Rend with the identity complex (hehe) to be in range for the sling would have to be G8, J'Anna and Felicity, until your turn you'd still be in the tunnel area. Somewhere between D to G range I'd think.

Just after Halizthan gets to cover behind some rocks the ground in the cave starts to tremble with the Dragon at it's epicenter. Rocks ssart to shift and shake loose on the floor as tiny cracks splinter across the cave.
Everyone it's a DC15 Dex save or get knocked prone. Feleicty you have advantage on the save because you are right on it's outer edge of the 60' radius.
(It's not the dragons turn yet. This is the lair action that happens on 20. J'Anna will be up next, then the dragon. I'll add in the damage now though)

Losing her balance J'Anna gets back up (think that uses half movement, if I am wrong I will just get up and not move) then then makes her way to H6....
"Tyr we are going to need you again, give me strength!!"...and casts Divine Favor on her self with a bonus action, then points at the dragon and casts eldritch blast...

J'Anna moves up with a quick prayer and launches 3 beams of force at the dragon. The first 2 hit causes 30 dmg but the other goes wide missing her. (AC19)

With a mighty roar you see fire start to bellow out of the dragons mouth and you quickly realize you may have misjudged the size of this dragon as the flames extend out in a 60' cone. From her perch the fire comes blasting down and out 40' on J'Anna and Rend who will need DC21 Dex save or take 66 (minus resistances). By some twist of fate Halizthan having failed his save has fallen prone behind the rocks and can feel the flames just a couple feet above as they wash over the rocks but cause him no harm.

(I did mention this is going to be a rough battle. It really may come down to rolls and strategy. I didn't just go by CR with this one. I went with total hit points and damage potential and the party is even with whats coming. It's a bit of a personal test about encounters.)
J'Anna will hug the south wall and try to close in on the dragon to I9 if she can get the far.
(The dragon is out of reach still up on a ledge right? Rend would have been back a bit around G8 or F8 depending on what you think)
