Chatters was deep in a non-existent daydream when he was swinging his scythe wildly at the nupperibo. The touch from the nupperibo leaning in and attempting to bite him however knocked him out of this daydream. Seeing the nupperibo fall to the ground, instead of taking a swing at the now dead nupperibo Chatters charges towards the imp. (against Imp 1)

And because one of the nupperibos were dead when I started my turn that con save was without disadvantage making it an 18 so I don't take the 3 points of piercing damage. Correct?
(you take no damage because both of them are dead actually. Odysseus murdered one of them in a single hit and Hungry tore a large hole in the other before killing it so I would say you don't have to make the con saves. You can choose to move to one of the imps and attack if you want..)

The spined devil will hiss and snarl before cursing in infernal and launching another volley of spines through the air, once again at the dread warrior... this time because she witnessed him bring back the traitorous head from the brink of death.

Once again, one of the shadowy spines slides through the dread warriors armor and glows red hot as it imbeds itself into the paladin. "STAY DOWN traitor" the devil yells into the minds of everyone around.

The club swings wide but she is able to connect again with her talon, dealing 1 damage as new scratches open up on the demon.
Chuckles will take another swing with his spiked chain towards the imp, the end of the chain whistling loudly as it flies through the air. spike chain Attack: 23 Damage: 10
The spiked chain slams hard into the imp, crushing its neck and chest as it pulls the imp from the sky and slams it into the ground (Imp 1 is dead)
