Dicaeus, you have spent most of your life in the Underworld. you have seen all manner of undead and fiend and a few Minotaur skeletons but never actually met Drogon or a living Minotaur for that matter. They tend to stay in the north and very rarely move south.
If everyone is in agreement. You finish your meal and drink your wine, Walking to the large gate you entered in earlier in the day you find it ajar. The air is noticably cooler now as light rain falls from the thinning clouds. The Smell of earth and grass fills your nose as you take a deep breath, It's a pleasant smell and somewhat soothing. You see Frigg leaning against one of the 4 Large columns that hold the overhang on the building. She yawns as you exit, noticing the four of you walking towards her.
"Ready to go are we? Bout time, Follow me." She puts the hood up on her fur lined cloak and dashes around the column, going to the side of the war hall. You all follow her and find she is fast on her feet, almost as fast as Achilles. 20 minutes of a quick paced jog finds you to the northern wall of Athens. By now the cloud has actually broken overhead and you can see the moon poking threw. It's a day past its zenith so it's still bright but will continue to get duller as the days go on.
You reach the northern wall and follow it left for 600 feet before you come to a barely noticeable, Well hidden door. Its hinges creak as Frigg pulls it open, She looks threw a moment before standing aside to let you pass.
"Right this is it, threw here you'll find a marker that will let you know you are on the trail. The trail is overgrown and with the rain, probably pretty slick but should still be manageable. Keep your eye out for red ribbons, That'll let you know your still on the trail." She catches her breath as she pulls a carving knife from her belt. "Theseus wants the head of Drogon brought to him, Dont forget it and by Odin's beard, watch yourselves."Handing the carving knife to Cybele.

Cybele will take the knife with a smile, looking up at the moon emerging through the clouds. A good omen. She will take a small stone stripped with red, white, and grey and press it to her own forehead, followed by Anax and then Carrus; casting Darkvision on all three of us. She will then murmur softly and toss a handful of ash into the air; causing the shadows to gather; casting Pass Without Trace on the group. "Come, let us be off."
Carrus is unused to attempting to sneak, as his armour usually means it's not worth the attempt. He gives it a good try, though, and certainly does better than his normal efforts. There's barely any noise, and it seems the boots and Cybele's spell are working.
Cybele leads the group along the game trail and it is slick and muddy from the rain. Once causing Dicaeus to slip and cause a little noise but Carrus catches his arm and helps his companion to his feet.
Cybele it takes you a moment to spot the first red ribbon as it seems the colour has faded from it and with the dim light, It makes it so such things are barely noticeable. Yet you find it and lead the ground for 20 minutes before you spot the next. From where the second Red ribbon is the trail is already starting to get noticeably steeper. Though the path has become mostly rock so you dont have to worry about slipping in mud.
The largest distance is between the 2nd and 3rd red ribbons. You climb the incline for almost 40 minutes(Pass without Trace wears off at this point) Finally coming out into a relatively clear area in the trail that gives way to a seeming campsite, the ground is even and level. Even now it looks well traversed but not by human feet. Cybele you stop everyone just shy of the 3rd ribbon as you see something moving away from the campsite, heading towards the west. The head of a Man, Body of a Lion and a pair of large leathery wings.
It seems to move on without noticing any of you. You take the campsite and look forward, From here you can clearly see what was called Deadmans Bluff. A overhanging ridge on the side of a hill, leading to a sheer 150 ft drop. Fire smoke trails from the ridge as something walks out of a large tent near the actual drop.
((And you missed an encounter with 3 manticore, the one you saw was the last one to leave.)

[OoC]: I'm not clear on the scale of this campsite. From what you've described it sounds like there's only a couple of tents, but I'd have thought there'd be hundreds?
Anax rests a hand on Cybele's shoulder to stop her from moving further, then addresses the group quietly. "This is where Theseus said we'd find Drogon. Doesn't look too big or busy. Cy, can you do your thing?" He then presses himself back against the wall and remains out of sight whilst waiting for Cybele's scout report; gesturing for Carrus and Dicaeus to do the same.

You are at a Campsite where it seems Hunters and animals stop to rest. you are still an hour away from the War Camp. The campsite is surrounded by young spruce and oak trees. maybe a 20 foot diameter, Its fairly small but sheltered by the wind.
From what you can see of Drogons War camp, still a distance away but you can see the ridge from here. You only see one large tent from this angle, the tent is close to the ridge.
You are still on the trail leading to Deadmans Bluff but haven't reached it yet. This is just a stopping point. It is not the War Camp, just a campsite on the game trail. There is sign of a fire pit in the center and various animal droppings but nothing to indicate a person has stopped here recently.

Cybele takes to the air in her Owl form, While not terribly uncommon in these parts. You would be noticed if you got too close to the camp. 20 minutes of flight directly to the War camp, you raise a little higher into the air to get a good view of it.
You can see at least a dozen tents, The larger one near the ridge and a number of smaller ones; all are surrounding a large fire that is burning high and has some kind of animal roasting over it.
You can see 20 large, Horned humanoids wandering about the camp; What you assume is the minotaur left at the camp to guard Drogon. They all look pretty much the same, Light fur on their bodys, Long snouts leading to a bull-like face. Standing on two legs with a piece of cloth hanging from their waist. To the north of the camp there is a tent that is slightly bigger then the others but not as big as the one on the ridge. You watch it for a few moments and see a Drow step out of it, followed by another one. They are present in the camp.
Focusing on the large tent you see shapes moving along the canvas, shadows cast from a light inside. At least two, maybe three bodies are moving around in there. One is noticably larger then the other two. Risking a closer fly by as a Massive, black furred Minotaur steps out of the tent. Easily 13 feet tall and a pillar of muscle. A long red cape falls from his shoulders, Held by a pair of pauldrons. Mostly open chest, Gold adornments fall from two large horns that curl to the front in sharp points;Piercings it would seem.
The Minotaur starts commanding the others, pointing to various things in the camp. A wood pile and the fire, All in a language you do not recognize. As you turn to leave, two other figures step out. One a Drow, Dressed in black and brown furs and leather; a belt full of daggers on their waist and a eyepatch covering the left eye and a Human Man. The man looks out of place among the Drow and Minotaur, wearing weird looking leather armor and no noticeable weapon. He walks to a horse and as he does so, you can clearly see the shape of a Golden eagle on his back.
You return to the others at this point. Another 20 minutes of flight.

[OoC]: Drogon, at least 20 Minotaurs, 3 Drow, 1 Human.
I'd say it's safe to assume that the unarmoured human is likely a spellcaster of sorts. If he's Roman, he's probably one of Marc Antony's men. There's definitely too many for us to take on in a frontal assault. We need to somehow draw a bunch of them away before we can take them on. I don't think there's any chance at all of us getting Drogon on his own. Is there any way to destabilise the ridge? Possibly cause a rock slide and tumble the command tent over the edge for us to pick off the leader?

Carrus frowns. Too many. Need to thin the herd,he grins. A distraction might work, but they'll expect it. He shifts in his armour, and it's a bit noisier than before. Or snatch the prize. How far is his tent from main camp?
(I assume Pass Without Trace has worn off? Did Cybele see the human leave on horseback?)
