Jinara motions his companions to travel North through the trees until they are in line of the loading entrance[approx.. 150 ft] (as centered as possible as to lessen line of sight when they make a run for it. I anticipate the party's travel to take 1 minute). "Make your approach to the building when you see the guards head towards the fire. I will meet you inside."
Jinara then motions to Geo to get into place and prepare for action and says "As soon as I start the fire, I will follow the same path as the party, to get to the mansion. Get as close as you need."
Waiting a moment for any objection or any sign from his fellow party members of a difference of idea/opinion about this plan, Jinara watches his party depart and will stealthily make his way NE until he 5 ft from edge of the tree line. As soon as he[Jinara] is in place, Jinara casts Message to communicate with Gabriel and asks "Are you ready?"
(OOC: In preparation, so everyone knows what I am doing, I am posting my action sequence below, but it is on hold until others have the chance to respond on both the plan and readiness)
[ Once Gabriel has responded with a confirmation] Jinara will cast Prestidigitation three times. (If you will allow)Once on his rode to change the color to a camo. The other two on either side of the largest tree within 10 ft creating the illusion of two small fires starting to "engulf" said tree. After that, he will cast Light on the tree itself illuminating the same color as the small fires. (All verbal components are said as a whisper) [OOC: I am going for a divine event kind of thing as to draw the attention of the guards so you have a mental picture of what you would see]
Jinara will wait to ensure at least one guard's attention has been captured before he departs North through the trees.
The group maneuvers north as one of the stationary guards (red) begins to make his rounds. At the same time the southern guard (purple) nears the end of the path and greets the other. They follow the same path north for a bit before the (red) guard continues north and the other stops and turns to begin the southern part of his path. As the southern guard turns Jinara begins to move his hands and the torch held by the (purple) guard shoots an ember into the dry grass. The grass catches fire and slowly spreads towards the forest as the guard frantically tries to stamp out the fire. the fire reaches a bush and small tree that ignite. The (red) guard notices and lets out a chuckle before rushing to the (purple) guard's aid. The last stationary guard hears the commotion and rushes to the aid of the others carrying a bucket of water as the two guards stomp and pat the flames.
As soon as the fire reaches the bush and tree Jinara, Gabriel and Zinmaer are transformed into rats. You make your way across the grass towards the back door and just before you squeeze through the same hole that Mucor found you no longer hear the sounds of the guards frantically trying to control the fire. You look back and all you see are three torches stood upright in the dirt. You make your way into the first room where you see a rat impatiently trotting back and forth between the two doors. A couple minutes pass and your bodies suddenly bloom back into your normal selves. A squirrel pops through the same hole and hops up on a barrel and begins to speak to you in Geo's voice. "We were able to control all three guards. They will resume their normal paths but will not harm you upon exiting. Good fortune friends". The squirrel shakes its head and and looks around confused. It runs around for a moment before finding the hole and disappearing.
Mucor Rat is going to break his wildshape and cast conjure animals from on top of the crates, summoning 8 Constrictor Snake around the room, two next to each guard and four next to the mage.
Mucor will look to the wounded druid. "Get up, we are leaving" He will snort as he points at the prisoner with his spear (Casting healing word4 as a bonus action) The druid will then Immediately taking his other hand, he will summon a cloud of necrotic spores and attempt to choke out the cultist with them. (Using reaction to deal 1d6 necrotic damage on failed DC14 con save, as well as my actoin to cast chill touch Attack: 22 Damage: 14)
"Don't let any of them leave this room" The minotaur would command the eight constrictors, commanding them to attempt to restrain the three enemies.
***So if the attack hits.. they are grappled and restrained.. which means every attack after that untill their turn would be at advantage so not sure how you wanna do it. They remain restrained until they succeed on a DC14 check. I think that means the cultist cannot cast spells with the S component as well.***
Forgot to actually roll the d6 for the spore damage (if the cultist fails the save 6)
The cultist gasps and says, "What the.." before his throat is grasped by an ethereal hand. The color drains from his face as the hand sucks the life force from his body. The lifeless corpse lands on the ground and is immediately set upon by a snake. The other snakes attempt to grapple and bite the two remaining guards.
The northern guard breaks free from the snake's hold but takes a snake bite to the throat followed by another and gargles up blood as he falls to the floor dying.
The southern guard is completely overwhelmed by the quartet of snakes that bite and constrict choking the breath from his lungs while breaking his ribs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The southern door opens revealing two more cultists flanked by 3 guards and a fanatic. The guards enter the same room as Mucor and release their heavy crossbows aiming at the multitude of snakes while the cultist call down beams of radiant fire at the swarm. The fanatic summons a spectral dagger behind Mucor and attempts to stab him while calling down a beam of radiant fire on a snake.

OOC: Thanks! For a moment I thought that maybe freeing the druid wasn't going to be that hard... and that the rest of us could then focus on killing the other guys as a team but uhhh... :P Things have escalated :D I don't know if I am supposed to keep track of the snake HP and stuff but I am hoping they can restrain some people for me while we deal with them quickly :D
(I got the snake HP so you're good. You were pretty sneaky but the iron and wood door is basically a wooden door with open iron bars at the top middle so the other people could see the explosion of snakes. The rest of the group hearing it in another room separated by a deep stairwell is another issue.)
Zinmaer looks around and puts his ear to the southern door while Jinara presses his ear to the northern door. Zinmaer doesn't hear anything. Jinara can make out the sound of a scuffle and what appears to be multiple hissing sounds.
(Assuming you relay that info to the group, it will take full movement and dash to reach the bottom of the stairwell and open the door to the first chamber where Mucor currently resides. Once we get Gabriel's initiative everyone would then start on the same round.)
