The stairwell is actually going down. Is everyone going to follow Eldon?

Urgog looks back at Kestrell after hearing Eldon. "Are you going to follow them?" He turns and looks around the room for something to gather the bones of the children in, deciding to try and lay them to rest by burying them as soon as he can. He gathers the makeshift bag of bones and ties it to his belt.

"Yes, let us go, quickly!  We don't want to be alone in here.  I think burying them is a good idea, by the way."

Urgog will follow Kestrell out of the room and move to where he heard Eldon and Cinna. Once in the room he will pause to let Kestrell go first down the revealed stairs. Urgog pauses again before entering the stairs. He steps back out in the room to see if if it looks like all the rooms have been checked.

Perception: 15

Urgog recalls glimpsing into each of the rooms. He didn't see anything note-worthy from the spare bedrooms, but within the storage room, he'd spot something near an iron stove, underneath one of the sheets. He's able to see a wooden trunk that is ajar.

Urgog moves into the storage room and spots the chest. He moves closer but pauses before touching the trunk. Staying back, he takes the end of his glaive and gingerly lifts the sheets back so he can get a good look at the trunk. Noticing it is ajar, he is still wary and tries to open it with the glaives, standing sorta at an angle to the trunk and flips the lid back.

Meanwhile, Zed has managed to catch up just in time to see Urgog begin to open the chest.

"What have you found there, Urgog?"

Kestrell notices Urgog has moved into a room.

"Urgog!  Urgog, where are you?" He cries in a frightened voice.

Urgog flips the trunk wide open, to bare upon the skeletal remains of a woman. Partially wrapped in a bloody blanket, Urgog remembers the specter they fought earlier and notices a resemblance from the clothes on the skeleton.

Urgog can make a Medicine check to see if he can discern the cause of death.

Urgog looks closer at the woman to see if he can figure out what killed her and see if there was anything valuable in the trunk. Using the skills that he gathered over the years of roaming the woods he inspects the bones.

Upon close inspection, Urgog is able to see that her clothing and skeleton appears to have copious amounts of stab wounds. It's safe to assume the nursemaid was stabbed to death. He doesn't find anything else within the trunk.

Urgog looks at the tunic and ponders why people do not clean up after themselves or attempt to hide what they do better and puts the lid back on the trunk. He turns and walks over to the stairs and looks at the space going down into the dark. He grumbles about small spaces and pulls a torch from his backpack. Using the tinderbox he lights the torch. He places the tinderbox back in his pack, gathers his glaive in his right hand and hold the torch in his left hand. Turning so his right shoulder if forward he edges into the hidden stairs and follows after Eldon, Cinna and Kestrell.

Urgog looks back at Zed and explains what he found. "Body in the trunk wearing clothing like the ghost we saw earlier. Looks like she was stabbed alot and hid in the trunk." Holds the makeshift bag that is ties to his belt out alittle. "Bones of some small children. Figured I would bury or lay to rest somewhere when I get the chance." Looks back at Kestrell. "I did not leave you, small one, I was looking around before going in this cramped place."

Zed notices that Kestrell is acting rather odd. He eyes him curiously attempting to recollect his past actions.

"What's wrong with this one?" Zed asks Urgog.

Insight: 12

Zed would assume that Kestrell has been possessed as the drastic change in his personality is quite evident. Zed would also think that Kestrell's horn is for compensation for his smaller horn.

Urgog glances at Zed, "This one has a ghost possessing him. So far it does not seem to be harmful, just the .... oddness and child like demeanor." He looks past Zed. "Where is the bird?"

"Seems this one has been possessed. Should I put him out of his misery?"  Zed asks to the party.

Urgog glances towards Eldon then back at Zed, "That one is possessed as well per the Lady Cinna. They do not seem harmful and could prove useful still." Looks back at Kestrell, "Maybe."

Kestrell runs and hides behind Cinna.

"Don't hurt him!" Cinna turns to Kestrell. "Who am I talking to? Are you Kestrell or the boy that lived in the house?"
