Both Dog and Tock notice a large group of undead about to enter the plaza from the north. Tock estimates about a dozen, although one of them is decidedly different from the rest, walking as if a shepherd rather than shambling with the rest.
The two zombies are almost precisely 10 feet apart, so the moonbeam just falls on the left and right halves of each and begins singeing the skin and hair of the undead.
"Tock do you hear that?" a slightly more nervous Dog asks, looking briefly away from the zombie he's carving. "Another group coming, a bit bigger than this one? I think I see them to the north. Keyrie, can that moonbeam move north? I don't know if this is just more corpses or if we'll find out if they're being coordinated, but has anyone thought about a safe route to escape?"
Dog thinks about the different entrances to the square and if there are any that would serve as good chokepoints etc.

Lucien again casts Toll the Dead, this time on Z14 for 4 damage on a WIS(14) check failure.

Part of the zombie's face and neck wither into dust but it continues to attack (3) Lucien's duplicate. It swings at (12) the duplicate rather than a mirror this time. It's decaying arms swing through space, accomplishing nothing.

Z14 turns into a blazing white bonfire as the moonbeam scorches its undead flesh.
Z11 disintegrates in a white flame under the power of Keyrie's moonbeam spell.
10 new zombies arrive in the plaza, shuffling forward under the guidance of a woman wearing stretch, shriveled skin. Her hair is dry and stringy and she has covered much of her body in crimson robes. "Greetings,Neventi," she says with a dry croak. "Mother ofGentoa, chosen mate of Milil." She prods a zombie to change directions towards the party. "I am sorry we must meet under these circumstances. There was no other way to greet you and guarantee that your path would continue. I, at least, am pleased to meet you in the flesh, as it were. I know my flock would have liked to be aware of this meeting as well. We are here to bid you greetings and to send you on your way."

(Also what do we know of what lays beyond the north, south, east, and west entrances to the square? Did we come in the west entrance on the path from the bridge?)
Z13 and Z9 sizzle in a white flame, each falling into a burned heap. Keyrie's bullet strikes Z14, knocking its jaw askew.

Lucien moves his duplicate to the statue and then casts Toll the Dead on Z12 for 11 damage on a WIS(14) check failure.

The zombie is unaffected by Lucien's spell, ignore it entirely as it strikes at Dog.

Z14 and Z11 both strike at Lucien.
Z14 attacks (7) a mirror image: Attack: 4 Damage: 4 The mirror image evades the zombie's efforts.
Z11 strikes at (9) another mirror image. Attack: 8 Damage: 5. This mirror image also evades, leaving the Lucien gang intact.

Tock peeks around from the right side of the statue and takes a shot at the talking figure (assuming being hidden from her/him/it):

He then pulls back and moves slightly to the other side of the statue and hides (14), hoping to have advantage in the next round as well.

Tock's bolt strikes true but the woman barely registers the impact of it. She pulls it out and tosses it aside, along with a chunk of her own flesh.
Neventi, speaking over a fussing Genny, says to Tock, "I have no idea who that is!"
Gash can only see an oncoming horde of undead, led by a woman that must herself be undead. Her intent is completely unclear.
