Silver just looks around as he gets to the top catching the conversation through the open door as he walks in "My companion may not care about debts, but I do."
He moves next to Selinae "We'll get your children, if in return you owe us a favor and will tell the City Watch that you were able to get a message to us in time to protect your family from this assault."
He draws a shortsword as Elon goes charging through the door "For gods sake, have none of you heard of not going off alone." his attention moves to the lady "Times getting short ma'am, what will it be deal or no deal?"
Not seeing anything to shoot from the balcony, Kestrell dashes to the door at the bottom of the picture (I think this is the same door that Elon went through).
Kestrell ignores the talking woman as he dashes through the room.
If he sees anyone fighting Elon through the door, he will use the last 10 feet of his movement to go through the door and get his back to a wall with distance between him and the adversaries to setup an attack for the next turn.
If he does not see anyone fighting Elon through the door, or if Elon went through a different door, Kestrell will use the last 10 feet of his movement to go down the hall or further into the new room.
Elon gets on the balcony and rushes into the room with Selinae just in time to hear about Urstul and children. As he rushes past Selinae he looks to her with anger boiling inside as he learns of more children in danger.
"Find the children and meet at the manor!" He yells as he quickly moves past her and the others, then out the door.
OOC: what do I see outside the doors? Do I see the men fighting? Do I recognize any of them? Do I see Urstul or the nimblewright?
There's two doors in the room. West wall and South wall. The sounds of battle is coming from the other side of the western door, is that the one you're heading toward?

Kestrell is going toward the western door where the sounds of fighting is coming from.
Well a girl has too woman up. Phaedra backs up Vassa, moving around in the other direction from the bard. As she notices Vassa trying to befuddle one of the Zhents with his usually bad jokes, she eyes the other one. Holding up her holy symbol, she calls out to Mystra for guidance.
"Mother of magic, guide this wayward soul with your holy light and illuminate the error of his ways"

"I don't care about debts, Where are the children?", Selinae says forcefully. Yalah jerks back, not accustomed to being spoken to thusly. "The children are in their room." and she points to the door to the south. Coming through the balcony door Silver cuts in, "My companion may not care about debts, but I do." As he moves next to Selinae, "We'll get your children, if in return you owe us a favor and will tell the City Watch that you were able to get a message to us in time to protect your family from this assault."
As Silver is talking Elon rushes past heading for the door where all the noise is coming from."For gods sake, have none of you heard of not going off alone." Silver yells before seeing that Kestrell and Bason were following him. Turning his attention back to Lady Gralhund Silver says, "Times getting short ma'am, what will it be deal or no deal?"
"Deal, of course! Whatever you need sir. Just get my children and I to our carriage, please."
About that time the noise in the room gets louder as Kestrell, who had outrun Elon and Bason, opens the door to reveal a scene of chaos. Four injured house guards are being pressed hard as half a dozen mercenaries are fighting to get into the room.
The half orc looks to Yalah, "Lady Gralhund, perhaps with their help we can still beat back this invasion?"
The two men jump just a bit when Vassa enters the room. "You there, halt! I have an important question for you... What do Zhents name their stupid, ugly chlldren?... Norm!"
Phaedra follows Vassa in just in time to see the mercenary nearest to them give Vassa the strangest of looks, as if he didn't get the joke. Then he doubles over laughing, then sinks to his knees and eventually lies prone on the ground laughing.
The other mercenary watches this play out unsure of what he was seeing. Finally deciding it was Vassa's fault, he starts to charge the bard. No sooner does he take his first step then Phaedra's voice rings out, "Mother of magic, guide this wayward soul with your holy light and illuminate the error of his ways!" The mercenary made it within feet of Vassa when holy magic shot from Phaedra's holy symbol into the man's chest, interrupting the man's mace swing and allow Vassa to easily dodge.

It's about to get busy up in here! What's everyone doing on Round 6?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Relieved that his AMAZING humour worked on the now laughing Zhent and seeing the ever reliable Phaedra blast the other killer with holy fire, Vassa lunges forward with two dagger strikes hoping to slay this guy before the other has a chance to shake of his magical malaise. Gritting his teeth as he lashes out with both blades, the usually talkative bard has little to say as he engages in one of his least favourite activities - hand-to-hand combat... to the death.

Kestrell shouts "**** YEAH!" and targets the mercenary 3 spaces in front of him with Hail of Thorns as a bonus action. Kestrell uses his action to fire an arrow at that same mercenary:
Attack: 26, damage: 7. Horde Breaker Attack on the mercenary 1 space down from the orginal: 22, damage: 9
If either of those hit, the spell goes into effect: All creatures within 5 feet of the target must make a DC 13 Dex Save or take 7 damage. Successful save they take 1/2 damage.
Elon pauses at the sight of the battle before him just as Kest charges past him and begins to fight. An audible sound of crackling begins around Elon as he reaches out to touch someone.
Elon targets any that get through Kestrell's attack with shocking grasp.
Attack: 19 Damage: 8

Hey Elon, there's no one you can physically reach except the Gralhund house guards. Are you shocking them or are you taking a ready action?
As the combat continues, Phaedra keeps clutching her holy symbol with one hand. As her eyes crackle with whitish blue energy, sparks start to fly off her finger tips, arching towards her enemies.

Hrabbaz grabs Lady Gralhund by the arm and pulls her with him to the south, out of view of those in the hall. Selinae rushes to the southern door with Bason on her heels. Flinging the door open she, and Bason, see two preteen boys sitting on beds, both looking terrified.
While all this is occurring the guards and the Zhents are continuing to fight but it looks as if they may be at a stalemate for the moment. Suddenly Kestrell's shout of "**** YEAH!" rings out in the hall and into the adjoining rooms as he draws and fires an arrow at the Zhent 15 feet in front of him.
