Belialuin wants to stir the argument even more, to the point that the gnolls start to fight each other and casts Minor Ilussion right in front of the bigger gnoll, making it seem like the other one spat on his face, also adding the spitting sound with the illusion. He looks to see what with will happen with the thought of "Well this is gonna be fun" and hand gestures the squad to Mysti and the one nearby to move slowly towards him.
Deception: 24 (I thought as the argument was already going and I used Magic I would have an advantage roll)
ooc: Yes, I don't know if you know that Belianuin that you're the only one who saw that, that's why the spoiler is there. No one can act on what you see unless you decide to share it with the party
OOC: Do we all need to take stealth checks if we're to advance to where Belialuin and Thorum are? And is it still just Belialuin who sees they're arguing amongst themselves?
"Fighting them head on wouldn't be very wise. Considering that, what seems to be their leaders are already arguing now, we can take advantage of that. I think we can lure them into some kind of a trap. Or maybe make them fight each other? What Does everyone Think? " Belialuin whispers to the group.
ooc: sleath would be wise. Loud noise can be heard at this distance, hence you hearing them. And yes, it's still just Belianuin and Thorum who have seen them.

Zarbof attempts to sneak up to where Belialuin and Thorum are.
"Hmm, if they're about to start fighting among themselves, I say we let them, and see what unfolds. We can stand ready here to spring a trap if any of them come running out this way. If we watch for a few minutes and they just don't start fighting among themselves, we lose nothing - we're still standing here, they're still standing there, the only thing that's changed is the sun is a few minutes further across the sky. But if they start fighting among themselves, we can see what happens for a moment. Maybe a few of them die, maybe a few are wounded, and they give us a headstart on killing them. They're probably arguing about us anyway!
Mind you, we should also keep a lookout in case their arguing is just a decoy whilst others are sneaking around to ambush us."
Stealth check: 4
Perception to see if there are any other gnolls sneaking about: 18
As Mysti moves up closer she accidentally dislodges a rock from one of the boulders and with a look of horror watches it almost as if in slow motion clatter to the ground.
(give me a moment to make some perception checks for the gnolls)
OOC: lol I think Mysti and Zarbof got too close sneaking up, chainmail links got caught up as our shoulders brushed, and much noise was created trying to untangle ourselves...

OOC: Sound or image, you can't do both with Minor Illusion. I could be wrong but I also doubt we're 30' or closer too.
OOC: Do we know what Belialuin just saw? Or do we need him to report that back to us?

Thorum will sneak to the spot where the Gnoll was killed and the rest of the party is gathering.

ooc: and Wormsuirt is right. You are not close enough to cast enough. They are about 100' away through a rocky path between boulders.

ooc: I like the train of thought Belialuin, it's just a bit premature
Thorum, you sneak up without difficulty.
Everyone else see Belailuin looking intently and then gets a look of concentration on his face for moment, and then apparently reconsiders something

Belaluin gestures with his hand for everyone to get closer and take a look.
Thorum glances over the boulder to assess the sitiuation. Can I get a count on how many Gnolls are in the area?

Fortunately they are arguing loudly and don't seem to hear you moving up towards the others by the side trail. You do not see any others in the area.
