(Attacking Gatter - if he falls, next attack at Lackley. On a hit on Lackley, attempt to stun (Con vs DC 14) and if successful move to hit Man 1. Otherwise just keep punching Gatter/Lackley. Only have enough ki for the one stun attempt with this flurry, btw)
Dekhan disappears and reappears thirty feet in the air (Misty Step). Light radiates from him as glowing wings explode from his back and he hovers looking down on the bandits(Radiant Soul). Know now that the time of your judgement is at hand! Lay down your weapons and we will be merciful, resist and be destroyed!
Incantis grits his teeth, deciding in a moment to double down on his target (man 2) to thin their ranks. At nearly the same time that the warlock's hands coalesce the eldritch aether into a pair of blasts, his awakened mind rings through to Varinth's unconscious one, and his healing word is heard by the sorcerer through the dark fog, bringing light with it.

Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
Incantis, your first force blast knocks the man to his knees. The second slams into his head and you hear his neck snap as his head is twisted almost away from his body. Man 2 falls to the ground, dead.
Dekhan is instantly hovering in the air; the four surviving men gasp in shock, both at this apparent transformation and at their comrade's demise.
Varinth, you awake, bloody and near death, with six hit points, prone on the ground.
(Feels like the tide of battle might be turning...)
As a reaction, almost without realizing or meaning to, Incantis taps into the power of his wanderer's ring, the air around him warping into an eldritch shield that deflects the first attack.
Zhudala uses her action to dash ahead of Gatter to set up for a potential interception. (Unless you think she can pass him without dashing? In which case she'll appear in front of him as an action to scare/interrupt/distract him (help for next allied attack))

(Once shield is up, it stays up until your next turn, so it deflects the third attack as well.)
Zhudala can reach Gatter, but not pass him. She would be able to help a teammate without getting past him though - it's up to you. For the moment, I have her just above him on the map, let me know if you'd rather just dash to get in front.
Round Four Man 1 Strix and Scupper Lackley Dekhan and Incantis (Varinth is unconscious) Gatter and Man 3 Zhudala
Man 1 seems to want to get away from the flying paladin, and let's face it, 'flying paladin' is never something you want to see when you're up to no good. He rushes round to flank Incantis, seeing an opportunity:
Incantis, you take a slash across the back, a stab to the leg, another slash, this one higher, cutting close to your neck. You're still standing, but this is doing a lot of damage.

(without getting to Metagamey, can Strix tell from where Scupper's looking if he's going to shoot at Gatter? If yes, going all in on Lackley. If no, attack 1 on lackley for free disengage, then batter Gatter with the last of my ki. If he's still up, move past him to block the alley. If Gatter drops while there's punches left, have enough movement to get back to Lackley for another pop)
Man 1 attacks Dekhan:
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Attack: 20 Damage: 5
Dekhan is looking really rough now, close to collapsing.

Strix and Scupper are up.
Scupper will move to the edge of the north side and take a sneak attack on Man 1
Stealth 24
Attack Attack: 19 Damage: 5
Sneak attack damage 12
And use cunning action to give Dekhan advantage on his next attack using his birds eye view to coach his moves against the most likely attacker
That hits, and hurts a lot.
Strix is up. You have advantage on the first strike, from Zhudala.
Qstaff vs Gatter : 21 Damage: 7
Qstaff : 26 Damage: 9
Flurry of Blows :
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
Attack: 8 Damage: 8
Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
Hit, miss, hit, miss. Gatter's wobbling a bit but still on his feet, still focused on defeating you all.
Lackley strikes back at Strix:
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Attack: 10 Damage: 6
His whirling scimitar brings the monk to the brink. Lackley is so far unharmed: Drop your weapons and surrender. It'll go easier on you.
Dekhan, Incantis and Varinth are up.

Varinth is up.
Whu hAppin?!
Varinth sets the nearest bad mans hair on fire.
There was NOTHING!! he exclaims
Is that a spell or feature?
Sorry I thought Varinth could just Produce Flame on someone else but he has to throw it.
Attack with Produce Flame : 18 Damage: 10
Does Dekhan get to make an intimidation attack (I was using help to give him advantage on his action)
The nearest bad guy is Gatter, who takes 9 fire damage and looks close to falling too.
No, sorry, Dekhan didn't attack or take an action that needed a roll, so no advantage this round.
Gatter will disengage and run - or at least he tries to. Can Strix stop him?
Man 3 moves to attack Incantis:
Attack: 17 Damage: 7
Attack: 9 Damage: 7
Attack: 20 Damage: 7
All three hit (unless Incantis is using a spell to resist?)
Zhudala is up.
As a reaction, almost without realizing or meaning to, Incantis taps into the power of his wanderer's ring, the air around him warping into an eldritch shield that deflects the first attack.

Round Four
Man 1
Strix and Scupper
Lackley
Dekhan and Incantis (Varinth is unconscious)
Gatter and Man 3
Zhudala
Man 1 seems to want to get away from the flying paladin, and let's face it, 'flying paladin' is never something you want to see when you're up to no good. He rushes round to flank Incantis, seeing an opportunity:

Strix and Scupper are up.
((Good looks, ty for the reminder!))
She'll help, I'm thinking try to get his run off balance to aid in the next ranged attack.
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3

Quarterstaff Attack 1: 18 Damage: 10
Quarterstaff Attack 2: 13 Damage: 5
Flurry Attack 1: 13 Damage: 8
Flurry Attack 2: 19 Damage: 4
Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
Yes, Strix has pretty good perception and has worked with Scupper for some time now. I would say he could guess.
Lackley takes two hits, his first of the battle. He hits back:
Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Attack: 13 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
None hit, not even close. Lackley looks furious, but not scared, not at all.
Dekhan, Varinth and Incantis are up.
