Dog uses his reaction for stone's endurance, reducing the damage from the maul attack by 12
He pivots back to the animal/man/thing with a feral grin and roars, his warhammer arcing down at him with a similar green flame arcing between it and (I believe the creepy harpoon arm guy is within 5 feet?) someone else adjacent:
Attack: 25 Damage: 8 plus 2 fire damage to him, plus 7 to the other guy

The woman was behind him and an animal humanoid was in front. The woman just died.
Oh, and the monstrosity is to his left.
Althus moves outside the carriage, moving to get within 30 ft of Neventi before casting Sanctuary on her as well, "Neventi! You stay safe as well!"
He then goes back inside, still dodging in case anyone wishes to assail them.

(Just now recalled - Tock has Uncanny Dodge - he's going to halve the damage he took from the readied multiattack from 12 to 6)
Thanks. This battle is already running circles around me. I'll need these little reminders.

That monstrosity just so kindly pulled Bulwark right toward it, how could he not repay the favour with two reckless swings of his maul in its face?

Attack: 11 Damage: 16
And then a Bonus Action: Second Wind for some extra health: 4
Bulwark DEX(16) save for black tentacles: 18
Bulwark continues to dodge the black tentacles as he swings recklessly at the monstrosity. One blow lands but the other thuds dully against its thick hide.
The monstrosity begins a low, quiet keening that pierces the minds of Dog and Bulwark.
"Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaase," it wails.
Bulwark WIS(15) check: 10
Dog WIS(15) check: 12
Dog suffers 13 psychic damage.
The monstrosity lashes out with another harpoon arm at (4) the giant goat.
Harpoon arm Attack: 22 Damage: 22
The goat is dragged into the black tentacles after the harpoon pierces all the way through the goat's abdomen, not quite killing it.
Goat DEX(16) save: 12
The monstrosity wails as the goat dies with a surprised bleat and disappears.
One of the animal/men (WB3) swings its maul at Dog, then tries to gore it with its tusks.
Maul Attack: 8 Damage: 8
Gore Attack: 13 Damage: 14
The foe misses Dog with both attacks. WB2 tries to fight its way out of the tentacles. STR(16) check: 9. Subtract 3 for Bane. It does not break free.
