(Are we in free time or still in initiative style combat?)
If free: Gaelin will run up to Torq and Urzok and cast Mass Cure Wounds. Both of them heal: 34
If not: Gaelin will say telepathically, "Can anyone get me over there quickly? Mucor can you heal them both if I get you over there quickly?" Gaelin will either cast [Tooltip Not Found] on himself and Mucor teleporting them next to Torq and Urzok so Mucor can heal them, or if someone can dimension door him, he'll cast MCW like mentioned above.
"I got you little brother." Aryn says in her mind letting go of Mucor's hand. She'll move next to Gaelin and cast Dimension Door. She'll have them appear in between Torq and Urzok a foot above the snow. She's still carrying her sun blade hilt on her belt and the daggers under her clothes in case things go south.
Insight on the orcs: 14 (Do they look angry about Gaelin and I being this close?)
Aryn quickly grabs Gaelin's hand and the two disappear into a black portal then reappear by the fallen warriors. You see Gaelin cast his spell and the eyes of both shoot open. Urzok looks up at the sky then over to where Torq is. His hand reaches for his axe but it feel just out of his reach. His chest heaves and though the blood from the wounds has stopped flowing, the larger wounds are still mostly open. Urzok looks up at Gaelin and Aryn and squints unhappily. "Ever the saviors... Can two souls born to battle not die an honorable death?" he says then coughs up some blood that has already begun to coagulate.
Aryn- the orcs don't seem happy but you aren't sure if its because of you or that both fighters fell.
Aryn or Gaelin: make a persuasion check with disadvantage.
(Will wait to see if the others want to do anything.)
"There's honor in living as well so you can see your brother. He's not a tortured animal you know. He also chose to stay and help." Torq says sitting up slowly and carefully. "As alright as I would be dying in this fight there's a more important one we both should be alive for. One that I talked to you about before this." he says motioning to himself. "Like I said we aren't here to attack you, only to inquire about your armor. You won so you keep it. You're also welcome to join us if you like. Your whole clan as well. We have a castle that could help protect your people and more sparring partners." Torq says with a hint of humor.
Urzok looks up to the sky and continues to lay in the snow silently for about 10 seconds. He breathes slowly and there's a small wheezing sound coming from his nose that appears broken. He lets out a long sigh and says, "If what you say is true, I will consider your offer. You are truly an impressive warrior Torq, but I fear the need for us is coming to a close. I must speak with my brother... Surely one of your powerful friends should be able to accomplish this?" he sits up and the orcs behind him look on confused. Urzok grabs each axe and stands shakily to his feet and turns towards his village. He takes in a big breath and you hear the wheezing sound again. "Brothers and sisters, we have a draw. This warrior and I have battled to our last breath. We have fulfilled the Mak'gora. These people chose to save us both in honor of our great battle. Let us celebrate this moment with a feast!" Urzok says his voice booming across the snowy meadow. The orcs erupt into a chorus of cheers at the sound of food.
Urzok turns back to the group and says, "Gather your things. You may enter the village to get out of the cold but you may not eat until I have heard from my brother." he says. You can tell in his voice that he still doesn't like you, or really trust you but he respects you. You pick up your food and enter into the village. You see four towers constructed around the outer trees cleverly concealed under the branches. Atop each sits a large ballista manned by two orcs who watch you closely. As you enter the forest the air becomes a bit warmer shielded from the cold mountain wind. The ground is surprisingly dry and covered in a layer of dried pine needles. Huts composed of stone, wood and clay are scattered about and have small streams of smoke trailing up from tiny chimneys. Most orcs either pay you no attention or look only towards Torq. Some scowl towards Mucor and Aryn and others openly voice their displeasure with your presence. You see a small group of children playing with sticks while some older orc females keep watch. The mountain village, though small hold roughly 70-80 orcs and is quite organized for what most people consider a brute race. Urzok leads you towards a large circular stone structure with a teepee style canvas roof. In the middle sits a firepit with a couple braziers near each entrance. No other orcs enter and you are left alone with Urzok. "Who can get me in contact with my brother?" he grunts impatiently.
