(Trying to figure out what of this Dog has and has not seen... if he's seeing literally everyone around him leaving or being charmed, he would probably think about booking it, but if he can see or hear that Bulwark is back, and if Martin is getting free, he'll keep attacking with the hope that she can actually be taken down and the rest of the party gets de-charmed.)
Here's two attacks, rolling with advantage if he can flank he with Martin:
Attack: 29 Damage: 21 Extra Attack: 14 Damage: 7
What Dog knows is that Althus is back up and in the foyer to the west. He can't quite see Martin but he could hear him easily enough. Bulwark he would have no immediate clue about. I see Dog going into the gallery and finding Martin free, then perhaps attacking or fleeing through the library.
Yeah I meant moving him to the gallery to attack the vampire and seeing what he would see. He's singlemindedly trying to drop her to maybe stop the charm, if that would work. If he's all alone, he might try to leave. But not till then.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bulwark ignores the man-crustacean hybrid, turning his attention on the infuriating bats, using the anger he has at himself for succumbing to the vampire's charms fuel his blows.

(Sorry for the delay, y'all. Flew back to Brisbane yesterday. Settling in for the next 10 weeks here. Some stability should return!)
Garielle snatches at Martin as he tries to escape.
Grab attack: 10
Bulwark furiously decimates the swarms of bats in the foyer, with 2 broad swings of his weapons. The remaining bats turn on each other leaving the foyer littered with bodies of bats and splattered in blood.
Martin ducks away from the vampire, falling back behind Dog, who hammers on Garielle squarely in the jaw.
The vampire hisses in frustration and moves away (no AoO). Bulwark sees her running down the hall but cannot tell if she goes into the library or the kitchen.
(Althus, Bulwark, Dog, and Martin may go in any order. Tock and Gash have made it about 200 feet from the house at this point.
Turn- based chase rules in D&D are always weird in situations like this (someone moves 30+ feet in one segment of a 6-second time period and then someone else moves after them in sequence, but it's really the same six seconds, so they're also moving at the exact same time). Anyhow, Dog will try to stay right on her tail and be close enough to hit her again, listening to her sounds of movement if she gets out of sight. Can he tell which way she turned since he was right next to her? If so he will make two warhammer attacks.

Bulwark, Dog, and Martin charge into the library where Garielle is positioning herself to surprise the next person to come in. She grabs at Bulwark after he charges past Dog.
Grab 26
Bulwark ignores her attempt and slams his maul into her with such ferocity that she nearly crumples to the ground.
Then Dog arrives. In a single, crushing blow, he smashes the vampire in the temple and she bursts into mist that quickly fills the west side of the library.
(Garielle is not yet destroyed, so Gash and Althus are still under her sway. Martin, Gash, and Althus are up.)
Can Dog see where the mist goes? If so he will point, and regardless he will say, "another trick!" and look to his companions for help. Is Althus near us?

On crit against the vampire, then. Martin is up and Bulwark gets an action still.
Martin’s grapple escape was his action. He moves away, past Dog if he can. That’s his turn then

Oh, right. Sorry. It's been a hectic morning. Moving that far will trigger an AoO, though.
That’s okay. The attack is at disadvantage due to Martin’s ranger feature Defensive Tactics - Escape the Horde

Wow you're making me feel bad for evil bat clouds!

Tock, seeing nobody is following them, will take a shot at Gash, then try to stabilize him and leave him resting in a bush.
Attack: 27 Damage: 6
Medicine check: 19
And then he'll head back towards the house to see what else has transpired and if anyone else is trying to get to Nev.
.. or not as the shot misses.

Martin should be able to tell exactly where she is if she’s within 60 feet. So Martin will move and call out where she is to Dog

(We aren't doing full on street chase rules yet. She just moved and moved, basically.)
It isn't a mystery for long as Dog and then Martin both chase Garielle into the library (you both may make attacks.)
Bulwark follows, attacking furiously if he gets in range.
Attack: 19 Damage: 13
Attack: 26 Damage: 25
Attack: 22 Damage: 15
Got it! Dog's attacks, rolled with advantage if he can flank her, but no worries if not:
Attack: 29 Damage: 16
Extra Attack: 27 Damage: 8

Grab 26

Garielle, desperation in her eyes, bites at Bulwark, trying to draw some life, any amount of, away from him into herself.
Bite Attack: 11 Damage: 5
