((Bandits are 30 ft away in a ring around the fire. Also, Elber did roll with advantage, his other roll was a one. I thought maybe he didn’t -5 w using sharpshooter, but he has +5 to hit so it canceled out w no multiplier. 16+1 w the 1 crossed out is his advantage roll. Confusing to read sometimes))
(Remember, we all get a turn during surprise round, before they take their first turn))
Duncan, seeing Elber ready his bow, will charge out, loudly yelling, at the same time as he releases his arrow, running his full 30 feet to get into range of the goblin. Focusing on him, Duncan will swing his glaive and then again with the butt of it.
ACTION: Attack: 25 Damage: 17
BONUS ACTION: Attack: 14 Damage: 6
Also, knowing that this is the man they'd been hired to find, and knowing that a battle won quickly saves everyone, Duncan will ACTION SURGE and attack again, trying to do as much damage as possible at the start, hoping to cause fear into all this goblin's allies.
ACTION: Attack: 10 Damage: 10
BONUS ACTION: Attack: 10 Damage: 5((was reminded action surge doesn't give a bonus. ignore))
((.... god... shit rolls for the action surge :( ))

The Scorpion grabs a nearby goblin, using the creature as a makeshift shield against Duncan's first attack and then throwing the corpse aside, laughing wildly. Duncan's follow-up attacks do not penetrate the Scorpions heavy mail.

(Goblin boss. I've DM'd a few games in my day. I know what I'm doing.)
In case I am busy when my attack comes up, I will attack Scorpion with a dart: Attack: Dice rolls not yet available for this section. Damage: Dice rolls not yet available for this section.

Jack, who found a nice little hiding spot behind a tree (assuming from my Stealth roll), will pop out and take a shot at the Scorpion with his short bow. “Die, goblin scum!”
Attack: 21 Damage: 9
After missing his shot, Jack will move laterally so he is 60 ft from the Scorpion and not bunched up around his team. He will also use his bonus action to hide again, or at least take some good cover if that is not possible.
Jack and Landrae's projectiles fly wide of their marks, and by this time the bandits have recovered. A volley of crossbow bolts fly in your direction.(Remember, you have a +2 bonus to AC)
Elber Attack: 14 Damage: 3
Landrae Attack: 15 Damage: 3
Kai Attack: 6 Damage: 6
The Scorpion smashes a small glass bottle on his jagged blade, coating it in poison. "Right, let's see what you got, then." He growls, leaping at Duncan.
Attack: 20 Damage: 8 (On a hit make a DC 13 Constitution Save)
Attack: 7 Damage: 5 (On a hit make a DC 13 Constitution Save)
Mobile to tonight... If I dont mind rolling init for me and I will cast entangle at largest group of bandits

Seeing Elber ready his shot, no heed to her words, Landrae spies Kai to her left casting a spell. She takes her bowshot, towards the nearest bandit
Attack: 11 Damage: 8
Bonus action: Bardic Inspiration on Duncan
Then she moves off, away from Elber a small way back along the tree line.
