I'm sure he's just busy and in pretty much any other situation I would post on his behalf to move stuff along, but I don't feel right about it here. Of all the planned encounters in this campaign this is the one I most wish we were sitting around a table for :)
Felicity Dodges all of the rocks falling on her and walks back to C9.
She begins by using Bless on the 2nd level and gives the entire party 1d4 on attack rolls and saving throws.
Bonus Action she shifts into a more feline form and roars, "Everyone fan out! I can help you at range but it's not smart to be in fire breath formation!" (+13 Temp HP and +5 movement speed; as a reaction I can move away 10 ft without an AO if the dragon ends it's turn near me)

Rend and Halizthan:
With your better darkvision from where you are you can see more than the others. The hole in the floor of the cave is huge. You can see it's about 60' around. You can also see that above the hole is another tunnel. It's about 40' above floor level and 30' wide by about 20' high.
That's going to bring us back to Rend who can save again with the +1d4
After the wall of flame hit the kobold, A large smile would spread across his face. Realizing the dragon hardly scorched his scales, Rend would let out a laugh. "Is that all you've got dragon? Here I thought you would be a little more challenging going than your mate.. but I see you are just as weak and pathetic as he was!" Rend would shout and giggle as he began quickly moving towards the dragon.
(can I get to the dragon from my location? If I use my dash can i?)
The issue is she's still on the ledge 40' up. You are strong though and have really good athletics and acrobatic. Just did some quick jump calculations, if you run and jump could grab the wall 15' up and climb the rest but it would end your action. You'd also need a DC10 Athletics or fall prone. (so basically anything but a fumble)
Seeing the dragon on the ledge, Strife will take a running jump up towards the cliff face and start trying to climb the wall. (athletics 18) His claws digging in hard, Strife would quickly make his way to the top of the cliff and draw his spear and shield. "Since you were too afraid to come to me... I guess I'll come to you!" The kobold would say with a large grin.
Rend (Strife) has no trouble launching himself onto the cliff and quickly scales the ledge ending up face to face with the dragon at I9. You can see her eyebrow raises slightly at your brashness.

Halizthan is going to pop up from behind the rock to begin to cast, launching a fourth level Magic Missile. As it flies towards the dragon he ducks back down.
Halizthan pulls a jack in the box from behind the rocks as missiles fly through the air hitting the dragon in succession on it's side causing 20 dmg
She lets out a little puff and looks at Halizthan as if annoyed, then seeing that J'Anna is fairly close to Halizthan she gets what looks like a grin on her face as volcanic gases start oozing from the cracks creating a 20' sphere centered between J'anna and Halizthan. The area is lightly obscured by the gas. It lasts until initiative count 20 on the next round. Each creature that starts its turn in the cloud must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the end of its turn. While poisoned in this way, a creature is incapacitated.
That will bring us to J'Anna after the lair action and her save. (remember buffs for saves)

J'Anna will move out of the gas and try to put her self a safe distance from the others....when she feels like a safe distance she uses her bonus action to cast hex on the dragon giving disadvantage on Con checks.....and then fires Eldritch Blast again...

Beam 2: Attack: 15 Damage: 16 +2 to hit
Beam3: Attack: 22 Damage: 22 +1 to hit

On her turn, Felicity will cast 4th level Guardian of Faith on spaces H7-8 and I7-8 (2x2 because Large summon). She needs a DC 14 Dex save or be hit with the 20 Radiant.
"Let's see you dodge that Dragon!"
A Large spectral guardian appears and hovers for the duration in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within range. The guardian occupies that space and is indistinct except for a gleaming sword and shield emblazoned with the symbol of your deity.
Any creature hostile to you that moves to a space within 10 feet of the guardian for the first time on a turn must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 20 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The guardian vanishes when it has dealt a total of 60 damage.
(No worries J'Anna. I trust you. There was a bit of a brew haha on here like a week or so ago about some folks having figured out how to cheat the dice roller and truly manipulate rolls. Since then if you edit in other rolls into a post it says it's manipulated. I'm guessing they changed something in an effort to stop the actual cheating)
J'Anna Hexes the dragon and then releases 3 more blasts of force. Only the first one finding it's mark causing 14 dmg as the other 2 crash into the cavern wall dislodging small stones.
(Dragons action coming in a bit when I'm back on my PC)

So overall that is a 15.

Both Halizthan and J'Anna manage to fend off the effects of the gas but damn it smells bad!

The dragon seeing a tasty morsel that just climbed up right in front of it attacks Rend with it's bite and 2 claws.
Bite Attack: 31 Damage: 18 piercing + 9 fire
Claw Attack: 19 Damage: 13 slashing
Claw Attack: 32 Damage: 16 slashing
