"Myon lets go, for now protect the carriage and its occupants." Keyrie uses a bonus action to cast magic stone on 3 of the pebbles in the pouch for her sling and moves up and attacks the flying creature attacking Dog.
Gash casts Enlarge/Reduce on Dog to make him grow in size.
Dog:
Enlarge. The target's size doubles in all dimensions, and its weight is multiplied by eight. This growth increases its size by one category-- from Medium to Large, for example. If there isn't enough room for the target to double its size, the creature or object attains the maximum possible size in the space available. Until the spell ends, the target also has advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. The target's weapons also grow to match its new size. While these weapons are enlarged, the target's attacks with them deal 1d4 extra damage.
Gash then commands Friend to help Dog on his next attack by buzzing around the Vrock.
Gash runs behind the carriage and as a bonus, Gash hides behind the carriage.(to the spot on the right of where friend is on the current map)
A tremendous bolt of magic streaks through Dog's legs, smashing into the left hip of the vrock, scorching it with arcane energy. It screeches in pain at the potent attack.
Tock sees everyone focus on the flying beast, so he will do the same:
Attack: 18 Damage: 13 (and add 3 to attack roll for bless)
He will then take a quick look around and see if any of the buildings nearby have an open door and a second floor window. If so, he will take his movement + bonus action Dash to try to get to it. In the event that is not the case he will climb to the top of the carriage and drop prone there and take aim for his next shot.

Tock's bolt strikes the vrock squarely in the shoulder. Finding it hard to fire around the 16 foot tall goliath, he climbs onto a wagon in anticipation of leaping to the roof of a house.
The vrock snaps at (1) Dog and then slashes at (3) Friend, who is diving repeatedly at its head.
Beak Attack: 22 Damage: 7
Talons Attack: 21 Damage: 18
Friend is turned to a puff of feathers by the vrock's talons!
Meanwhile, the rutterkin and wretches begin to surround Feytok and plod towards Keyrie.

"Myon lets take care of this monster!" Keyrie points towards A1. Myon Pounce Attack: 10 Damage: 10 DC 13 Strength check or be knocked Prone. Also the lion was the one who got a bonus attack on prone targets! Don't know if you want me to roll for that just in case?
Keyrie Sling With Magic Stone Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Myon charges past Keyrie and pounces on the wretch with his claws out.
STR(13) check: 0
The wretch is bowled over, landing face first on the cobblestone, followed by a a bit at the back of its neck from Myon.
Bite Attack: 15 Damage: 11
The wretch flops and squeals then falls silent. Seeing the lion make short work of the wretch, Keyrie fires her bullet at A2, hitting it squarely in the forehead but not with enough force to fell the wretched fiend.

Big Dog is amazed at his newfound size. "Thanks Gash!" he roars, and hunkers down to face the vrock.
He take a huge swing from right to left with his now Very Big Warhammer at the vrock, casting green flame blade. His goal is to hit the vrock so hard that he bowls over the two wretches next to him. (Not exactly what MD and I were talking about but similar, so I'll add in a strength check if that is helpful.)
Attack: 16 Damage: 6 also 1 and also 2 fire damage to the wretch next to it from green flame blade
Strength check if that helps in the attempt to knock it into the wretch16
(I'd forgotten about my action surge - if it's too late I can do it next round but if there's still time let me know and I'll add in a roll for a second attack!)

Okay, I am wrong. Unless is it is a surprise round, your reaction CAN trigger before your turn on round 1. So Shield did activate.

(Does Dog also get advantage on attacks while enlarged? And for the record, Dog is now 16 feet tall!)
(Not on attacks, just STR saves and checks.)
Feytok channels his rage as he rushes up behind the vrock, slashing at it in a frenzy.
Attack: 20 Damage: 8
(Tock and Gash are up!)
(I had typed up my whole turn and my phone refreshed the page for me. Very helpful. So here it is again. With less flavor)

Just realized it's possible Dog has advantage from FeyTok being opposite him, though he's surrounded. If so, here's another attack roll... 13
Dog swings his hammer at the vrock but his balance feels different now and he swings too slowly, allowing the fiend to duck.
(Feytok is up!)
Feytok whirls on the rutterkin and slashes at it twice in a most reckless fashion.
