(Don’t let him boss you around MD! Make him persuade each horse and the salesperson and their spouse lol. Oh the other horses are probably fine. Maybe I’ll check in with Keyrie and Stones to see)
”hey everyone Dog is out horse shopping he said Nev is well rested and safe. Though she lost her memories. Maybe she’ll be happy to see me now!” Gash then leads everyone to Nevs place.

In his new form, Dog replies to ol' Whistle in a squeaky voice, "Heard you have horses you're trying to sell? I might be in the market. Well, my employer is. How much would you take for each of these out front? And do you know of someplace that would have a cart for sale?"
"All of 'em? The mules too?" ol' Whistle says. The reason for his name becomes apparent speaking the s in mules. He narrows his eyes at Dog. "Why do y'want 'em? I rescued each and every one of these from certain death."
"It's for a long journey, so if any of them aren't up for that, then we aren't interested. We promise to take care of them and would never forget about them."
"That...last part is a little odd," he says slowly. "But I believe ya. I won't be selling 'em for meat, y'hear? It is..."
Ol' Whistle calculates in his head, using fingers occasionally to get all the way there. "...170 gold for the lot of them. And no, I don't have a cart. You'll have to look elsewhere for that. I rescue horses and mules. And one time a camel. That's it."
Dog nods, and says, "That seems reasonable. I can't really take them right now, but what time do you get up in the morning? I'll be back with my employer to purchase either the lot of them, or most of them. Thank you."
He makes his goodbyes and heads back to Nev's to meet up with the others, happy to have a lead on horses. He tells the group about the one pony (Genny?) two mules (Tock and Gash?) a riding horse (Nev?) and a draft horse (for either Dog, Althus, or Martin -- I don't actually know what a simic hybrid or wildhunt shifter... looks like? how big are they? what horse would they require? sorry!). They now need two more horses for larger folk, or more than than that if those don't work for someone.
Edit: Ha! Wasn't thinking a horse could carry Bulwark, and we'd need a cart for him? Don't know how much magical robots weigh...
Ol' Whistle bids Dog farewell. "If you found me, then you know I keep odd hours. I might be dead to the world or I might be off rescuing a horse from some bastard or spoiled brat. You just gotta try me until you find me."
(For reference: mules can carry 420 lbs, ponies can carry 225 lbs, riding horses can carry 480 lbs, draft horses can carry 540 lbs, and warhorses can carry 540lbs. That includes rider + gear.)
(Have we all met up back at Nev's? Also edited my post to add a line about Bulwark... assume he'd need a cart so wasn't including him in the rider carrying capacity...)
Neventi is busy packing her things while the party congregates outside the Wheat and Mane. It is close to 10 at night now. In just a couple of days, they have reunited Gentoa with her mother, faced down their kidnappers, received a divine message, witnessed an assassination, navigated a vague and confusing account of the Accords, committed a burglary, and killed an assassin. What could possibly be next?
Gash would greet Nev and introduce her to their new friends she hadn’t met since Dog gave him a heads up about her memory. He keeps discussion light but mentions that they will be traveling with them tomorrow. Gash also will get a couple rooms for everyone at the wheat and mane assuming there isn’t enough space in Nevs for all these people.
all in all Gash is ready to retire early. Finish scribing his spells and maybe send out a sending spell to Keyrie and Stones.

(Do we now have rooms at the Wheat and Mane, the inn above that tavern we were drinking at, and then Dog also has the fancy room in the inn where Axonia was staying? What a day!)
Dog approaches the group, still looking like a red-headed tall gangly human youth, wearing a fancy, and very loud-colored jerkin. He's ham-handedly juggling a few stones in a pattern the circus performers in the group will recognize, and he's humming the opening number to the usual routine at Karbet Crowley's circus (BLAST FROM THE PAST/MARCH). He pretends not to know the assembled misfits, thinking to himself, "we were a group of misfits in the circus, and found a new purpose doing more odd things, and found more misfits -- somehow it all fits together."
He'll finally speak to them in Dog's voice, trying to surprise them, and shifting back to his goliath frame. He asks how the rendezvous with the assassin went, and corrals everyone into the parlor of the inn, or the bar if there's still one operating. If there's a bartender, he'll order a round for everyone, and if not, he'll grab the bag of holding from Gash and pull out a cask of wine and a cask of beer they got in the Merxina cavern. He tells them about the horses, and fills them in on Nev seemingly having reset to when they first arrived in Masa and suffering from some kind of shirt-term memory loss. "We'll still have to head out in the morning. This Whistle fellow seems to have almost enough horses for all of us, for cheap. We'll need a cart and another riding horse or draft horse. Hopefully we can get that sorted easily. We have to see if breaking the curse on that amulet is possible, maybe when Nev's not looking, or napping, and with some of us ready to jump in to heal her if whatever happened before happens again. But we've been talking about that for weeks, or is it two days? Let's raise a glass to surviving all this insanity, and welcome Martin and Althus into the fold! Fellas, what questions can we answer for you? Feel like going on a trip with us?"
Dog will tell them anything they want to know, before eventually falling asleep at the bar/in the parlor.
Martin is actually going to go and park it outside Axonia and Viviora's rooms, finding a place to try and rest with his back against a wall, sorta' "one-eye-open" resting. If I don't get a full rest out of this, that's okay.

There is no way the inn's security will let Martin sleep in the hallway of one of the fanciest inns in Masa.
"I'm sorry, sir, but the parlor will not hold this large of a party, especially without any guests of the inn present. May I recommend The Trader's Break two blocks over for your meeting place?"

(Don't forget Bulwark!)
(Althus is a big boy, he probably weighs a bit more than a standard knight in splint, due to the lobster claws.)

(Eyeballing it, Althus is about 300 lbs total with his gear. So anything but a pony)
(Have we all met up back at Nev's? Also edited my post to add a line about Bulwark... assume he'd need a cart so wasn't including him in the rider carrying capacity...)
(I believe a draft or a warhorse can carry him? And yes, barring any parting words to Axonia or Viviora, the party is back at the Wheat and Mane.)