Gaelin will cast Sending and try to contact Varian. "Gaelin here. We need to know the location of the orc who survived. We are with his brother in the Withering Peaks."
"I'm reaching out to the person who will know where they are. If they are in a major city I can teleport you there to see him." Gaelin says doing his best not to make the hulk angry.
"Ah yes, he is here in Esterlin. He is due to return to Drekthar territory in 2 weeks." Varian replies.
"I suppose we'll deal with what if's depending on the information you find out." Urzok huffs. He breathing slower than before but is still labored as is Torq's.
Aryn- You can tell that were it not for the multiple wounds he would probably be much more impatient. However, in his weakened state he appears more concerned with the safety of his people. From what you've read and encountered Urzok appears to be one of the most intelligent orcs you've encountered if not the most. His eyes are constantly checking your positions and moods while his mind seems busy with calculations.
"He's in Esterlin. He is planning to return south in two weeks, but I can teleport us there now if you like." Gaelin says.
(If Urzok wants to go now.)
Gaelin will send another message to Varian. "We are going to arrive shortly so the brothers can be reunited. Please make arrangements for a room if possible."
"Is there anything we need to tell your villagers while we magically disappear? Should some of us stay behind or do you want all of us to go?" Gaelin asks.
After all that Gaelin will cast teleportation circle to Esterlin.
Urzok nods and says, "One moment." then steps out of the structure. you hear his voice echo through the trees. "I will be leaving for a short time and will return soon. If I do not return by the dawn, send word of my disappearance to the capital. Do not harm our guests. Eat to your fill brothers and sisters. Today is a good day." A few moments later he returns and says, "I am ready. Any who choose to stay will be safe." Valeera and Cedany volunteer to stay behind and watch over the village.
Gaelin sends his message while urzok steps out and when he returns begins drawing runes on the ground. They light up as he finishes and those who choose to tag along step into the circle and vanish in a flash of light. You reappear in a familiar room and recognize the Esterlin chapter of the Seven. One mage bows and says "Welcome Lightbringers, please follow me." and guides you up the series of stairs before coming to a floor with multiple doors. She opens one and you see a familiar orc standing opposite Varian in the middle of a conversation. Urzok nudges his way through and upon seeing his brother says, "You're alive after all." his voice still hoarse and wheezing from his wounds that are still quite visible. Varian and Dranosh each look curiously at Urzok (and Torq is he comes) and the numerous wounds. "Are you alright brother?""Fine" Urzok answers. "I'm good now." the two come together and in a single motion lock hands in a predator bro hug flex. Urzok turns back to the group and Varian and says, "Leave us for a moment." You oblige and at after about 20 minutes the door reopens. You enter and find Urzok chuckling to himself while a smiling Dranosh lets you in. "Thank you Lightbringers. It appears I was mistaken. We can return whenever you're ready. My people will be anxious regardless of what I said."
You all gather around Gaelin and instead of chalking up the floor he flicks his wrist and you feel your bodies lift. Your vision flashes white and you reappear back in the circular structure within the orc village. The cold air hits your skin and a small shiver runs through you. Urzok looks around at each of you and sighs. "I will consider your offer Torq. For now let's eat." he says motioning you to exit and join the feast. As you exit the canvas the smell of roasting flesh hits your nostrils and you see four large rams on spits above small bonfires. The food is simple but delicious flavored with some mountain herbs and spices that give the meat a little kick. While you eat most orcs steer clear but some sit on the scattered tree stumps nearby Torq and give occasional nods of respect.
Urzok sits silently among his people off to the side and appears to be deep in thought. You see two of the children run up to him and you are surprised how gentle and playful the giant of an orc is with them. Urzok picks a female child up, that looks to be 4-5 years old, in his large hand and she gives him a kiss on his bruised cheek. He sets her down and with a pat of the head sends her off to play with the others.
