Fawn swings her new longsword at one of the Stirges but even though she is adept at the blade it just seems bulky and causes her to miss!
Fawn drops to the ground from the sword being too long where she notices the handle feels... Loose? She runs her hand along the shaft where you feels a small lever. She pushes it and Talon splits right down the middle making two Shortsword, +1s! Fawn feels these and smiles as they are more her style and she now feels confident! (OOC: I have updated your inventory to include these and removed the Longsword.)

“That was one hell of a way to start our day!” Cypress says as he puts away his long sword. “Since we’re up and alert, How much longer until we get to the old owl well?”
You continue on to the Old Owl Well. As you crest a low ridge, you spy the crumbling ruins of an old watchtower standing amid the rugged hills. The place is so old that the walls are only mounds of rubble enclosing a courtyard of sorts, adjacent to the broken stump of an old tower. A colorful tent has been set up in the middle of the courtyard, but no one is in sight.

“That brightly colored tent has peaked my interest!, I feel we should start there, I’m not sure I want to go straight to that smell!” Cypress exclames as he gazes towards the tent, looking for any danger in that direction
Cypress keen Elf eyes do not detect any movement but he is able to determine exactly how far apart this Old Owl Well is. Map below. You can approach from any direction if you dare. You cannot quite see into the tower or the tent without getting closer.
Conway sees a small area of downed brick on the south side of the tower area. “I say we head up to the south and see if we can sneak in possibly” Conway says then asks “What do you all think?”
