To Felicity the captain says "He only comes once a month or so. If it's a matter of urgency you'd be better served seeking him at home. I can give you rough directions but I'm afraid I don't know exactly where he lives. As to how far, that's hard to say. Some others in the city may know more of him. I would ask at the shop "Book and Quill" in the morning. It's there he gets most of his supplies. And I'm glad to hear there'll be no killing." He says with a smile
To J'Anna "Our temple here serves many faiths but most honor Lathander here. You will find a shrine to Tyr at the temple complex however."
"Hmmm... Well I really want to work on our task for Tessa... but if you could give us any information on leads or... anything else that might be helpful from the robbery that took place... I would be willing to help out if I stumble into anything" The kobold would say towards the captain.
You've all been walking and talking and are now passing through the town square. The guard says the inn is just over the bridge here:
"Sir Rend, You see that's a problem. We don't know much about what happened. Unfortunately the priest who was there when it happened is in some sort of coma or something. Our healers say he is still clinging to life but he is unresponsive and none of our healers can revive him. Nobody in town saw anything. It's the strangest thing. Some folks are saying it was spirits in retribution for being unfaithful." He shrugs "Personally I'd think it was thieves, but not your ordinary bandits. They left many valuables behind."
"Sure. That would be great if we were able to talk to him and find out what happened. He's at the temple. Right this way" he makes his way over the bridge, past the inn and towards the temple.
Getting to the temple you're pretty impressed the temple complex. It's well maintained with gardens and several small building surrounding the temple. Going inside the guard leads you to a small side room where the priest is laying on a bed being watched over by a woman.
Halizthan will follow them towards the temple, keeping his thoughts to himself for the most part. He seemed to be up for anything as he had no real desire to help anyone out of the kindness of his heart but if it helped to gain him wealth and renown then it was worth it either way.
J'Anna thanks the acolyte and then kneels and begins to recite several prayers she learned while in the temple keep's service. After the normal prayers she then begins to recite her own...
"Thank you great and wondrous Tyr. I know you have been watching over me on this journey so far. I also thank you for bringing me some wonderful companions to travel with. I fear we will continue to require your support on this venture. It has only been a few days and already I have seen unspeakable demons. Do not worry though, as I am sure you are already aware we banished them from this plane. Please keep a part of you spirit with us and watch over us. Any aid or guidance you can provide I am sure will be justly used to banish any more demons we come across. Praise be to Tyr!!!! I will always be your faithful follower.
After her prayer J'Anna sits and enjoys the quite for a few more minutes before re-joining her companions with the injured priest.
Felicity walks over to the bed and stands over the man. She tries to examine him as best she can, looking at the color of his skin, checking his temperature, and seeking any other signs of physical sickness about him. (Medicine: 6)
Felicity looks over to the nurse, "What have you all tried so far? I hear none of you have been able to restore life to this man. Do you know if what ails him is magical or not yet? Depending on how he's reacted to your treatments, there's several things I could try."
Felicity: The nurse says "We've tried everything we can. We've given him healing potions and tried healing spells but he won't wake. He lies here completely un-moving. We can't figure it out. Perhaps it's a curse on the temple!"
Halizthan will look over the man as will, muttering anf snapping his fingers as he casts detect magic to see if he can feel anytype of msgic other then the healong spells on him.
ooc: It's just turned night so around 8 ish

(I am torn between hauling ass towards the cartographers house and spending some time helping these guys....)
"Psshhh. Take me to these healers," Felicity scoffs. "I'll show them how Felicity Calico does it! No one's died by my holy light before..."
"Except for all those other times when I did kill them," she whispers in Draconic.

J'Anna: "To the temple it is, while you help the man maybe I can find that shrine to Tyr in there and say a few words...might help."
One of the acolytes guides J'Anna to one of the smaller side buildings "You can say your words to Tyr here, sir. Be Well!"
You the small building is dedicated as a well maintained shrine to Tyr. There is no one else there.
