 damage. @ Gaelin- Yes, each tower except for the southernmost gate towers have stairs that give access to the ground. I'll try to add in where the additional access points are on the next map update.)
Zinmaer's first blow causes the skeleton to drop his bow and the second sends the skeleton's head flying. The bones scatter to the ground as Zinmaer kicks the skeleton causing minor fractures.
Mucor will continue to east along the ramparts towards the skeletons. As he does, he will shake his head wildly before inhaling a large number of spores as his eyes go wide.
Action to use wildshape and gain mushroom powers!

You can use Wild Shape to awaken the spores that infuse you to gain +28 temp HP, roll double damage dice for your Halo of Spores damage, and deal 1d6 additional poison damage when you hit with a melee weapon attack. These all last for 10 minutes, or until you lose all these temporary hit points, or until you use your Wild Shape again.

The two mephits breath fire on a skeleton charring the bones until they turn to ash. Seeing this display four skeletons respond by releasing arrows into the mephits who both fall to the ground and explode taking out another skeleton.
Three target Zinmaer and only one hits for 5 damage. Two target Gaelin but both arrows narrowly miss. Two more target Mucor and one arrow hits for 3 damage. The lone skeleton on the west wall releases an arrow at Aryn but misses.

Aryn would continue to rush forward 70ft (move & dash still at a slight diagonal pace. Heading for the southwest tower.) and release an arrow at the skeleton on the west wall.
(I’ll be honest and say I didn’t know exactly which one you were targeting so I just killed the one that was still alive next to Zinamer. They have an AC of 13 and 14HP)

Standing over the bones of the skeleton he just power-kicked, Zinmaer senses the onslaught of arrows heading his way. He ducks one, spins to miss the 2nd, but the 3rd heads straight for him, finding purchase.
Upon contact, he begins to run towards the closest skeleton (20 ft away). About 10 ft away, he would zig to his left, plant his foot, zag back to his right planting his right foot on the wall before he comes down with his quarterstaff.
ATK #1 = 9 DMG 5
If skeleton still remains, 2nd attack below (If skeleton falls, Zinmaer will move his remaining movement to the closest skeleton to the east)
Gaelin will look back to Mucor and start singing, "Oh it's the eye of the owlbear, it's the thrill of the fight, giving help to my friends and killing bad guys" then run west to the tower then north to the inner gate.
(Mucor you get a D8 that you can add to attack rolls, saves or checks)
Mucor will frown at how quickly his elementals were dispatched before turning his head towards the skeleton on the top of the keep. Extending his arm, he will suppon a cloud of necrotic spores to choke out the skeleton.
