Although the cleric of Mask is down, she is not out and one can never be too careful with spellcasters. Elber keeps an arrow trained on her, in case she decides to remain a threat.

Jack finishes off the female bandit just as the slumbering bandit and the goblin begin to stir. They glance around at their dead companions and immediately puts their hands up in surrender.
Heading to the bodies of the fallen and checking their remains for spoils, Landrae calls out "Hoebo, see to your former comrades, if you'd be so kind. Landrae smiles at the gnome, "You held up your end and then some, and we shall do the same, consider yourself free from any further repercussions of your former association, as far as our capacity extends."
Jack, rapier in hand walks over and lends a hand with the prisoners. He throws two sets of manacles at Hoebo, “Well done. Use these instead of rope. He looks at the two bandits and says, “Before you get your new bracelets, I want you to empty all your belongings into a small pile in front of you. If I was you I would do exactly what you are told and you will live to see the sun rise.”

The cleric of Mask is tougher than she appears, and through sheer fortitude she shakes off the effects of Kai's spell.
The same cannot be said of Elber's arrow.
Duncan swings at the bandit with the red bandana, who manages to evade his deadly glaive.
The effects of Entangle have ended, and the vines shrivel up and die.
