Having taken a moment to assess the situation, Drusk and Hildi step into action. Hildi draws his rapier and his dagger, and charges the head tattoo thug, skewering him with the pointy end (25 crit!) and sending the point right through (14 dmg!), head tattoo (whose name was Krentz, btw), slides off the end of the rapier, dead.
Drusk slides past Pascal and casts Bless on the line of Hildigrim, Jorin, and Ilena.
End of round: no end of round actions.
Notes: I wasn’t sure if Drusk would stop in the doorway, since Hildi had vacated it at the same time as Drusk approached. I opted to put Drusk where Quasimodal said, but am happy to retcon him stopping in the doorway, if that is preferred.
Round 2 DECLARATION phase
Map:
Sitrep: Two bandits are down, one is in the corner by Drusk, and the dwarf is still biggie sized.
Drusk - AC 18 - 14/17 hp Hildigrim - AC 14 - 15/15 hp blessed Ilena - AC 16 - 4/11 hpblessed Jorin - AC 17 - 21/21 hp blessed Pascal - AC 14 - 11/18 hp ----- Dwarf - injured Head tattoo - dead, by Jorin and Hildigrim Bandit1 - dead, of Ilena and Jorin Bandit2 - fine
Start of round: Ilena, Jorin, and Hildigrim are blessed for this turn and 9 more.
Monsters declare! The dwarf looks super upset, and is raising his war pick.
Next: Everyone declare. Pascal can use the attack he made out of turn, or do something different, or just roll again for the same stuff, any which way.
Important: If you are Blessed, you can add 1d4 to attacks or saves
Declare Delay or as many of Action, Move, Bonus Action and/or Reaction as you want
Roll initiative (just in case)
Roll for your declared actions (to hit, damage, etc.) if any
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Drusk sees Pascal smacking his (lizard) lips, and decides he doesn't want to be between the bandit and Pascal.
He moves 1 square NE (next to the dwarf and the bandit), and introduces the super upset dwarf to Joybringer. Mace Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Initiative: 18
Mystery d20 (if needed):

Although Ilena is an inexperienced individual she has read extensively and her mind is open to the ways of the world. Said differently, she is a difficult person to surprise. However, when the dwarf grows in size at will, her eyes widen and her jaw drops as her head scans upwards, following the dwarf's growth. Afraid that he'll keep growing and squish her against the walls of this tiny room, she throws two punches at him yelling, "I don't want to die reeking of sewage!"
OOC: Assuming Hildigrim will go after Ilena, super initiator!
As Hildigrim uses his two blades to attempt to cut the giant dwarf back down to size, he calmly responds to Ilena's rant, "Duergar, also known as gray dwarves, are a subterranean subrace of dwarves who can magically increase in size."
The poor evildoers didn’t even know what hit them.
Ilena, in a blur of fear at getting squished punches the giant dwarf (21), ceasing a glancing blow (5 dmg), but her second swing goes wide (7). Jorin, only humanly fast, roars a challenge at the giant dwarf, and swings his battle axe two-handed (23), cleaving into the dwarf’s side (13 dmg)! It reels back, grievously injured! Drusk, steps up, whirling Joybringer in a spin, and “introduces” the dwarf to the mace (23), and the giant creature falls back from the blow (7 dmg), landing with a thunderous crash, and immediately shrinking back to normal size, unmoving.
Hildi, hemmed in by Drusk and Jorin, stabs too late at the shrinking, dead dwarf.
Meanwhile, Pascal faces the remaining bandit, who swings ineffectively (12) at the lizard man, who then in quick succession opens his mouth to shoot a ball of fire at the bandit (20), singing him (2 dmg), then closes said mouth around the bandit’s arm (16), shaking him (2 dmg). Surprisingly, the bandit crumples.
End of round: combat is over!
Notes: The dwarf didn’t even get a chance to swing his giant war pick! So many high initiative rolls, he lost every initiative contest. Hildi suffered from the "overkill" feature of concurrent initiative. (It's a feature, not a bug!) The second bandit appears to have been previously injured, an examination might reveal how.

Jorin is momentarily speechless as he surveys the great carnage he and his companion visited upon the bandits. He claps the nearest of them on the back (Ilena?) and says, "By the eight, we are glorious indeed!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Drusk will loot the bodies. Any coins go into the party's party fund. Documents get handed to Hildigrim. Potions or foodstuffs get handed to Pascal.
Might as well look over the second bandit, to see why he was felled so quickly. Medicine: 22

Ilena examines the duergar, prodding it a little with her soiled boot before crouching down and closing the eyes of all of the slain men. She says solemnly,
"It was well struck Master Jorin. If this man had grown any larger we might have been a red paste on the walls. I think we should make haste now, don't you think? And not only because I'd like to remove the smell of this place from my clothes. I imagine that someone must have heard all the fighting by now."
Drusk finds a handful of coins between the bandits. Kresk, the head tattoo guy has a few gold, and the duergar had some change and was holding a sun (pp). Grand total, 1 sun, 2 dragons, 4 shards, 15 nibs.

"They mostly hail from the Underdark," Hildigrim continues teaching Ilena. "Their kinship to other dwarven subraces could be compared to that of the drow to surface elves." The halfling sheathes his weapons, his demeanor completely wrong for having just been in a life-or-death situation (not to mention the potential for embarrassment at having just swing twice at nothing but air). He walks over and kneels beside the dwarf, now content to examine the creature. "Interesting," he says quietly.
Jorin says to Hildigrim, "Well Hildi, what started as a trip to get some sake has turned an adventure that nears song-worth. You may be able to write tales of yourself after all this."
OoC - "His reign of handsomeness" lol
Pascal is going to delay till after Hildi, then release a Fire Bolt toward the dwarf and use Hungry Jaws against the bandit that shot him!
Initiative: 6
Fire Bolt: Attack: 20 Damage: 2 fire damage
Hungry Jaws Bite: Attack: 16 Damage: 2 piercing damage and Pascal gains 3 Temp Hp from his gator roll!
Hah, don’t even need to delay.
