"Hah! Back up, lemme see who be oot huntin' the day." The druid signals for everyone to back up out of sight of the trap, a sly smile on his face, before rummaging in his backpack, and pulling out the remains of what looks like a half-eaten goblin. Roth wraps one of the remaining legs in the rope, and springs the trap, before running into the bushes nearby with a rasping giggle.
Stealth: 5
So this might not be what the DM is intending, but Roth is attempting to lure whatever set the trap by springing it. Goblins will get a nice surprise if it's a half-eaten buddy who set it off.
"Well, that was anticlimactic. Either our goblin friends are smarter than they look or they have long since grown bored of this spot for hunting." Geth said with a small chuckle.

Moving farther down the path Roth you stop paying much attention to the path way having already passed the last trap with ease there certainly would not have been another.....but luckily even passively looking allows you to see the mismatched leaf pile in the middle of the road and passed the odd leaf patch you can hear the sound of water rushing.
"Mind yer footin'", the druid mumbles, as he suddenly swerves round the pile of leaves, pointing at it with his wand to warn the others. "Ah'm thinkin' if ah was a goblin, ah'd be settin' up camp close tae water. Keep yer eyes sharp." Roth slings his ancient wooden shield over one arm, keeping his other hand free for spell or weapon, and heads towards the sound of running water.
With Roth pointing at the trap you all easily dodge it and continue on you path as it cuts through the forest and thickets as a light breeze flows through the wood cooling the sweat from your brow. You all come upon a large cave in the hillside as the goblin trail flowing to a narrow dry path that leads into the cave on the right hand side of the stream opposite to your position with a shallow stream pouring out of the cave mouth along with dense briar thicket on the right hand side as well near the path leading into the cave.
(Congrats you have now hit a Milestone in the story and all gain 75xp! also what would you like to do?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Reghar will look around. Anything here of interest, recently used? 16 (straight roll I didn't add anything not knowing if you want investigation, Perception, etc...)
( ooc is this our first experience so far? I think so but didn't want to give some up if got any for killing yesterday's goblins)
(Ya Sorry probably should have specified it’s miles stone lvling at the beginning of the story till your off lvl one since lvl one is usually a pain)
Reghar with your perception you can see that the thicket on the other side would make it impossible for anyone to get through from the other side however crossing the small stream would be easy to cross however the low rush of water makes it hard to hear much else the stream looks to be shallow about two foot deep running out of the mouth of the cave with the narrow path on the side, it also seems to be the only way inside and regularly traveled.
