Silver just listens as Kestrell comes back and tells them what they found - it was possible it was a front, or they just happened to find an escape route. He began to think over if he remembered ever hearing anything in his line of work to if this TellPenny assisted or was in league with Xanathar.
[OOC] Intelligence Check: 8
Hoping that his criminal background may help identify this as a safe haven for the Xanathar guild or if maybe they just went to far or not far enough.
"Oh, ah thank you Kithri. Yes, a bathhouse. I'll go tell my friends. Good day."
'Kestrell nods, closes the door and walks back downstairs.'
"We're beneath an inn that was full of halflings and owned by Kithri TellPenny. She saw me..."
"As welcome as a cold ale and warm hearth might be right now, Floon's rescue bekons! I guess we double check the walls and tunnels outside to see if we can find another marker to lead us on?"

The name doesn't seem to ring any bells, but you know the Shard Shunners is a hafling gang so you figure a halfing establishment is probably more likely to be their save house than Xanathar's.

Renaer nods, "Agreed Vassa, let us continue to look for our friend. Though it might be wise to remember where this room is, in case we need to beat a hasty retreat later." And with that Renaer slips back down the tunnel to the sewer and heads back to the door up on the ledge that he listened at earlier.
"Anything? No, well it was worth checking. I guess that Raener has the right of it. Let's get back to that other door... Floon could be on the otherside!"

"This could be it! Let's go in strong, but smart. Silver scouting for threats, Locky and Raener up front, then the rest of us supporting as needed from behind. If anyone sees anything suspicious, let Silver know so he can check it out.

Entering the hall Silver sees that it streatches for about 15 feet before cutting back to the left. As Silver slinks down the hall he sees no traps along the walls or floors but as he nears the end of the hall he hears snoring and traces the sound to another arrow slit in the wall. Looking back the way he shivers as he realizes how deadly this hallway could have been. Looking to the left he sees another door.
"Sounds swell, tallyho. I think I saw your name on that wall."

"My family name, perhaps? It's been shit in this city for years, my friend. Whereas mine shall be written on only the finest tavern bathroom doors."

As you glance to your left you see a messy room with rusty weapons and threadbare clothing litter the floor. To your right you see the hall goes at least another 20 feet to a descending stair case, but there's another room next you only 5 feet up the hall.
Silver just takes a quick look and then makes his way back to the group.
"There's another arrow slot with another sleeping guard. Then a door that leads to a hallway - I would suggest following me and then waiting for me to engage the guard, unless you're all confident with sneaking by him."

Silver just listens to the bard and nods "Agreed, as long as they aren't set up to kill us or trying to kill then they aren't fair game. However, this individual would rightly shoot you with an arrow if he had the chance."
With that Silver draws his dagger and short sword "I don't plan on letting him get the chance. Now let's go shall we." with that Silver begins back down the corridor sneaking and trying to head right hoping the opening leads to where the sleeping archer was.
Renaer looks around at this group of would be rescuers, "I think it's best we wait for Silver. Wouldn't want to cause too much noise and wake the guy before Silver binds him up or stabs him or whatever it is he's planning to do."

Silver moved back down the hall and around the corner much quicker this time. As he slips through the door and around the corner he find a single goblin asleep in his chair with an old hand crossbow in his lap. As he looks around Silver sees that the goblin is sitting so that he can see out two arrow slits, one in the hallway and one into the sewer. The rest of the room is empty and rather dusty.
