“I’m all for sparing life when it’s an option, but a surrender is on their own heads. We need information. One will do.” Silver barks back, eyeing the kobolds with a glare.

Okay thanks for sticking with me while I get this sorted.
We are down two players and I no longer have their sheets to make actions for them. I'm deciding if I'm going to just use some generic stat blocks going forward or if I'm just going to cut the characters. Also had to make some adjustments since only four players made the 'boss' encounter deadly -_-
Because you guys are on a trajectory to easily win this - let's resolve.
You all quickly slay the remaining Kobolds, keeping one alive for questioning. How would you like to proceed?

Graymar runs forward and easily finishes off the Kobold!
Aaaand I'm realizing I skipped the Kobolds so I'm going to have them go now.
For the Kobolds by the Secret Door, Lucky did the most damage but he ducked back out of sight as did Raldean. So they pelt Leon with sling stones.
Kobold #3: 18 hits for 3
Kobold #4: 11 misses
Kobold #5: 22 hits for 3
Edit: Ooops - going to do the rest of the rolls in a new response. I don't see what changed, but it was two hits and a miss.

Kobolds #6-9 attack Graymar. Because he moved into melee with a living kobold (#8) they can use pack tactics to gain advantage.

On the Kobold's turn, they continue to desperately attack.

Vengalyn moves into the room, standing next to Graymar and will strike at K 9

He also moves his Spiritual Weapon to the far side of K 8 and attacks it as well.

Vengalyn's attack injures Kobold #9, but the creature is still up. The spiritual weapon swings down and smashes Kobold #8, who crumples to the ground.
(Charwoman Gene hasn't posted here in two weeks. I'll control Leon for the rest of this combat and decide what to do with the character after that.)
Hearing the suggestion to keep one alive for questioning, Leon will run forward and try to grapple Kobold #4.
