To save a round of us going back and forth, I'm going to go ahead with the woman and Ishtar's turns. If you get something higher on initiative, we'll figure out how to retcon it. You and Ishtar each have one arm around Finnan, carrying him between you, and Finnan is holding the meat hook you gave to Ishtar, because Ishtar couldn't hold two weapons and help carry Finnan.

He lets go of Finnan, and takes a couple of steps into the corridor to the right, sweeps up something off the ground into his hands, and crouches. He looks like he is intending to spring out from around that corner.
The woman quietly says to you, "I cannot harm any living creature. But, maybe this will help." She touches you and says the same words and makes the same gestures she made previously, and casts Guidance on you. As she is doing that, she moves to take Ishtar's place helping to hold Finnan, and she takes him from you, pulling Finnan another 15 ft down the corridor, away from Nog. (if you want to continue supporting Finnan, and take your move to go in the same direction, we can add another 7 ft to that)
Assuming that your initiative roll is higher than Nog's, which was 7, you can take your turn now.
From here on out, I'm going to let you run Ishtar in combat. I'll handle the roleplay for him, and on a very rare occasion I might overrule a combat decision you make for him, but for the most part, once initiative gets rolled, he's yours if you want him. Here's his character sheet.
Ishtar has used one of his spell slots for the day to cast Cure Wounds on Finnan before he reunited with you. Currently, he has scooped up a handful of sand, and has readied an action to hurl it into Nog's eyes when he gets close enough.

Sully has noticed Nog is much faster than him, so he is going to ready ray of frost for the brute when he becomes visible and when Ishtar throws his sand in Nog’s face. :Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. + 1 for Guidance (If it hits Nog’s speed is reduced by 10 ft and then Sully is going to try and lead and goad and help (including helping the Priestess carry Finnan) everyone to get around that corner to try and get out of sight just trying to lose Nog and get distance. “Honey find us a way out, we can only slow this nitwit down, well have to lose him”

[Ishtar should have had Adv on any attack he made against Nog. So, either way, we need to re-roll that attempt, but sand throwing is more of an AOE thing, so instead of having you re-roll a second attempt at the attack, I'm going to have Nog make a Con save DC 15. 14
Ishtar flings his handful of sand toward Nog's head. The sand flies all over Nog. Nog tries to blink the sand out of his eyes, but there's just too much sand; it overwhelms him. Nog now has the Blinded condition

Ishtar will also get to the door with his action and try the door if it is open he will go inside and wait for everyone to get inside and then try and lock it. If not he will prepare to throw his last handful of sand into the face of Nog

ISHTAR: Booming Blade Strike! He takes the knee capping hammer and strikes at Nog’s bulbous knee cap at adv! Attack: 10 Damage: 1 and 3 if Nog moves. Then runs to get shoulder to shoulder with Sully

ISHTAR: Using his last spell slot casts Zephyr Strike as a bonus action then runs up to Nog leaps in the air and casts booming blade while bringing the hammer down on his head with advantage using the Zephyr Strike: Attack: 13 Damage: 7 with 8 thunder damage if Nog moves. Then he runs with his 60ft of movement to the closed door and tries open it and look inside then runs down the corridor with the steps and tries to open that door then seeing Linette straining with her charge and runs to block Nog from her.
LINETTE: She is going to continue her care for the injured and drag him 15 ft but looks up at Sully and Ishtar fighting valiantly and whispers a plea and prayer to those that give her power and uses her Channel Divinity to give Sully 8 hit points and Ishtar 2 hp. "Harm is sometimes a necessity to project the helpless, continue in bravery friends"
Hell yeah! also her channel divinity can only restore at max half the hit point max so she split it assuming Nog's opportunity attack hits Sully but sully's movement assumed he didnt get hit
THATS 60 DAMAGE TO NOG SO FAR AND 8 MORE IF HE MOVES!!!
First, a flashback scene: During her encounter with Sully and Nog, Linnette touched the side of Sully's face to heal him. While doing so, she took a swipe of Sully's blood from the head wound Nog had created. While she scrambled back to the back of her cell, Nog clomped her on her head, too. After Nog dragged Sully away from the cells, Linnette used some of Sully's blood she had collected, along with some of her own to draw a small holy emblem on her clothes. Back to the present: Sully's firebolt strikes Nog full force in the face, turning the sand in Nog's eyes to shards of glass!! As Sully limps away, Nog wildly punches the air in the desperate hope that he will kill the magical dog who keeps biting him. 19 5 damage if it hits. If Sully doesn't fall unconscious from that blow, then he makes it the 30 ft up the corridor toward the steps. If not, he drops prone right there.
With the aid of Ishtar's Zypher Strike, before anyone realizes that he moved, Ishtar has buried his hammer into the Ogre's nose, leaving a hammer-shaped crater where the nose once was. Nog falls lifeless to the ground.
Is Sully still up? If so, everything you narrated happens. If not, Sully is unconscious and prone. Ishtar has used his action and his bonus action, but he has his fully movement available. Ishtar begins dragging Sully towards the stairs but at that time Linnette uses her Channel Divinity and gives Sully 8hp and Ishtar 2 hp (Ishtar is at 17hp). Sully wakes up and looks back at Nog and stands up and runs over and kicks Nog's lifeless body again and again and again until Ishtar pulls him off and shushes him. in the silence Ishtar listens for the noise of footsteps or other signs of alert to this entire battle (Perception: 19 )

Since Sully is busy fuming and probably pulsating shadows and his eyes are darkkkkk black hes gonna stalk away grumbling and swearing like "whos the dog now!" "howd you like your own medicine" and other not nice things and help Linette carry Finnan up the stairs as "quietly" as possible. However the calm of age gives Ishtar presence of mind to frisk Nog (Investigation: 4 ) and take out the key ring and try some of the keys on that locked door.
Nog is not wearing enough clothes that he could hide anything except maybe somewhere Ishtar is unwilling to probe. He finds nothing.
However, the key ring Ishtar had already swiped from Nog does hold a key to this locked door. After trying a few different keys, he manages to unlock the door. Inside, there appears to be a bedroom. There is a bed sized for a medium creature, with an empty chamber pot underneath. A standup dressing mirror in one corner. A basin of water on a stand next to it. There is a desk, but it appears that if there were ever anything interesting on it, it has been taken away. There is another item of furniture that you are unable to identify what it might be. It is an upright cylinder shaped object that is anchored to the floor. It is approximately 2 ft around and 8 ft tall. It is covered in several layers of thick, tough leather. There are claw marks all over it, from top to bottom and all the way around it.
Ishtar is gonna “pssssst” at the group and motion at the unlock door and whisper “bring him inside, we can lock the door and rest for a little bit before continuing on”.
Sully and Linette drag Finnan into the room and and Ishtar re locks the door. After all 3 help drag nog into the room too they start setting up to tend to their wounds on the wall with the door so that they aren’t immediately visible to someone opening the door they will try to take about an hours break to deal with Sully’s smushed head. Ishtar locks the door with his keys.
Ishtar being curious goes over to visually inspect the cylinder for signs of what it could possibly be and why it could be coated in leather. 13
