Zinmaer had turned the corner and just before he could reach the mage he hears him mutter a few words and everything goes black. He sees himself running through the fields and as if it were yesterday he remembers trickling his hands across the top of the long grass. He hears his name and he turns to her voice. It's her...Daena. He hadn't remembered the details of her face in this way for sometime. "Maybe this is real. Maybe I never left." He runs to her and just before he reaches her she fades away.
Zinmaer lands on his feet right behind Mucor as if he had never left. He would move up to the nearest guard and unleash two quick strikes with his blades quarterstaff and then also send a kick (as a BA).
The second mage chuckles and counterspells Jinara's counterspell saying, "You don't know what you're up against boy." as the two of them rush out of sight. Zinmaer's bladed staff lacerates the guards arm and torso but the guard remains standing as he ducks under Zinmaer's kick.

Aryn will rush (40ft, move and bonus dash) toward the last guard on the west saying, "I've got this one go help the others" to Gaelin and will swing her flame tongue sword at the guard's head. If she kill the guard she will use her remaining 30 ft of dash to run east towards the group.

Mucor would shake his head as his ears pop from being thrown into another dimension for a few seconds, only to reappear a moment later. Realizing there were still enemies around, He would snort wildly with anger before sending a wave of spores forth from his body towards the enemies before swinging his tree-like staff hard towards cultist

Gaelin will move 30 ft east and throw three bolts of Eldritch blast at the hound. (Just realized the number of bolts went up to three when we made it to 11th level.)

Aryn slashes quickly and severs the head from the guard's body. Blood gushes from the neck as the body crumples to the ground. Mucor's staff cave's in the skull of the injured guard as spores spread out and choke the ohter guard and hound. The guard clutches his throat and take two shuffling steps towards Mucor before collapsing onto the floor. The hound coughs up a dark black ichor and growls just before three bolts of energy slam into its side. The hound topples over and you see the exposed rib cage and organs from where the bolts impacted as the hound expires and turns to ash & embers.
( technically there are no enemies in sight but you know the two mages ran away down the southeast hallway and there's only one exit. We can have a period of non-combat if the group isn't immediately pursuing them.)

(I'm thinking that we would group up after they took off to recollect for a moment and then take off after them.)
Zinmaer would wave to the group to head towards Mucor and himself, "The mages took off down this southeast hallway. Let's continue the pursuit and end this. I've never knew magic like this existed..."
If the group gathers and wouldn't need healing Zinmaer would move towards the direction he last saw the mages and take a look into the next room/hallway and attempt to do this with silently. Stealth roll 10
Mucor would walk down the hallway, slowly moving his 10ft by 10ft cloud of deadly necrotic soores in front of him as he goes. "Perhaps I can flush then out this way... or... I could always cast cloudkill down the hallway..." He would say to the others with a loudd snort.

Jinara will ask telepathically "Do we want quantity of enemies, or do we want to enhance ourselves? I can aid in either"
Mucor would walk down the hallway, slowly moving his 10ft by 10ft cloud of deadly necrotic soores in front of him as he goes. "Perhaps I can flush then out this way... or... I could always cast cloudkill down the hallway..." He would say to the others with a loudd snort.
“I wouldn’t suggest the cloud, there might be children in the path.” Aryn would say as she stayed near the back of the group to watch their flanks.
