Bunch of stuff..
Above the map you said WB3 died before he could swing at Dog.. I believe that was WB2 that died and WB3 still took his swing and bite against Tock?
Tock got hit last round, so concentration check for Bless: 14
So this round Dog, Martin, Althus and Gash still have Bless active, which means Dog saved against the wail of the monstrosity (he was just one short, so it's definitely success). Don't think it affect anything else though.
Tockdoesn't have his reaction yet, so he takes the full 24 damage.
And two concentration checks for maintaining Bless, both DC 10:
19, 17
So now he can actually take his turn :)
Tockisn't happy about being hit and bit, so he's going to cast Mirror Image.
(I believe it's Martin next to the carriage and Tock?)
Tocktells him, "Shoot him in the eye!", using Master of Tactics and granting advantage on the first attack Martin takes against WB3.

Tock is battling WB1. Sorry if I have gotten confused. Good call on Bless.
Trying to ascend out of the tentacle field with his boots proves too much of a distraction and Dog gets grabbed. He turns his attention to the monstrosity (think it's in his range still).
Green flame blade warhammer attack: 31 Damage: 15, fire damage2 to yellow diamond, 7 fire damage to purple diamond Bonus Attack: 27 Damage: 11
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dog takes 11 bludgeoning damage from the tentacles.
Critical hit table roll: 77
Dog:
You gain advantage on all attacks against your target (the monstrosity) until the end of your next turn.
Dog is too slow in rising out of reach of the tentacles (and is now restrained) but he does not let that distract him. He presses the attack against the monstrosity, hitting it twice with powerful blows.
(In terms of order, Bulwark will try to go after Gash, in case he drops his concentration on the tentacles.)
I don't mind doing this but, for future reference, it's probably safer to spoiler it so as the results of your rolls will not affect the choices of player who hasn't gone yet. Although, if you RP your character yelling out strategies to each other I'd be more likely to let that slide. ;)
Seeing Dog caught up in the tentacles. Gash waves his hand and the Black Tentacles recede into the ground. Thinking on his feet about what to do Gash remembers the time he spent learning new spells.
"Make these monsters GLOW!" Gash casts Faerie Fire lighting up the area in front of Dog and Bulwark with bright green light trying to stain the two foes.
Dex Save DC: 16
Gash then looks around and sees Tock fighting, he darts south using his movement to try and pinch the purple diamond between himself and Tock

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
(In terms of order, Bulwark will try to go after Gash, in case he drops his concentration on the tentacles.)

(Ah well, only said it because Fizz said he was going to be doing so.)

Both the monstrosity and the remaining animal/man begin to glow with Gash's spell.
With Bulwark's two solid blows, the monstrosity wails again. "Whhyyyy?" it says in a shrill and piercing tone. "Don't goooooo."
WIS(15) checks or suffer 11 psychic damage:
Dog: 14 Bulwark: 6
TL throws out its free harpoon arm at (3) Neventi!
Harpoon arm Attack: 21 Damage: 26
The harpoon pierces straight through Neventi's abdomen. It does not put her down, through. TL then sends a psychic shock down one arm to (1) Neventi as he reels her in to him. The psychic shock knocks her out and the monstrosity wails as she goes limp.
Critical hit roll: 57 (Neventi is disarmed. her lute is kicked away.)
WB2 backs up about 5 feet and then charges at Dog with a goring attack. He follows this with a swing from his maul.
Goring tusk Attack: 24 Damage: 15
(If this hits, Dog's STR(13) check or fall prone: 22)
Maul Attack: 20 Damage: 8
WB1 similarly attacks Tock again, though without the charge.
Goring tusk Attack: 25 Damage: 14
Maul Attack: 20 Damage: 10
Critical hit roll: 53 (Tock's weapon or focus is kicked out of his hand!)
Dog heals himself 16 HP. Dog, Althus, Martin, and Tock are all up.
Dog sees the monstrosity targeting and hitting Nev and roars. His hammer rises and falls in a frenzy, burning his action surge to end this horror (green flame blade first).
GFB Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. 5 fire damage, 7 fire damage to the other baddie Bonus Action Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Action Surge Attack: 28 Damage: 8 Extra AS Attack: 26 Damage: 11

Can Dog fly up 5 feet and stay in melee range of the baddies and be out of range of the tentacles, and still be able to attack?
I'm going to say yes, but Dog does still need to make a DEX(16) check at the start of his turn before he does anything else.
Tock is battling WB1. Sorry if I have gotten confused. Good call on Bless.
Dog DEX 7
(Welp, looks like he ran out of luck)

Althus is up!
And since Gash and Bulwark follow Althus, I'll say they can go now too.
Althus simply waits in the cart, locked down protecting Gentoa.
(In terms of order, Bulwark will try to go after Gash, in case he drops his concentration on the tentacles.)
Another two reckless swings against the monstrosity.
Attack: 21 Damage: 12
Attack: 24 Damage: 16
(Those should have an extra 1 damage each, my maul's +1 wasn't being added.)

Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Meant to use my bonus action for second wind to regain 16 hp during my turn (but realizing I'm too late, so this will work for the next turn).
(Ah well, only said it because Fizz said he was going to be doing so.)
WB2 DEX(16): 3
TL DEX(16): 13

Dog heals himself 16 HP. Dog, Althus, Martin, and Tock are all up.
Martin moves the healing spirit to Neventi, and fires twice at the beast man (WB1) trying time eat Tock with shots aimed for its head (sharpshooter)
Attack: 26 Damage: 24
Attack: 15 Damage: 21
forgot bless 3 3 added to attack rolls respectively
Paladin - warforged - orange
Neventi regains 3 HP.
Two solid shots thunk into the chest of the beast/man but it is a sturdy creature and does not fall.
Dog sees the monstrosity targeting and hitting Nev and roars. His hammer rises and falls in a frenzy, burning his action surge to end this horror (green flame blade first).
GFB Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. 5 fire damage, 7 fire damage to the other baddie
Bonus Action Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Action Surge Attack: 28 Damage: 8
Extra AS Attack: 26 Damage: 11
(MD if I messed that up somehow, let me know, but I think our nerdy goliath warrior just did 82 points of damage in one turn.)
