Drusk still targets Thug 3... With 1 and 2 occupied, if 3 runs way, that will leave 4 alone. If tattoo guy gets knocked out, 4 might be a coward about attacking by himself the arm-wrestling lady.
Drusk doesn't care about being shoved, as long as the bar bouncers see who is doing the shoving. (So far, Drusk has only done a "friendly" shoulder squeeze to the 2 men. Referees usually throw the flag at the person retaliating.) This is meant to stall the 4 gang members long enough for the bet with Jorin to be resolved (especially since it looks like tattoo guy is losing).

Resolution (if you only read one thing, read this):
Over by Volo, Pascal casually lifts the bench off of Ilena as he passes by, depositing it in an empty spot and approaching the fight. Hildi hops off the table, intent on Ilena’s journal, which has skittered over towards the back wall. Ilena, freed from the bench, is helped up by a couple of bar staff, and sees Hildi over near the back wall picking up her journal.
The fight intensifies as some of the bystanders wade in on the side of the tattooed thug, it looks like they are thugs, too! (Shock!) On the far side of the fight, near the well, two guys wade in on the fight with Yagra, punching and kicking her. She covers up, and the guy with the head tattoos takes advantage, landing a punch.
Meanwhile, on the near side of the fight, Pascal looms up next to Drusk with a hiss and says, “Gentlemen, do we… hack, cough, ack!” as he is overcome by a cough (Intimidation 6). Drusk lets his guy go, saying, “Stay calm, you don’t have to fight.”
Thug2 says, “Stay out of it, you half-orc, you with her?” and shoves Drusk (18 vs 15), pushing him back five feet into an onlooker (who keeps Drusk from falling down). Thug1, emboldened, says “Ey, mind yer own, lizard,” and he shoves Pascal with all his might (12 vs 21), to no noticeable effect!
Jorin stands up with a smile, and starts making his way towards the fight.
Drusk focuses past the guys in front, on one of the thugs in the fight, and speaks a word of Command, "Flee!" The thug looks up at Drusk (Save 4), his eyes go wide, and he scrambles to his feet, stumbling away to the northeast.
At this point, Jorin confidently wades in, putting Thug2 (the nearest one who just shoved Drusk) into an impressive headlock (17 vs 4).
End of round: no end of round events
Notes: The only initiative contests that mattered in this round were between Drusk and Thug2, to see if the thug shoved him before Drusk cast Command, and Jorin and everyone else, to see if Jorin grappled anyone before that someone could act. Thug2 beat Drusk (11 vs 9), and Jorin didn’t beat anyone (3). :) The Command spell is interesting for Concurrent Initiative, since it says it affect the target for their next turn. Without turns, that defaults to "from now until the end of their next go." So he's running now (he used his remaining movement), and will run next round.

Away from the action, Ilena rushes over to Hildi, squeezes him in a huge hug, and thanks him profusely for finding her journal, "Oh, gratitude Master Goodbody, thank you thank you thank you!" She immediately flips it open as she scans the situation in the Yawning Portal, while fumbling for another stick of charcoal. Hildi notes that the bar staff have already replaced the bench, and hops up on the other bench, next to Volo, who is still looking over the book Hildi handed him.
Meanwhile, the two thugs still on Yagra get in a few more punches and kicks, but while she’s now bleeding about the face, she delivers a massive haymaker to the head thug that flattens him out on the ground.
Jorin’s Thug2 struggles mightily in his grasp, but cannot free himself from the barbarian’s grip (18 vs 22). Meanwhile, Drusk steps up and wrestles with Thug1 a moment before similarly grabbing him and immobilizing him (17 vs 8), as Jorin delivers, "Keep barking if you want, but keep your bite muzzled for now."
Finally, Pascal lumbers past his two companions into the middle of the fight, hissing and grinning at Thug4, who blanches. “Now, now my friend. It ain’t gentlemanly to gang up against a lady, even if she is taking y’all to the cleaners. What do you say you take a step on back.” Thug4 backs away, hands up and wide. Yagra catches her breath, and grins widely.
Thug3 continues his mad scamper away, only to be tripped by some bar patron over there, going down in an inglorious heap.
End of round: Thug3 recovers from Command, but he's sprawled on the floor.
Notes: Not much to note here, you all rolled well on your grapples and intimidation, to defuse the situation handily, no weapons drawn. Drusk may have broken the law (IV. Its other hand comes up, and it is holding… a human arm? The arm is dressed in a purple sleeve with gold piping, and as the troll waves it around, blood splatters everywhere.
Attached to the troll are three tiny but bloated, bat-like creatures, and coming up the well with it are six more, flying on their own, with long, needle-like noses.
The room is comically silent for a moment. From somewhere you hear someone yell “Troll!!!” and faint dead away. From somewhere else you hear, “That’s the wizard’s arm! You owe me 5 dragons, Carl!”
Then Durnan curses.
Then the screaming begins, the troll roars deafeningly, and people start shoving to get away.
