As Bason walks with Silver, he will ask. "So... I don't mean to pry, but if you want to talk about it, about her, it might help. If not, I understand."
Using his proficiency with smith's tools, he will help with any negotiation on price for armor.
Silver just walks with Bason "Her name was Selina Babineaux, of the Babineaux noble family. Our relationship wasn't really approved of by her family and in the end..."he looks back for a moment where they were coming from "If you don't mind this is more a story to tell over beer or strong liquor." he just continues to move towards the Halls of Hilmer to look for the set of armor that he was interested in.

As you approach the Halls of Hilmer you notice that the entire front of the shop is covered in steel plate that has been polished until it shines. Upon entering the shop you see armor pieces on the walls and shelves while complete sets of plate are standing in various places throughout the shop. Behind the counter stands two men, talking while looking at a checklist of some sort. The one on the left appears to be a human male with blue hair while the one on the right is a bald drow male.
Kestrell looks up from his seat at the bar. "There she is! Hello! Find out anything interesting? We discovered a few good ways in, and it is only lightly guarded. Also, there's a great little sausage shop not far from there."
Walking over to sit at the bar near Kestrell, Vassa nods, replying,
"A few ways in and lightly guarded, eh? That's good news, Kes. Lady Haventree was very informative, but she's Phae's contact so she should probably be the one to fill you all in."
Pausing to look around at the newly refurbished taproom and listen to the periodic sounds of the guild workers finishing the repairs, the seemingly calm and at ease bard says thoughtfullly,
"This place is looking fantastic. Hard to believe that it's the same tavern that we first laid eyes on. I was chatting to the site forewoman last night and she said that the work is almost done. While I know that we've got pressing concerns with this Stone of Golorr business, we should probably also discuss our 'other' business as well. I, for one, cannot wait to see this place packed out with a lively crowd. As a distraction from the grizzly events of the explosion, I've come up with a few suggestions, not 'plans' mind you, mere 'suggestions', that I'd love to pass by you all. I'm sure that some of you have been thinking about opening night as well."
[OOC] What's the current time? If it's past noon, Vassa will have a light ale if they have any. If it's late afternoon or evening, he'll pour himself a glass of wine.

The men look up and smile with the human saying, "Welcome to the Halls of Hilmer, the finest armory in all of the Sword Coast. What are you in the market for?"

Kestrell looks up from his seat at the bar. "There she is! Hello! Find out anything interesting? We discovered a few good ways in, and it is only lightly guarded. Also, there's a great little sausage shop not far from there."
Selinae came up from downstairs, " Its not a...doesn't matter..."
" I could work the door...or bus tables....I'm not much use cooking or serving...."
" Anyway Gralhund estate looks pretty easy to get into, a few Zhents there by the smell of it but no biggie....we should probably all be in disguise though even if its just masks."
"Vassa, I actually haven't thought about opening night beyond having some whiskey, sausage and salty nuts while watching the crowd pour in. Maybe we should set up a little side bar over in the corner, except it will have all different flavors of ice cream. I can man the ice cream bar."
Silver just smiles as he walks up to the counter "Afternoon Gentlmen, I'm Silver. I'm here for two reasons gentlemen, the first is that I'd like to do business with you. I need a set of armor, studded leather with the glamor spell on it. Second, I wanted to know what you thought about the new opening of Trollskull Manor and ask if you'd like to form a business relationship with it's adventuring owners."
Elon walks out from a back corner of the taproom "now that most of our group is here, especially Selinae" gives her a nod "we need to have a talk."
"The Zhents are indeed split. On the one hand you have those that follow Mansoon. They are trying and any means necessary to take over all the guilds, legit or otherwise"
"On the other hand there is those of us" pointing to himself "who would like to see it become a legit guild working with the other guilds trading in mercenaries and such along with the Black Network trading in secrets"
"As for the person that ran off to that manor, he is a paid assassin and very nasty one at that. We need to take him down at all cost" Elon takes a breath and waits for everyone's response especially Selinae since she seemed the most disturbed by his connections.

"Crowd's don't always just pour in though, Kes. If only it was that easy my ranger friend. Firstly, we have to set an opening night. Then some promotion and advertising might be handy. Waterdeep is a big city with lots of venues, by which I mean that the Manor will have plenty of competition. There might even be some people who would like to see our venture fail. All i'm saying is that we should have a group discussion about how we'd like it to go and what we can do collectively to make that happen. I've played in enough struggling dives to know how badly these sorts of businesses can go when owners don't think things through."

"Well if Urstul is a dangerous assassin, then we might want to be especially careful on this job. The Gralhunds deal in mercenary services and have their own attack dog by the name of Hrabbaz. If we make a mistake on this one, things could get ugly."

"Mansoon will always be a stain on whoever follows his ideas. I do not think anyone can dispute that"Phaedra pips up.
"As for what Vassa and myself have been told, the Gralhund's is a minor noble family who have been striving to become a major family within Waterdeep. I think that in itself explain why they want the stone so badly. They are run by Orond and Yalah Gralhund, with Yalah being the main driving force of the family, not her husband. She has a personal bodyguard called Hrabbaz, who is not the kind of person you want to get on the wrong side of."
"I can see the connection to the Black Network as the Gralhund's specialize in contracting hireswords and manufacturing weapons. One odd thing that came up was the fact that they are of Tethyrian descent but have a good number of tieflings within the family. However they do not let them stay in Waterdeep, but send them to the Gralhund estate in Yartar."
"And no, I will not be doing any work as a bar maid. Maybe a little cooking but that is it, I am hear the look after your souls, not serve beer to drunk fools."
"Alright, so we do we take this Urstool fellow down? I'm getting an itchy bow finger, how about we just stake out his place and when he comes out, take him down?"

"We must be careful. This can't be a smash and grab like the bakers. But I do think the idea of staking out the place to get some intell on number of guards and such."
Elon thinks for a moment "we need to eliminate Urstool completely but if we can take down the house of Gralhund also it would really be a big blow to Mansoon"

The drow nods in agreement and reaches his hand out to shake, "I'm Dorophil. As my friend Rowan said, I specialize in studded leather armors. Now one with a glamor enchantment would run around 2,000 gold. However, if you're more of a nocturnal person, I have some armor that might work just as well for a lot less."
Rowan shakes his head, "You're not about to sell them that cursed armor you made, are you?"
"It's not cursed!"he snaps at Rowan. Looking back to you, "It's not cursed. It is, however, traditional Drow armor so it doesn't like sunlight. I made the armor some time ago when my skills were finally high enough because it had been a dream of mine since I was a child. But... now I'm sitting on some armor that evidently no one in Waterdeep is interested in."