Torq will stay behind and rest. He won't reply, he'll just nod. While eating he will return the nods of any orcs and if they speak to him he will respond. Otherwise he will be quiet and try not to show how much pain he's in.
Four rams doesn’t seem like enough to feed that many people. Gaelin will walk over to Urzok and say in as humble a way as he can. “If you would allow me I can provide a special meal for your people. That would allow you to save some of this meat for later.”
if Urzok is open to it Gaelin will cast Magnificent mansion and let everyone in.
(it says it can feed up to 100 people an 8 course dinner. )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(9 courses, don't sell yourself short lol. Rolling persuasion for you.)
Persuasion: 18
Urzok looks curiously at you but shrugs his shoulders. "You are free to try." he replies. You take a moment to cast your spell and create a shimmering portal. You motion for the orcs to go through but none move. They appear dazzled by the magical display and a few clap as if that was the extent of the spell. It is only after Valeera, Cedany disappear through that the children excitedly rush towards the portal. The adults look on in horror as the kids disappear and a few run in after them. Urzok steps in and a moment later exits saying, "Come. It is truly a sight to behold." and slowly the masses begin to trickle in. You escort them towards the large dining room and instruct them to sit giving them directions on what to order. The kids and Urzok are quick to test the intriguing dragons and as soon as the first order of food arrives there is an uproar of orders ranging from simple to extravagant. The calamity settles after roughly 15 minutes as order after order is brought out to the hungry orcs. Orders are replaced with happy grunts and chewing. Another few minutes pass before the second round of orders begin but this time it's a bit more orderly and everyone respectfully waits their turn. After two hours the orcs are completely satiated and some have slouched over asleep in their chairs or passed out with their heads on the table. Urzok strolls over towards Gaelin and the group and says, "Your group is quite interesting. If only two of you are capable of so much, I can't imagine what power you all possess working together." he pats you on the back, causing you to stumble forward from the passive strength of the playful blow. Urzok chuckles and walks around chatting with his villagers then eventually makes his way to Torq.
Torq- Urzok stands next to you and looks you over once more, his form towering over your own. "I have never faced a being as strong as yourself, nor as humble and kind. You are the better of us... you know. You showed restraint earlier in the fight because even though you felt the thrill of the fight you didn't want to hurt me. I on the other hand wished to kill you with every fiber of my being because I did not know you... not as you truly are. Take this armor and wear it proudly. It is your trophy, for conquering a warrior with kindness rather than strength." he says taking off the armor and placing it in your arms. "May it serve you well in the fight to come. As for me and my village, we accept your offer, but not at this time. It may days, weeks or months before we decide to move, but we will eventually move. Thank you Torq.. for reminding me of the value of life. I don't know if you have a family of your own, but I hope some day that you do. They will bring you more happiness and sadness than you could ever imagine." he says and his daughter runs over to him and pats his knee holding her arms up to be carried saying only "Papa". He looks down and smiles. picking her up and accepting a kiss on his still bruised cheek. He sets her down and she rushes off to play with the other children who toss scraps to the ethereal dragons and laugh every time they catch the food. "We used to live further down the mountain near the river valley. Her mother was killed at the start of the war while out on a hunt. They were torn apart by ogres under Daegon's spell. One of the party survived and ran back to warn us and died from their wounds. We moved up into the mountains in three groups. Ours was the only one to survive. So much loss, so much pain and hatred. I'm too old to change, but perhaps she can. and that gives me hope." he says pointing to his daughter. "Whatever battles you have ahead, I trust the lady of power to protect you."

Insight on Urzok: 26 (on a scale of 1-10 how much does he not like us?)
Jinara will follow suit. Torqs effort was amazing to watch. He reverently follows his lead into the village.

Jinara- Make a DC14 perception check. If you succeed you do hear him say that.
"Thanks. We're a strange group of individuals but we're a family. You've done a lot of good here as well." Gaelin replies happy to be of help.
