 I could be reading it wrong but I didn't think exhaustion affected attack rolls and frenzied attacks are independent of rage. 

(I think you mean reckless attacks, and yeah, it looks like they do not depend on rage. I guess just make sure to state that you are attacking recklessly so I can follow!)

Lucien darts south, provoking the zombie to attack him.

Gash keeps running south and shoots another fire bolt at z20

Z20 is down, but you missed whoever you fired at anyway. :)

Z21 swings at Dog. Attack: 12 Damage: 3

The rest move, converging on whomever is closest.

Feytok will move south but hold his action, staying to cover the others escaping. I'll attack any hostile in range if they get close enough. 

Keyrie will trot over to Nev, and kneel down offering to give a ride.

Gash takes out his dagger "Alright you undead creep, how about I show you how I got my name?! FRIEND GET HIM!"

Dagger Attack: 23 Damage: 4

Friend buzzes around the z19 and allows Gash to find an opening.

Gash then uses nimble escape as a bonus action to disengage with Z19 and move south his whole movement. Friend uses flyby to stick close to Gash

Tock would like to be a bit quicker than Gash and take a shot at Z19 before Gash nimbly escapes it :)

(No problem!)

Tock's bolt strikes Z19 as Gash is pulling his dagger from the zombie's leg. A little ways south, Feytok takes a position in front of his charges while Keyrie trots up, accepting Nev and Gentoa as riders.

(Dog and Lucien are up!)

Dog, realizing that if he tries to disengage from the attacking zombies, he will just lead them right to his friends, decides to hold his ground and grind them into rotten disgusting hamburger meat.

Longsword green flame blade: Attack: 20 Damage: 5

(Targeting whichever is more damaged-seeming, and the gfb 2 damage goes to the other)

Dog's flaming blade slashes through Z21, spilling fire onto Z22, but both remain standing.

(Lucien is up.)

Lucien will cast Toll the Dead on Z23 as he continues to run south.

Meanwhile, Z21 and Z22 both take a swipe at Dog.

The other zombies shamble on towards Gash and Lucien.

Gash then disengages and runs his full movement toward feytok

Tock notices Dog being stupid and takes a shot at Z21 this round instead (with disadvantage due to range)
