Spar hisses at the mage as the spell takes hold even as she dodges out of restraint, and then she clicks her teeth toward her. A loud crack appears amid the drow ahead of her, impossibly fast, breaking any nonmagical items and hurting or annoying enemies (she centers shatter on drow 4, 10 foot radius, such that it just gets the mage, seems like it will get all the regular drow, and at least half the demon). CON 15 save or damage, not sure if we are rolling or taking average. She uses 2 sorcery points to quicken the spell and cast it as a BA. She steps forward 10 feet east to get out of the tentacles.
Her action is either a melee attack on the demon if she can get her shortsword out, or casting mirror image if not.
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
Attack: 14 Damage: 8
If/when she sees the mage get blasted into the maelstrom again she actually chortles.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hildigrim shakes his head again as the confusion spell wears off, and he breathes a sigh of relief that he hadn't attacked Jorin instead. Considering whether to continue using his rapier or use his bow again, he feels the tingle of magic and then the black tentacles rising from the ground around his tiny legs. Acting fast, he hops around (DEX save 25), dodging the threat deftly. He lands five feet north (B2) and decides to drop his rapier. He slips forward and decides he'd have a better shot between the pillars at Drow #3. He telepathically asks Volo to menace the drow and then fires an arrow before backing up again (to B2).
Attack: 18 Damage: 16
He would normally help either Jorin or Spar as his bonus action, but as they have both gone, it would be metagaming to pick one or the other, so here's a roll (1=Jorin, 2=Spar): 1
(Three changes to the player actions: (1) If we were sitting around a table, there would be some coordination between the players. So I'm assuming rkmobius would suggest Hildigrim target #1 instead of #3, since that drow is outside the Shatter area. (2) When Hildigrim backs away to use his bow, normally the demon would get an AoO. Instead of a Help action this round, guessing Hildi would Disengage. (3) Jorin's text said "reckless", but none of the attacks were rolled with advantage. I'll say that it wasn't "reckless", so the demon won't get advantage this round.
I thought the mage was goners, but Drusk and Quillary did 13 damage, when on average they would do 23 damage... Blame the dice gods for combat not going smoothly.)
Hildigrim backs around the pillar, and gets close enough to see drow #1. Volo provides another distraction, and a well placed arrow finishes off that drow.
Spar uses her sorcerous abilities to quickly set off a Shatter (14 damage) near the remaining drow. #3 and #4 are shredded by the impact and the shrapnel of their own armor. The mage is also battered. She swings twice at the demon, but is unable to damage it. (Both swings miss AC 15.)
Even though the poison is gone, Jorin is still feeling off. But with his action surge and his magical giant strength, he hits the demon 4 times for 63 damage.
Drusk moves foward, striking the drow mage with Joybringer II (magic mace, game log 24 to hit, 7 bludgeoning + 1 radiant from divine strike).
Quillary moves far enough west to get a good angle on the mage, and blasts her with the Ram ring. (20 hits, for 5 damage) The mage armor deflected most of the force damage, but it is enough to push the mage back into the Hadar darkness (another 7 damage at the start of her turn).
All of the drow foot soldiers are gone.
The demon is below half health, growls back at Jorin, and attacks 3 times. (Any hits here are before Rage damage reduction.)
Bite Attack: 12 Damage: 16
Claw1 Attack: 17 Damage: 14
Claw2 Attack: 13 Damage: 21
The drow mage stumbles back out of the Hadar darkness.
There is haughty anger in her eyes, but her limbs tremble from her many wounds. She almost falls over, but uses the nearby stalagmite for support.
She calls out in Elvish. (Jorin and Spar are told later what was said.) She pleads for aid from her Goddess, to rend the enemies who oppose Her holy mission. (50% chance of success, and rolled a 45 in the Game Log.) After a moment of silence, the Hadar darkness behind the mage bulges outwards, and then a dark man-like form with demon bat-wings separates. It is not solid, but in the Daylight, it is more substantial than smoke, almost like a wet tar. The Shadow Demon shrieks at Spar's Daylight, but as it moves forward, it sees Drusk nearby.
With a weak chuckle, she casts Misty Step, and teleports out of sight.
The newly summoned Shadow Demon (at E6) attacks Drusk. It has advantage from standing on the stalagmite, but disadvantage from the Daylight spell.
Attack: 9 Psychic Damage: 11

All of the regular drow are dead. The demon has taken 84 damage (Hildi's rapier strike and Jorin's flurry of axes), very damaged but still healthy. The drow mage is on her last legs, but has Misty Step-ped to somewhere out of sight. A newly summoned Shadow Demon is on top of a stalagmite.
The Evard's tentacles are gone, sinking back into the rocky floor of the cavern. (Between the Shatter, mace strike, ring blast, and Hadar coldness, the mage did not maintain concentration.)
Jorin took 1 hit from the demon for 7 damage (after Rage reduction).
Drusk calls out to Quillary: "If you can end the one who prayed for help, the summoned creature is likely to depart." (Quillary can use an Action to make a Perception check vs. DC 12 to figure out where the mage went. But maybe you'd like to make a guess where the mage went from G7, and keep your Action for an attack.)

Hildigrim rushes over to squeeze between the next pillar and the wall (A5) and peeks on both sides to note the bigger-than-normal drow with four arms and the new shadow demon creature. He decides to attack the shadow creature. He sights down the next arrow and asks Volo to once again aid his attack.
Attack: 27 Damage: 21
But then peeking around the other side, he hollers something helpful to Jorin to help him finish off the original demon.
(For Quilary - 10' movement to get to H7, five for moving a square over and five more for the climb. No mage in sight. For Jorin - He was cured in post 5983 by Drusk. Seeing him miss two attacks, even with Reckless, was very concerning.)
Hildigrim was successful in moving to A4, shooting the arrow (19 damage), yelling Help to Jorin, and continuing to A5.

(Letting Spar go after Jorin, so she knows the big demon is dead. Also letting Quillary rethink her action, especially if Spar suggests something else. The shadow demon is still active, but maybe Spar has some ideas on how the two of them can hunt down the drow mage.)
Spar is up, then Drusk. (Quillary acts before the mage and the shadow demon.)
