Lusith & Nicholas search the area, the area is filled with the rat eaten remains of cloth and leather. However, no secreted devices or entrances are found.
Denethir peers down the well after Lyle, then straightens up and beckons his sprite to follow the halfling down. It turns invisible as it zips past Lyle's head.
Sprite heading down the well again, looking in particular for anything rope-like that could be used to help everyone descend.
Despite his efforts to climb down the stones are simply too slippery to get a good gripe. With a cry, Lusith slips from the rocks and into the river below. With a gurgle, the river pulls him under and Nicholas sees his hand disappear and the river carries him under and away to the east-southeast.
Lusith
OCC: You have "luck", but since that is only 3 out of 4 misses...
The swift water continues to carry you away, and you are only able to occasionally gasp a breath of air in the small space between the water and the tunnel's ceiling. Quickly, you taste salt water on your lips as the force of the water ejects you into the open sea. Swimming to the surface, you find yourself alone in a rocky lagoon.
"Curses!" The half-elf cries out as Lusith disappears under the water, and he commands his sprite to quickly head down towards the water, to see if it can see him, and/or follow him ESE.
The sprite can go down as far as the water, but in order to follow, it would need to be able to swim. The water, the Sprite is able to report, is very fast, and there is no sign of Lusith.
Lyle
Warned by Lusith's misadventure, you are able to save yourself when slip attempting to climb down. With the water, inches below your feet, there is no sign of Lusith, but you can tell that the water is rushing by quickly. The underground river is natural, and thanks to all of the rain is running fast and filling the tunnel here.
Hearing (now) multiple splashes from the well, Eurim rushes over and stares down into the darkness. "Lyle!" he shouts, not seeing or hearing a response. He looks around at the remaining party members. "If we stay, we probably die. If we dive, we don't know where we will end up. Speak your peace now, or find another option. If not, we're going in. Better fish than orc-food."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Denethir
"There's nothing else up here, we've checked..." The half-elf looks nervous as he eyes the fast-moving water, and then looks round the rest of the group. "See you on the other side, metaphorically and/or literally..." With that, he gives a weak smile, dismisses his sprite, who vanishes with a snap of Denethir's fingers, and starts to descend the slippery walls of the well.
Melisana looks at the party, "We must be missing something, where is the King and Queen's bodies. But if we must to save our companions, then so be it...."
OCC: We'll your not all dead yet... And you are close...
As you jump into the water, the current quickly pulls you under and through the tube. You tumble quickly as the river, swollen from the rains moves you along. Struggling, you are able to occasionally gasp a breath of fresh air. Enough, so that when you are ejected into the ocean's salt water a few minutes later you are still able to breath. Though your weapons weigh you down, you are able to surface.
You find yourselves in a secluded cove, surrounded by a steep rocky coast. To the southeast, there is a small passage leading out to the sea. To the west, for about 30 ft. the climb up would be an almost vertical climb, with no visible shore, and to the east, the land rises from the sea only a mere 10 ft. to hide the cove and create a breakwater. The rest of the shore boasts a small rocky shore, before climbing steeply about 40 ft.
The sun is now halfway between the its zenith and sunset, leaving you little time to find a way off the island.

I assume you mean strength saving throws or athletics checks, since they’re different.
