Fergus shouts "Forester! Dwarf! Help the Priest secure the boat, we mustn't let it set sail. Don't worry about me, I can handle this one!"
With that Fergus focuses his stare at the remaining figure, letting a hint of a smirk cross his lips. "You know the Orc is going to eat your comrade and I won't be able to stop him. The best I will be able to do is convince him to kill your friend first. You, however, don't have to meet such a fate. Surrender and I swear by the Gods I will show you mercy."
OOC: Fergus is trying to bluff his opponent into surrendering. If he tries to run Fergus will use his action, his opportunity attack, and Action Surge if needed to prevent his escape.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
As for me, I choose to believe that an extinct thunder lizard is running a game of Dungeons & Dragons via Twitter!
ooc: so I need to wait till HF4 takes his turn right? I'll go after we find out whether or not HF4 drops me or not. (obv that would have a pretty serious bearing on the situation.)
ooc: it's HF4's then me/Fergus (we rolled the same ini) but it sounds like Fergus is readying an action on his turn. (at least that's my interpretation of his last post)
Wardsey you would go first due to having a higher dex, which is the tie breaker.
ooc: ...my dex is 8 (the reason I suck at stealth...-1). I just went before you because it was more convenient at the beginning of the combat because of our difference in timezones... you're UTC-6 i believe, while I'm UTC+8... and I'm pretty sure our illustrious DM is UTC+2... which means our other 2 players are UTC-5 unless I miss my guess.
EDIT: I deleted post #251 because I realized we were getting pretty far off topic from the game and D&D, sorry you guys.
"The power of the storm; The spark of life!" Enog snarls in response as he thrusts the butt of his hammer at her. (attack:5) The holy symbol bound to Stormbringer's right hand again glows an eerie blue-purple as the butt of his hammer catches her in the gut. (damage:15) As she doubles over, what look like storm clouds, glowing that same eerie blue-purple, billow out from the hammer, the holy symbol, and from around behind her slowly roiling and engulfing her mid section. As she recoils from the initial blow her back arches and she throws her head back. The pain written there on her face is evident for all to see. She gasps for air, wild panic filling her eyes. Her muscles tighten and constrict throwing off her balance. She collapses to the ground.
ooc: in case my edit alters the dice rolls the original attack=21 and the original damage=22.
ooc: Does that kill her? I made a few mistakes I really want to edit, but I'm afraid it will jack up the die rolls or slap the anti cheating banner on my post. (because I'm fairly certain that the die rolls are somehow effected by what precedes them...or at least the one time I got slapped with that banner it happened after I edited content that appeared before a roll function [incidentally it also changed the roll result for some reason as well], and when I removed the edit the banner went a way and the rolls returned to normal.)
OOG ( Ok. Well with Inflict wounds you must not add any bonus, so the +2 should not be there. But in any case, 20 damage is more than enough to kill her and i'll keep the roll you did, in case that changes )
occ: oops, my bad, I added my skill modifier like it was a weapon, sorry :O
Enog immediately begins to comfort the children. He stoops down and gathers them in "Children, I know today has been a very frightening day, but it is over now. You are safe. I pledge to keep you that way until we can get you safely to someone you know and trust." He motions towards a spot just on land from the dock but back away from the final combatant. "Have a seat over here while my comrades finish dealing with the people who took you." He wraps his cloak around them and then stands turning back towards Fergus who is over the corpse of the fallen woman.
Fergus lips curl up into a wide grin "So, it is two against one now. That doesn't seem much like fair odds. You two might want to go get some help!"
With that Fergus brings his flail around in a wide arc aiming for HF1.
To Hit: 22
Damage: 9

Fergus smashes his flail right in the hooded man's head, knocking him down.
Krisnen hit his opponent with a knee in the gut, leaving him on the ground without breathing.

OOC: Maybe if we take out all his friends then this last one will give up.
I turn my attention towards HF2 and state "Looks like your next to fall!" I let loose a shot from my bow.
Attack 18
Damage 11
Long days and pleasant rolls to everyone.

OOC: Central United states for both me and Gapmasta, I think that's a number that's like +6 maybe...? Timezones are stupid lol
OOC: HAHA, civil time!
The Hooded figure near the dock...which is a woman...put his blade toward the children: "Enough!. Leave us or I'll kill the youngsters..."
[Describe how do you want to approach this situation]
OOG ( In case of further combat i'll keep the same initiative order . the woman is the HF4, the one on the dock and near the children )

ooc: nope "inflict wounds", I'm going to edit my post to describe her death and fix my mistakes.
