Dog immediately takes off with first of the last round or two of haste remaining and ostensibly catches up with the minotaur, with 60 feet of movement, 60 feet of hasted action, and then with his action he will try to grapple him, saying "easy, Jalienni, let's sort this out like sensible representatives of heavens and hells."
Tock peeks out from the door, raises his eyebrows and says, "Gash, have Friend follow him in the air, I will follow on the ground."
Then to the rest of them, "Loot the house and destroy the altar. Be quick, but thorough, then follow us."
He takes a crossbow bolt, casts red Light on it and takes a shot at the fleeing minotaur:
Attack: 17 Damage: 20 (should it be with advantage?)
He will then slip out the gate and onto the streets as well, keeping his distance, but following the minotaur, as stealthily as possible.
You'll need to dash to get out of the gate into the street to take your shot. And I'm not sure how you can cast Light AND take a shot on the same turn.
In his last round of haste, Dog catches up with the minotaur, grabbing at him before he can slip away. Instead, he feels a wave of tiredness overcome him as he makes his dive for the mage. He tumbles to the ground, gasping for breath. (Dog cannot move or act next round and is prone)
Tock looks out the gate and sees the minotaur fleeing much faster than he thought, so he will forgo the casting of Light and just take the shot. Doing move + bonus action Dash this round as well.
Tock's bolt lands squarely in the mage's back shoulder, causing a cry of pain that echoes down the street.
Friend keeps up with the minotaur easily.
Keyrie sends Myon after the minotaur and stays behind to help search the house more. (Investigation: 19) Myon charges after the mage, pouncing at him before he can make it very far.
Claw Attack: 24 Damage: 7
STR(13) check for Jaleinni: 19 (not prone)
Bite Attack: 13 Damage: 7
Keyrie finds a hidden compartment in the shrine room containing a pearl of power and a gem worth 100 gold.
Stones casts fly using his cittern and follows after the minotaur, reaching the fleeing mage quickly.
Bulwark shifts into a high steady gear and makes it all the way to Dog like a stampeding bull. Jaleinni just races out of his reach, casting a spell as he goes that launches him into the air.
(Everyone except Dog may go in any order. Dog can stand on his turn but Haste wearing off ribs him of any result movement or action.)
Tock will dart sideways seemingly into a house or an alley, but instead bolts to the other end of the awning (stealth check: 22) and takes a shot from there:
(Sorry about the delay. I've been on the road all day.)
With his flying spell, Jaleinni begins to outpace both Friend and Stones. Bulwark is not even sure he can keep up without seriously fatiguing his systems. Tock dashes down the street after the flying mage and stops to line up a shot. He is firing from good cover, allowing him a steady aim, but the mage is far beyond his normal range. Later, he would estimate it to be at least 250 feet, possibly a little more. The smokestacks of the nearby houses betray a stillness in the air that makes the calculated shot easier. He anticipates where the minotaur is rising to and how far he will make it at his rapid speed. With a slow, measured breath, he fires. So concentrated on his aiming as Tock that familiar jolt of the crossbow startles him, he is holding the stock so loosely.
The bolt flies far and fast. And true. It strikes Jaleinni in his back, piercing his liver. The mage instantly loses concentration on his spell and plummets 45 feet to the ground with a thump. Chasing him down is easy at this point, for when Tock, Myon, Stones, Friend, and, finally, Dog catch up to him, the mage is dead.
Dog takes a look around at who saw the mage fall. If unseen and there are no bystanders, he will bluntly search the body for anything at all, grabbing pouches, amulets, papers, anything at all. If the mage was seen, and there are bystanders, he will try to pretend he is grieving, and trying to help him far past the point where medical aid would be useful, and search the body. He also asks Gash if sending to Nev is possible, to find out where she is. Dog is frustrated that everything went so wrong, but trying to roll with it.
While it is indeed still busy out in this afternoon, Jaleinni had been flying over the rooftops of the houses lining the thoroughfare, bouncing off a roof and landing in a cross street. Very few people saw what happened in its entirety and the incident created more confusion that it did panic or concern. While none of the party are first to arrive at the mage's side, Dog steps in with an authority that is instantly deferred to by the witnesses of Jaleinni's fall. Without looking like he is looting the body of the mage, Dog's hands find a curious thing, which he withdraws slyly and places into a pouch to study later. It is a small, rectangular, stiff piece of paper with smooth, embossed lettering on it. Such things are obviously uncommon and a frivolous expense, implying either a very high-end establishment or a very wealthy contact. Nothing else stands out on the mage's body as he pretends to provide aid to the clearly dead minotaur, feeling the obvious items found on a mage, such as spell components, his staff, jewelry, and coins.
When the city watch arrive, Dog is able to step back and take a look at the stiff, embossed paper. It is a business card that reads:
THE WHEAT & MANE Inn and Stables Fouseli Tind, Proprietor 8 Baker Street, Market District, Masa
Back at the house, Gash and Keyrie pick up everything that Tock did not, namely: 3760 in various coins, pristine fancy slippers, a wand, a pearl of power, and an Amber worth 100 gp. Tock's bag of gems contain 10 gems (each worth 100 gp as well), which include an Amethyst, a Chrysoberyl, 2 Corals, a Jade, 3 Jets, a Pearl, and a Spinel.
The city watch question everyone in the area about what happened to the minotaur but all of the witnesses, including Dog, Bulwark, Tock, and Stones, are allowed to leave without suspicion.

He falls completely flat in defeat and exhaustion, eyes still glued to the minotaur. Whenever he can, Dog will get back up and chase after Jalienni.

(Bulwark is up.)
Tock and Myon both land some significant damage on the mage while everyone else either stays to search the house or begins the chase.
(Can Dog go?)
Not yet.
Bulwark will make it as far as he can to Dog, but can do little else.
Bulwark shifts into a high steady gear and makes it all the way to Dog like a stampeding bull. Jaleinni just races out of his reach, casting a spell as he goes that launches him into the air.

Gash continues to loot. Shoving everything valuable in the bag of holding. Once he gets to the alter he will try to topple and smash it.
friend continues to circle over the Minotaur keeping pace with him
