(I think our team is up, yes? @LST, can you mark the Entangle on the map so it's clear what is difficult terrain?)
Ugunootu, the tiger, slowly stalks forward with his keen eyes on Agne. With a clear line on Agne (J7) , the big cats sprints forward in a straight line and pounces on Agne.
Claw: 12 Damage: 11, if hit DC 13 Str save or prone.
If prone, bonus action Bite: 13 Damage: 13
The big cat circles back to stand between his teammate and Agne (M11, N12) and lets out a low growl. (No AoO due to Mobile feat)
"Dat was just de warm up toss! Now things be getting serious!"
At that, Gad runs forward to E-12 and takes advantage of Luckster's predicament with some hopefully more well placed axe throws. Soon as the are sent flying he takes out a shortsword next. If that first axe fells the halfling he turns the second upon the kobold.

Actually, Shield blocks 2 attacks, taking 1 damage and turning Nara’s hit into a miss with Portent.
(This is definitely one of the unintended consequences of each side going all at once. It makes reactions like Shield extremely powerful as its benefit can be evaluated and maximized after the fact. Would Nara still attack Luckster if Shield were up? It gets complicated...
Also I think the portent is a little fishy as it was used on the roll that hit. I think if you're replacing an opponent's attack, it should have very specific conditions and the GM rules if it goes off. Otherwise, I think it's too tempting to evaluate the roll and damage and then decide.)
(Luckster specified that this specific portent would activate on the first attack that would hit and knock him or an ally unconscious. I had forgotten that he had portents.)
(I do require specific conditions like that for portents due to them having the potential to be a "little fishy." While shield can also be fishy like that, that's just kind of something you have to accept through PbP. There's not really too much I could do to regulate that.)
(Map coming very shortly with a full update.)
(And if everyone didn't go at once, battles would slow to a complete crawl. Group initiative is used to keep things moving, so there's less chance of having to wait.)

(= = wrought iron fence, -o- = gate, | = 5 ft. tall gravestone, ssss = descending staircase)
(! is vines from entangle, thus any spaces within ! are difficult terrain)
(I still need Agne's ending position.)
(Waiting to move Ugunootu until Agne's position is confirmed.)
(Is Nara moving?)
Tak struggles fruitlessly against the vines, and whiffs a dart.
Agne's forceful blast barely misses a spectator.
Ugunoothree the tiger bounds forward, but his jaws fail to find purchase on Agne's armor.
Gad throws two axes, one being deflected by Luckster's magical defenses. The other smacks him across the face with the handle.
Theren drinks a potion.
Nara releases her readied shot, but the odds are not in her favor. (Hold on, just realized something. That damage wouldn't have knocked Luckster out, therefore portent wouldn't have activated.) Nara releases her readied shot, and it strikes home. She fires once more, only to be deflected by Luckster's magical force.
(Theren movement, Nara confirmation, Agne movement confirmation)

(That doesn't seem like a valid condition, as it assumes to know the damage. And portent has to happen before the roll and the hit came from the 2nd advantage roll. But he also used Shield, so there was no danger of being unconscious. But whatever, glad to get the use out of the way.
I do see the tradeoff of precision to keep things moving. Just as long as you can update your action if a reaction changes the circumstances for your turn.)
(Dim enough as in it's not bright light everywhere.)
