Lady Susanne will D6 and as a bonus action she will place her Hex Blade'c Curse(+2 dam, crit 19 or 20, gain 4 hp on death) on S2 and then strike....
Attack: 18 Damage: 6 she will also use a 1st level slot with her Divine Smite(2d8 damage on the hit) Also add +2 damage for Hex Curse I didn't add to the roll
Divine Smite damage 7
As she brings her sword to bear she yells as load as she can ..."INTRUDERS!!!!!!"
Lady Susanne, please verify my math, I've calculated 15 total damage to Stowaway 2. You mutter under your breath and your eyes go black. The shadows in the room grow deeper and darker. Suddenly they lash out to the dwarf, swarming him. The shadows also curl up your leg, climing your body 'til they surround your blade in a thick darkness. Your eyes clear and with a shouted proclaimation of Tyr's might, you swing your blade into the Stowaway. It slices a deep furrow across his chest, sending blood arcing into the air.
Stowaway 2 cries out in pain and grasps his chest. With a snarl, he swings his scimitar at you with backhanded slash. The blade finds purchase in the joints of your armor, causing 4points of slashing damage.
Lady Susanne, you're up again. Strife and Agamemnon, please make perception checks to see if the shout jolts you awake or slowly stirs your slumber.
Lady Susanne, the dwarf immediately swings at you again with his scimitar. You knock the blow away with your shield and run him through with your sword. He falls to his knees with a groan and you rip your blade free, causing him to fall face-first onto the deck in a growing puddle of blood. He is dead.
Stowaway 1, curses at you and fires his crossbow. The hits with just enough force to pierce your armor where it is weakest; at the joint in the shoulder. You take 7 points of piercing damage as the bolt punches out the other side.
Strife the following information is for you. Lady Susanne, for you it's a spoiler.
Years of sleeping with one eye open on the mean streets of Waterdeep has conditioned your body to wake at the sound of danger. Your eyes snap open and you hear what sounds like a fight going on in the next room. You jump out of your hammock and two shapes go flying past you in the direction of the sounds. You see Narry and Maruk with their weapons drawn. Narry looks back and sees you and says "Damn. Looks like we've been made."Maruk turns and registers your presence. To your surprise he responds "Take care of him, I'll kill the *****." and runs toward the fight. Roll for initiative.
Lady Susanne, you hear the sound of someone running and turn to see the mute Half-Orc Maruk, with his mace drawn. It's your turn again.
Strife, (again this is a spoiler for Lady Susanne)
Narry says "Sorry kid." and draws her pistol. She fires at you and it misses, embedding itself in the hull behind you. Narry charges at you through the thick smoke from the gunpowder and swings her cutlass at you. It hits for 4 damage. The attack would still hit if you decide to use shield. You're up! Please use the spoiler function until Lady Susanne is aware of Narry and Maruk's treachey.
Vappa, from atop the Crow's Nest you aren't able to hear anything that's going on below deck. Your attention is focused on the ships that are fast approaching.
Lady Susanne will move to b10 and swing at S1 as she does... "Tyr guide my blde..."
Attack: 13 Damage: 6
This time she readies her Shield of the Faithful....(When the weilder is missed by an attack, they can expend a charge and cause the shield to flash with divine light. The attacking creature gains disadvantage on all attack rolls until the end of their next turn. 3 charges that recharge after a long rest)
Lady Susanne, your attack hits, knocking the crossbow out of the Stowaway's hands. He draws his scimitar and lashes out at you. The blade crashes against your shield and its surface erupts in a flash of blinding light. The Stowaway cries out and holds his forearm to his eyes, trying to blink away the after image of the shield's light. You hear the Half-Orc's heavy footfalls as he runs up to the fight. You turn in time to see him swing his mace directly at your head. You instinctively lift your shield and spin, deflecting the blow, sending it crashing into a wooden crate to your left. Maruk rips the mace free and snarls at you as he takes a fighting stance. You're up again!
