Sel, your investigation check on the halflings leads you to believe the females were playing a flute and a fiddle. You don't see any instruments near the two men.
Vassa, as you're going around looking to help you learn that there are no other injured. It appears everyone who was on the street at the time died in the blast.
Here's an image of the area. Blue arrow is pointing toward your manor. Red diamond thingy is where the explosion seemed to originate.
Just to keep up with things, we'll say it's now been 4 minutes since the blast happened. Wonder how long it'll take the guard or watch to arrive?

Shaking his head at the scope of the slaughter around them and his inability to assist these poor souls, Vassa wil first walk over to the dead half-elf, the murderous Soluun still fresh in his thoughts. Crouching down to examine the unfortunate man, Vassa calls out to his companions, "The Watch will be here soon... Unpleasant as it may be, we'd best find out what we can about this tragedy before they get here and we risk losing control of the scene."

"What do you mean? Don't we want the watch here?"
Kestrell joins Elon and Silver at the blast site, looking for clues as to what could have made the blast. Was it conventional, was it magical? Was it accidental or on purpose?
"Gods, I hope not, Elon. The thought that we had anything to do with this, even inadvertantly... does not sit well with me.
We want the watch here AFTER we've had a chance to search for clues, Kes. No offence to those brave defenders of our civic peace, but they'll likely push us off the scene even as they're treading on possible evidence.
The unpleasantness I was referring to was having to do this so soon after the event... this degree of carnage is not an easy thing to witness, let alone try to comprehend."
If Vassa finds notices nothing unusual about the half-elf and his two companions, he will move on to the gnome with the burned cloak who is clutching a dagger.
[OOC] Let me know if another investigation check is needed for each victim.

At the sounds of the blast and the reverberation it sends through Trollskull Manor, Phaedra jumps and lets out a scream.
As the group starts to realize what has happened, the cleric runs out of the Manor and rushes with Selinae to help where she can to heal the wounded, before she realizes that all the people present are dead.
Tears roll down her pale cheeks, "Ohhh no Elon. This best not be because of us... ohhh. I can see my room from here! We should have given that silly shooter back to the evil circus or not interfered with those bakers... Why would you just set off a bomb like this? Was it even a bomb? Or was it magic?"
The cleric's tear fills eyes start to glaze over with a golden hue. She looks around at the crowd and those on the street, chocking up with painfull memories from her past and the attack on her mother. Scanning as best she can, Phaedra looks around for anyone who seems to be action suspicious and not startled by the attack (other than Silver!)

Bason falls over as the explosion rocks the manor. He readies his crossbow and heads out with the others. He see's the others tending to the wounded, and realizes he won't be much help with them. Instead he scouts the rooftops and keeps an eye out for any more potential threats from above.
"I'll keep an eye above in case who ever did this is still here."
Elon, seeing Phaedra upset walks over and puts a hand on her shoulder, "we'll find who did this. I'll put my life on it" he says through gnashed teeth.

The blast site itself doesn't reveal much, but you're able to determine the male gnome was the closest to the blast as evidenced by his burned cloak. You also, of course, notice he has a dagger in his hand and then you see that the dead gnome has dry waste on his boots and cloak, suggesting he has spent time in the sewers recently. While you're still looking him over Vassa approaches and, as the two of you continue to check him over, you find he also has a pouch containing five gemstones worth 100 gp each.
