"Of course! I shall have the servants make rooms ready for you, Once completed they will show you to your chambers. You will have an easy rest here my friends, I however will leave to meet with Achilles. When you are rested and able, Talk to Frigg. The White haired woman, she will take you to where the path begins." Theseus turns to Merci. "Return to your prayers my dear and ask Athena for her aid on the battlefield. Join us when you are ready." He kisses her hand and leaves the War Hall, but not before stopping and talking to a few of the servants.

"I fear I must bid you all farewell, My Prayers beckon and So i must answer. Wonderful you have met you all." Merci does a slight curtsy and turns, A servant rushes up and takes her arm. Leading her back threw the side door.

There are a couple servants standing 30 feet away but other that, you are left alone. Discuss and plan; Let me know when you are ready to rest and continue on with the story.

By the time Carrus has gathered his thoughts from the Greater Restoration he has received, Theseus has already made his farewells and left, so the paladin takes the [Tooltip Not Found], thanking the servant but otherwise looking them over in silence before reaching down to put them on his feet.  He's never worn anything of elven make before, and never particularly wanted to, but has seen items like this before and knows their value.  He stands, feeling much better than he did.  

We managed not to upset him - too much; he nods at Dicaeus.  Achilles would be pleased.  

It's around Mid-dayish, You know that just by how long you have been able to see. The dark clouds that is causing the downpour completely cover the sky. Given its early summer, you would have around 8-9 hours until nightfall. Just enough for a long rest.

Dicaeus nods sheepishly. “King or no, I will be treated with respect. There will come a day when we either redeem or defeat my father, and I will become the link between this world and mine. If I allow myself to be handled like an ignorant child, then it only makes the future harder.” Dicaeus, at the first oppertunity presented by the servants, will leave for his temporary quarters and begin resting.

Better to plan when we're rested. 

Carrus also allows a servant to guide him to his quarters; he removes his armour and shield, but keeps his weapon within arm's reach next to his bed.  Before sleeping, he kneels and bows his head in prayer to Hercules and the other Gods, and then lies upon the bed and instantly falls into a deep sleep.

The rooms are what would be expected in the War hall, Tapestries of red and gold hang from the walls. A few low burning sconces every few feet. The beds are soft and comfortable and it doesnt take you long to drift off to sleep.

If any one wants to do anything now is the time to do so. Otherwise we will continue after the long rest.

Cybele will carefully affix the pouch to her belt so the components are close at hand before following the servant to her room for some much needed rest. 

You all find yourselves to sleep, It comes quick for all of you after the march threw the night took its toll on you. 

You awake just as the sun begins to set, though you can only tell because it is getting darker outside. The rain has died back from the downpour to a light rain, It is cooler then you are used to but not uncomfortably so.

Reconveneing in the Main hall you find a table lined with with food,water and wine set specifically for you. Frigg, The white haired woman is sitting at the end of the table. A cup of wine in one hand and a chicken leg in the other.

"Ah, Get a good rest didja?" She spouts threw a mouth full of chicken.

"Lovely." Anax says, pulling a chair up and grabbing a turkey leg from the table. 

"Are we ready for a hunt yet?" He directs the question mainly towards Carrus.

Cybele will crack her neck and take a seat, looking much more confident after the rest. "Very good rest. I think Drogon's horns would look well mounted on the wall; or maybe we can attach them to your helm Anax?" 

Carrus joins the others, feeling well rested and eager for the day's adventure to begin.  He nods an answer to Anax's question, and also grabs a chicken leg and takes a large bite.  He smiles faintly at Cybele's words:  That will be a fine sight.   He takes another mouthful, and chews as he thinks.

So.  Cybele's plan.  Seems good to me.  He points at the new Boots of Elvenkind he is wearing, the gift from Theseus earlier in the day.  The magic helps.  He shifts his body and the others can hear that where Carrus' armour is usually quite clanky when he moves, as metal scrapes against metal, today it seems less so.  

Carrus takes a moment more to think, and to finish off his chicken leg and reach for another.  There will be drow with Drogon.  Guards, maybe.  Alliances die with the leader. They'll want him protected.

Anax considers the idea. "Perhaps. How about hollowing them out in the fashion of a rallying horn?"

[OoC]: In case nobody realised, Anax wears heavy armour too with regards to stealth. Does Cybele have Pass Without Trace?

Frigg belches as she takes the cup away from her face. "Well you folk enjoy your meal, let me know when your ready to go." She places the cup on the table and exits the War Hall, Presumably staying at her post until you inform her.

This is your Prep and Discussion time, you are about to sneak into a Minotaur War Camp where the Minotaur King is. You know they have an alliance with the Drow, you also know a giant was seen pushing the battering ram.  Anax and Carrus would know, Minotaurs by themselves are no real threat, in a group of 3 or 4. They become dangerous.  You have limited experience with the Drow, you have seen that some can manipulate the Arcane like Dicaeus.

Giants are mountains of muscle and are often left to the Kings to deal with. Anax and Cybele have seen a Giant in their homeland of Sparta though he was friendly to all. 

Drogon, you can assume is no regular Minotaur. 

((Couldn't justify Theseus having two pairs of elven boots so you got the Shield of Athens Anax.))

"The way I see it, we either fight the darkness of use it to our advantage." Anax states. 

[OoC]: we don't know really what we're up against so planning is hard. Darkness and assassination could work but I can't sneak well. We could firebomb tents to make a load of light and create commotion. Other than that I can't think of much aside from standard adventuring gear to bring.

OOC: Yeah, Dicaeus is pretty much prepped as far as equipment goes. One question that may decide strategy a bit: how much would Dicaeus know/remember about Drogon? Has he seen the Minotaur King fight? Does he know relative strengths and weaknesses beyond that of a regular Minotaur?

[OOC]  Yep! I have Pass Without Trace ready to go. I can also cast Darkvision on the three us us that can't see in the dark so we won't be at a disadvantage. Honestly I think we'll need to see what the situation at the camp is before forming a more solid plan. And we DON'T want to just firebomb the tent because we need to find information on how the Drow alliance happened.

 I'm also packing Hallucinatory Terrain which could be used as cover or a distraction.

 (OOC: So the first step is to scout the camp as well as we can and then make a plan afterwards.  I guess either Dicaeus or Cybele (in animal form) is our best option for scouting.  Carrus really doesn't have any magic or abilities that would aid with that.  When the fight starts, he has abilities that will hold enemies in place, so that should help with crowd control if there's more than a few.)

(OOC: Cybele is probably the better option, I took Greater Invisibility over regular Invisibility so I don't have any long term infiltration abilities (Greater only lasts a minute))

[OoC]: depending on what we find at the camp, it could be worth making a distraction. Anax would be happy to throw himself in harm's way if he gets a shot at Drogon.
