Feng is going to use his bonus action to turn back then move to I9 and cast Entangle right on top of the tiger. Strength saving throw or get restrained. Str DC 13 to free if it gets entangled.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

seeing the tiger move to attack, Strife would raise his dagger to block the attack while squeezing his orb tightly. Although the kobold is able to cash his shield spell, the creatures claws manage to push through the barrier until Seldors words seem to cause the tiger to hesitate enough that the attack fails to penetrate. The Kobold would then roll around the side of the tiger (I 6) while casting [spell\dragon's breath[/spell] on himself. Quickly scrambling back to his feet with dark smoke rolling from his nostrils, Strife would open his mouth and shout "Bad Kitty!" as a fountain of flame erupts from his mouth towards the tiger.

(OOC: DM, I just want to ask something, since he was on difficult terrain, moving out would of cost 20 feet minimum. I'm not sure what his movement speed is so I just wanted to point that out. Just in case you didn't take that into account.)
Strife, thanks to Seldor's Cutting Words, the Tiger's attack roll was reduced to 22. Not enough to penetrate your shield!
As the Tiger roars in anger and frustration at your magical shield, you bathe it in a blast of fire that engulfs it from nose to tail. The big cat writhes and screams as it burns to death, eventually nothing more than a large, blackened husk. The silent terror is no more.

Saber-Toothed Tigers have 40ft of movment, and I calculated that he used 35 of it to move where he's at now. I appreciate you checking though! Sometimes things are missed/forgotten.
A large smile will spread across the kobolds face as the creature burns. Once the flames have subsided, Strife would attempt to remove the tigers last remaining large saber tooth. "This could make a nice dagger... I have made weapons from worse!" The kobold would say with a smile before slipping the fang into his pack. Then looking to Vappa, Strife would quickly pull out the healing potion he had been given back before they set sail. "Here dragon buddy, take this!" the kobold would shout sliding the potion into the lizardfolks hand.
Feng will approach the remains of the terror and snatch the husk, sizing it against his body to see if he could wear it as a necklace, he then addresses the group. "We do good! Great job!" He shouts before calming down slightly. "We injured?" Feng will ask the group.
Vappa will take a few calming breaths as he sits down cross-legged. When Feng asks the party who is injured, Vappa will raise his hand and point to the tooth still lodged in his shoulder.
Strife, perhaps Vappa could fashion something out of that fang and the one in his shoulder with his Cunning Artisan racial trait:
Cunning Artisan
As part of a short rest, you can harvest bone and hide from a slain beast, construct, dragon, monstrosity, or plant creature of size Small or larger to create one of the following items: a shield, a club, a javelin, or 1d4 darts or blowgun needles. To use this trait, you need a blade, such as a dagger, or appropriate artisan’s tools, such as leatherworker’s tools.
Feng, the body of the Tiger is still much too big for you to wear as a necklace, even in it's burnt state. You could feasibly take an eye, tooth, or some other bone and add it to your collection.
After handing Vappa the healing potion (Or putting it away if he refuses), Strife will turn to Seldor and smile "good news! you can marry your lovely mate! I bet she would help you to apply poison to your weapons and stuff! That is a bonus! She seems really nice Seldor... Maybe she has a sister that you could introduce me to? It must be nice to have someone love you..." The kobold would ask with a very sincere look on his face.
Vappa, there's a dagger sized fang buried in your shoulder!
Seldor, Vappa has disengaged, so you can roll for shatter.
Lady Susanne's up, followed by Feng, then Seldor again.
Lady Susanne will move to I7 (or closer if she can still stay out of the shatter range) and then cast Eldritch Blast at the tiger...
Attack: 17 Damage: 5

Seldor, 1 is actually enough! The Tiger's massive paw bounces off of Strife's magic shield and it roars in anger.

Don't use a healing potion yet....can we get a quick rundown on how much people are injured?
Seldor can give you an extra 1d6 if you take a short rest. He isn't injured at all.
