Jinara Initiative = 18
As Jinara hears the attacks make purchase on his mission party, he unfolds his hand from underneath the cuffs of his robe and begins examining the battlefield in front. The silver in his eyes decrease in brightness just a bit as he readies himself for the fight.
(Question: Do all group members post at the same time or do we still follow the roll order like normal? Also, do we need to announce if something hits/misses us when attacked?)
(All group members can post at the same time when their group is up. You do not need to announce if something hits but you should adjust/ track your character HP throughout combat.)
Gabriel hurls himself into the midst of his foes, revealing his fell visage. (Necrotic Shroud: Once per long rest as an action, you can transform, causing all within 10 ft. to make a CHA saving throw (DC 11) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. This lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. Once on your turn you can have one attack or spell deal 5 points of extra necrotic damage to one target.)
Jinara moves his 30 ft diagonally towards the barrels. (If my math is right, I should be roughly 80 ft from the barrels and 110 feet from the trebuchet.) As he approaches, the people near him (in looking) sees him move his fingers on his right hand in a specific pattern. And then his left, As he does, he begins speaking in draconic "FIRE" and casts Fire Bolt while spending one (1) Sorcery Point to "twin" the spell. The two beacons in his hands shine a bright silver, but a bit different from the last fire he produces in the colonel's tent. The core of the fire is not black. It appears to be gold. JInara hurls the fire in his right hand at the stack of barrels ATK = Attack: 17 Damage: 10. If first Fire Bolt causes an explosion and cannot be targeted a 2nd time, he will target the trebuchet itself, specifically the ropes and pullies near the arm of the trebuchet. Attack: 16 Damage: 15
(Gabriel is roughly 55 ft from the closest enemy. You could move 30ft and use a different action or 60 ft [athletics check to get over the barricade] or no check to go around and get into melee. Numbered options on updated map. You can also be to the south, east or west of each option.)
Jinara's first bolt scorches the outside of the barrel charring it deeply. The second bolt splashes into the dirt next to the barrel. (Barrels have AC 15 and 18 HP for reference)

(My bad, I judged the distance incorrectly.)
Gabriel leads the charge into the midst of the horde, casting Guiding Bolt on the nearest undead orc. His eyes reflect the sickly green light of his spell. Attack: 25 Damage: 10
The beam of green light slams into the zombie boiling away flesh as the wave of energy splashes over it. The lifeless body falls to the ground with a thud in a smoking heap.
Yera!

(did we have any idea if the specific trebuchets were sending specific barrels? i.e. one sending poison and the other sending oil)
(From your pass over and view of the front from earlier both trebuchets have each kind of barrel available to throw. They just switch between them.)
(Another question. How do you post spells in the forum? Sorry for the noob question)
( ['spell]name of spell['/spell] minus the ')
