Perception roll. 19

Anyone know if its possible to write an equation that works in the dice roller that takes in to account Great Weapon Fighting (You can reroll a 1 or 2 on damage dice with melee weapons wielded with two hands) and Improved Critical (Your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.)  I currently have a Dragonborn fighter who two hands a maul and would make combat roll posts in PBP a bit easier than having to edit posts after every attack.
