"A book on dragons. Perhaps they would help us learn more about our quest and the one that has given it to us. For now though it would seem that this may have nothing to do with our main task but it could prove useful to solve if we happen to do so along the way." Halizthan says as he looks to the cursed priest. "I sadly lack the ability to lift a curse. Perhaps our cleric and or paladin can be of more help."
The priests looking thoroughly chastised say "His name is Father Montingo, our apologies for not providing it sooner. He's cursed you say! Can none of you remove the curse?" The priests looking at each other say "we may know someone who can do so, we will fetch him here."
"As to 'The Age of Dragons' if you can recover it we could surely provide you with a copy. It has been in our archives for as long as anyone here remembers without anyone paying it notice. The only reason we were copying it is that several weeks ago we received a message ordering a copy"
The mute priest is nodding emphatically to indicate agreement with what the other priest said about copying the book

Not research. Many dragon stories in the book but I had only copied a few. Was copying about a golden dragon when attacked"
"Sorry gents I think I'm gonna have to take a nice long sleep and a nice long bath...Желательно одновременно...and then I should be able to have that spell ready." She turns to Halizthan, "Maybe not long ears...He said he was attacked while he was copying information about a Golden Dragon. Let me ask him to elaborate once more before we go."
Felicity casts Sending one last time and asks: "Tell me more about this Golden Dragon. Were you able to copy info about other types as well?"
"Preferably simultaneously" she mutters in Draconic.
With the shifter testing his patients with yet another insult hurled at him, Halizthan gives the girl that is literally 10x younger then him a glare. "If you say so then feline." He says, stepping away.
Felicity explains what Montingo said and tilts her head while looking at Halizthan. "Did I say something wrong...?" she asks with a hint of worry in her voice.
"That wasnt very nice making fun of his ears earlier" The kobold would say to Felicity before bouncing after the drow "Hey wait up Halizthan!" Rend would shout following close behind.
Halizthan will curse as he is insulted by lesser beings, his natural drow vanity creeping up as he muttered in his native tongue. While it sounded vaguely elvish it was clearly different. He sighed and shook his head after a while. "Peace Rend. I still struggle with some of the rasicm I have dealt with for being a drow."
"Oh I'm sorry...I meant that as a compliment," she gently apologizes. "People call me cat-ears all the time and I take it as a compliment for being cute..."
The priest who went to find someone who could cast remove curse comes back looking dejected. Putting his hand on the ailing priests shoulder he says "I'm sorry. it looks like no one will be able to remove the curse until morning"
The Captain has already been issuing instructions to his men and assures the priests that he will leave a contingent of men to guard the temple to ensure the ailing priests safety.
Rend would walk along next to the Drow and nod knowingly. "Ya know... when I first met you... I just assumed that you spent a lot of time outside in the sun" The kobold would say with a smile. "I know what it is like getting picked... getting no respect... being viewed as worthless... " Rend would say as he looked from Halizthan off into the distance. "Do you know why you never see a kobold cleric... it is because our lives aren't considered worth trying to save... even by our own kind." The kobold would mutter quietly. "I know lots of people judge you because they assume that because you are a Drow... you are going to to be a bad spider worshipping murderer.. but anyone that knows you knows that that isn't the case.. and well... I Think you have done a pretty good job showing people that Drow can be good guys too." Rend would say with a grin, looking up to the tall sorcerer. "If nothing else... at least the people that are jerks to you are probably also afraid of you..... people could hate you while also taking every opportunity to push you around... tell you that you are small and weak.... laugh at you when they shove your face in shit...." The kobold would say looking down at his hands before looking back towards the elf. "but anyway! you want to get some food or something before bed?" The kobold would say with a forced grin.
Halizthan chuckles and shakes his head. "I will have you know that not all drow worship spiders. Some worship the various male gods... And by some I mean the males in secret. Others worship the a god of oozes and slimes and rare cases a necromancer turned goddess and a goddess of the moon." Halizthan said. "But it is true except for one that they are evil and want to kill and or enslave all other races that they view lesser beings.... But enough about drow religion lessons, you are right and I shall have to remember this in the future."
"Yeah I don't know a whole lot about religion", Rend would say with a smile and wink. "The only thing this kobold warships is lady Tessa!" Rend will say reaching up and giving the Drow a slap on the thigh. "I think it is time to eat! plus I have a letter to write!" He would exclaim before bouncing off ahead towards the tavern.
The Captain takes you all to the inn and introduces you to the inn keeper, Brooks. He tells him to take care of you and that there will be no charge for the lodging in return for helping them with the ailing priest.
You are greeted warmly with a few questions from Brooks about what was wrong with the priest, if you all came there to look into the break-in, where you're headed, etc...
He tells you to have a seat anywhere you'd like and he'll have plates and drinks brought for you all. Looking around you see it's pretty empty. There's a couple regulars at the bar and one other table of 4 eating.

Sending response:
It began with conflict between a black dragon coming to a green dragons lands but eventually making a union. The gold dragon fought the union"

OK, so has everyone gotten everything they wanted from the Captain and the priests? Are we all headed to the inn or is there other business?

"So I say in the morning we go try to find the cartographer" Rend will say while he waits for his food to arrive, practically standing on his chair.
