As Melkias introduces himself, you see a slight smile on her face, which she quickly hides. "If no one is injured, I can assure you I am fine. Just a bit banged up, but I will recover." She straightens, but you can make out faint lines of pain on her brow as she does. "What can I do for you, Lord Sildar?" she asks.
"I came here only to check on you, Sister," Sildar says. "If you insist you are well, I have other things to attend to," he says, bowing slightly to her. He turns to the party. "These are the adventurers who cleared out the Redbrands," he says. "I believe they have some business with you before they head out on another quest." He turns to leave, nodding to the party as he goes out the door.
"Well then, what is your business?" she says, looking around at each of you.
She stops and looks around at the party, more closely than she did previously. After sizing you up, she sighs and nods her head. "You seem like capable folk - especially if you managed to clear out the Redbrands as Lord Sildar said." She sits down wearily in a chair. "My injuries are not important - I was attacked by a wild animal during my travels. My own fault for not paying more attention. However, I did not succeed in my quest, and now I am in search of someone to complete it for me." She looks around at the party again, her blue eyes glinting. She pulls out a sparkling silver comb from her pocket. "I need this delivered to Agatha. In exchange, I'm hoping she'll reveal the location of a book."
We might want to help but your quest seems dangerous: which animal attacked you and where? We are quite new in town, madam. Who is Agatha and where is she?
"The forest animal is unimportant. As I said, my own fault for being caught unaware. As for Agatha," she pauses and looks around at the party again. "Supposedly she can be found near the ruins of Conyberry. However, I was unable to locate her. Perhaps you would have better luck."
"Is there reason to think she has been taken? Or does she not wished to be found? My kinsman is also missing. I had thought taken by the Redbrands but we did not find him. So there may be others at work here."
((Roll a history check to see what, if anything, you know about Conyberry - anyone can roll))
Sister Garaela looks over at Delg. "My condolences on your missing kinsman, I'm sure that must be difficult. Agatha is not - missing, as such," she says. She sits down again at the table, then sighs. "Agatha is a banshee. I need to find her and ask her about a book I've been tasked with locating." She narrows her eyes, looking over all of you. "But you seem a capable lot, so perhaps we can come to some sort of agreement, hmm?" She waves her arms around, gesturing to the small house and sparse interior. "I don't have much to offer. But if you can locate Agatha, give her this comb, and find out what she knows about the book, I'm sure I could come up with some form of payment. Healing potions, perhaps? Those always seem to be dear to adventurers."
"potions are important indeed. We are kind of new in town and we don't know where this conyberry is: can you tell us? I don't know if we can help you straight away but we are surely willing to help as soon as we can... In the meantime, do you sell of those potions "?
"I am afraid that I am fresh out of healing potions. I haven't had time to make anymore. If you locate Agatha and find out what she knows, your journey would give me enough time to make more. I could certainly provide them as payment for your help," she says with a smile.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Melkias steps forward again.
"Please allow me to close your wounds, m'lady. Wouldn't want to get that infected. After all, how can I treat you to a fine dinner if you are rabid. And I don't mean the good kind" He says with a wink.
He touches his hand gently to the wound and hums a tune, something catchy that normally has a lute solo, and his hand starts to glow.
(Casting 1st level Cure Wounds. 11 healing.)

Sister Garaela smiles at Melkias. "Thank you, kind sir. 'Twas not necessary, but is still much appreciated." She pats his arm gently and lets out a deep sigh of relief. "Conyberry is an old village - abandoned now, east of here on the Triboar Trail. From there, an old pathway leads northwest into the woods - Agatha is supposed to be there." She sighs again, but this time with concern, looking up at Ajax. "I couldn't find her, and I tried to take a shortcut back home through the forest. Knew better," she says with a grimace.
Ajax takes leave from the healed healer and, once also the others are outside, he remarks:
There are a lot fo things to do eastward. Pity that our first and most important task is to find Gundren and thus we must go first to this Thudertree.
Anyway, before leaving I will try our luck at the Lionshield Coster and/or at the Barthen's provision shop to see if they have healing potion...and of course rations for the travel
Melkias steps in front of Ajax, and oustretches his hand with a bow.
"Melkias of Stories, Hero of the Battle of One Tree Hill, Savior of Dawson's Creek, and Rider of Riverdale...at your service."

Melkias follows Ajax. Opportunities seem to run endless when he has this slab of muscle protecting him.

While Ajax goes to secure provisions, Mulligan will take the book he can't read to Sildar and see if he knows what it is.
Raya will go with Ajax. what items will be available at the shops we go to?
Delg goes with Ajax and the others to either Barthen's or Coster, whichever is closer to try and sell the jewels.