Seldor, you and Vappa are the only crewmen above deck at this time. Everyone else is sleeping below deck except for Lady Susanne, who is doing rounds.
Strife would shout as loud he can "MUTANY! NARRY AND MARUK ARE TRAITOURRGGGHH!!!!" but would stop with a gasp as the blade slashes his chest. Quickly scrambling to draw his daggers, Strife would lunge towards Narry with his dagger before attempting to plunge one of his crude shivs into the traitors thigh.
Lady Susanne, you slash the Stowaway across the face and he recoils with a gasp of pain. A sudden burst of green flame surrounds your sword as it passes through the man's flesh. The flame leaps over to Maruk and he howls in fury as it burns his arm. Marukstaggers back and brings the mace around, smashing it into your chest for 6 points of bludgeoning damage. The Stowaway is bleeding heavily and attempting to hold his face together as blood pours through his fingers. Still affected by the light of your shield, he misses you with a shaky swing of his scimitar. He's barely standing at this point.
Cpt. Red Skies comes running up from the bottom deck and immediately draws her pistol on the Stowaway. She fires and his head disappears in an explosion of gore as the .50 calibre lead ball pulverizes his skull. Seeing Lady Susanne engaged in battle with Maruk she stows her pistol and draws her rapier as she shouts "What in the **** is going on? Talk or you're both dead!" She enters the fray at square F10.
At this point Seldor slides down the ladder from above deck and shouts "Pirates are coming! Get ready!" and sees Strife and Narry fighting to the death directly in front of him. A commotion of some sort appears to be taking place in the storage room as well. Seldor, roll for initiative. You've entered the fray at square S9.
The Initiative for the moment is as follows:
Narry, Strife. Cpt. Red Skies, Lady Susanne, then Maruk.
Strife, is 3 the correct total damage for your second attack? I see it's a critical hit and I wanted to be sure.
Narry will attempt two more attacks with her cutlass toward Strife. The first would hit even if you activate shield, for 7 damage. The second would hit for 6 damage unless you activate shield.
"Captian," lady Susanne says, "As I was making my rounds I found these 2 climbing out of crates and barrels..." she points to the 2 dead men..."Maruk here I don't know, he came running and attacked me as I was engaged with these other 2."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Sadly yes, it is just 2 x d4 and I dont get a bonus because it was with my off hand lol)
Stife, now fully focusing on his target would cast shield as the traitor slashed at him but not fast enough before the scimitar slashes across his arm. Staggering backwards a couple steps from the powerful blow, The kobold would shake off the attack and lunge forward again with a snarl. "I WILL KILL YOU YOU TRAITOR!!" Slashing hard with his silvered dagger before sneaking in a jab once more with his shiv.
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 16 Damage: 1
(Damage for the first attack since site is being dumb 5)
Seldor, you arrive just as she finishes her attacks. You'll take your turn once the initiative order works its way back to the top.
Lady Susanne, Maruk looks at the Cpt. and says "She lies Captain! Narry and I heard a sound coming form the storage room and found her and the little lizard breaking these two free!"
Captain Red Skies narrows her eyes and says "Since when did you begin to talk?"
Maruk sighs and drops his shoulders before lashing out suddenly at Lady Susanne. "Meddling *****!"he roars as his attack misses wide.
I'll resolve what Cpt. Red Skies does next after Strife takes his turn.

Lady Susanne hoping to finish the crossbow weilder swings again, this time she casts Green-Flame Blade and strikes...
Attack: 16 Damage: 10
as she swings and connects (I think) Green Flame leaps to Maruk for 3 damage.
(Fancy dagger) Attack: 17 Damage: 6
(two weapon fighting norma dagger) Attack: 25 Damage: 3
"Your lucky I don't want to burn this down this ship or you would be CINDERS right now!" The kobold would snarl
(I was happy to see a crit.. .and then disappointed in how little it mattered lol!)
Then in that case, Seldor will run downstairs and warn the rest.

Initiative:17
Would Cutting Words be able to reduce Narry's attack to where Shield could make it miss?
