(OOC - Alright - if everyone's ready - lets hit the road to Luskan (Grathart has been oddly silent - hopefully we haven't lost him too)

Erakas and Marshmellow lead the group to the gates, and on to the road to Luskan.

He'll be glad to be home, even if its for only a day or so.  Hopefully those higher up at Ship Kurth can make heads or tails of whats going on, he'll make his report when he gets there and await further instructions, but he's already committed to Ren to see this quest to its end regardless.

Erakas gives Rockhand his best menacing snarl and then smiles.

"Thank you friend" he clasps her shoulder in return.

"The giants won't know what hit them when we two show up!"

The party bids farewell to the lovely citizens of Hundelstone and takes the road to Luskan. The trip to Luskan takes approximately 9 days.

Two days after leaving Hundelstone, the party finds himself on a rocky trail, which is partly blocked by some rocks. The trail is 50 feet wide, the blocked area is 30 feet long and it is difficult terrain. On the left side of the trail, there are some rocky hills.

"So, how long until we reach your home city? I would love to see the place you called home, maybe meet some of your kin."

(OOG Did any of y'all watch the WWE in the late 90's??? The Rock and Erak Connection!!!! Where's Mr. Erak-o???)

"Hmm. What do you think we should do here? This doesn't look safe. Might be a trap?"

There is no difficult terrain around me or my companions as long as I've been outside for at least an hour.

Grathart had remained in quiet contemplation since his early morning rituals. Now they were faced with a rocky path, filled with boulders. "Possibly a rockslide?" he says, "Best we take it slow and try not to cause too much of a commotion, could be more loose rocks waiting to fall"

(OOC - might not matter if my travel benefits means we can just roll over the obstacle :))

Roll: 15, 13.

Erakas, Ren and Grathart perceive the heavy breathing of two creature on the other side of the hill.

Marshmellow and Snowfall actually smell them and, because of that, growl.

(OOC - the hills to the side of the trail?)

"Be wary, something is watching us from those hills...the bears sense it too."  Erakas points to the side of the trail

he and Marshmellow advance on whatever it is, swords drawn.

OOG Yep I used the word "hill", but I didn't know how to convey the idea. There are some rocky formations on the left side, about 30 feet tall.

Grathart climbs to attention, peering into the rocky formation, trying to get any sense of what he is hearing.

Grathart guesses that the creatures he is perceving must be big.

OOG Oh wait Did Grathart just climb up to the rocky formation?

Erakas and Marshmellow move to the top of the hill to see what's on the other side.

(OOC - The bear went over the mountain, the bear went over the mountain, the bear went over the mountain! to see what he could see!)

Erakas and Marshmellow sees two frost giants, crouched to the ground. After few moments, the frost giants see them too!.

OOG Probably I misinterpreted Madclergy: Grathart should be on the top of the rocky formation too. Anyway, you know what to do right? Initiative.
