(Okay! Collectively in our various DMs, we've had a scene that amounts to the main duo of ghostbusters deciding that they need a little help, and the four of you (plus Fiorello) have been drafted to take down this new ghostly menace. You all received some ghost-hunting goodies from Miles and Ruhi: )

Tony, your 8-year-old body now sports a slick, baby blue ghostbusters T-shirt! You also have a plutonium-empowered Nintendo powerglove that allows you to smack ghosts right in the face. It crackles with purple electricity and looks EXACTLY as cool as a certain 5-year-old Aveiro thought it would look...

Amaruve, you've been blessed with a proton pack and blaster! It's Ruhi's latest model: lightweight and powerful. An important note: she seems to be edging farther away from you now that you're wearing it... it might be a good idea to keep it from getting knocked around too much...

Fiorello, you have some ghosty powers to try out as soon as the opportunity arises...

Perspicacious, your axe remains super-charged thanks to Station's tinkering. Ruhi has also provided you with a ghost trap with 6 cartridges. You'll need to swap out each "hot" cartridge for a fresh one after you catch each ghost (if you ever get that far...)

Jean, you've just been showered with presents. Ruhi did a bit of jury-rigging on your camera, which now doubles as a ghost visor (allowing you to see invisible ghosties). You also have Leonardo's gift, as well as a handheld canister of ghost-mace. The mace only has two charges, though, so use it sparingly...

Standing at the side of the Ecto-3 (or whatever it was...) Ruhi pours over an electrnic console that shows an aerial map of Brooklyn. She smacks the screen, but there are no pings that would indicate a positive PKE reading. Miles smokes his cigar, apparently unconcernedly, at the broken window. Glass swept and glazier called, he now leans against the wall and stares down the occasional looky-loo.

"I am just out of ideas," says a vexed Ruhi. "I have absolutely no idea where to go with this one. Adelaide, are you sure there have been no calls?" The receptionist merely shakes her head, then gets back to her magazine. "Fine. What about you, Rookie?" she asks Ted/Perspicacious. "You had some quick thinking there with your guitar. Did that scrap of paper you were reading give you any more clever insight?" She gives Ted a shrewd look.

Amaruve hangs Patrick's coat on a hook by the door and straps the pack onto his back. He ponders the costs associated with this publicity stunt, the potential to improve their further, and the expected return on the investment. (Brains, Accounting/finance: 13(4))

It's time to get airborne. Patrick pulls out his sleek mobile phone, (The thing only weighed about four pounds, really remarkable,) and made a call. (Moves, I got a guy: 10(5))

"Oh, right!" says Ted. Inwardly Perspicacious rolls her eyes. She much prefers the leaps where she has more autonomy. Ted pulls out the scrap of paper, "It says, strange things are afoot at the arcade! Also, those horse dudes hate it when you shred on them. Awesome!" He pauses reading here to play air guitar, even though he has a real guitar on his back. Again, the strange other worldly electric guitar riff plays. Ted continues oblivious, "There's also something about a crazy scary big dude. Whoah." Ted puts the paper away and nods and grins at everyone, then adds, "That's the end. Thanks, future Ted!"

There are too many unknowns, Pat. You just don't have a handle on how you're going to spin this one. Donning the proton pack is a great way to blast out some of your... baser impulses... but if you can't turn a profit on this little venture soon, you're busted. 

The comically long antennae of the mobile phone swings about wildly as you attempt to contact your helicopter pilot. Unfortunately, you seem to be outside of the 10ftx10ft part of the city that offers good reception, because the call doesn't go through. In fact, as you smack it in futility, the rechargeable batteries give up the ghost. You can take the phone with you, but you'll need to find an outlet!

Fiorello! You've been watching this scene play out from the rafters. However, when Ruhi pulls down that dusty old tome, it nearly glows with power to your eyes... Tobin's Spirit Guide... She walks away to do some other sciencey stuff, leaving the artifact completely unattended. The cleric in you would never just steal someone's property, but the ROCKER in you wants to check out that badass book... You're overcome by Ty Rockasaurus and his insatiable need to make your life one THOUSAND percent more radical! 

Use one of your ghost powers (specifically, dematerialize) and "STEAL THAT BOOK, MY BIRD DUDE!" 

Tony takes in a big puff of the one of many candy cigarettes that Jason won at the arcade, “See, funny thing about that. I think I got an idea of exactly where in this city we can find this ‘devil’s arcade.’” Pause to look into the camera (not Jean’s), then back to the group, “At least, that’s what this kid’s body is telling me. Seems he’s pretty good at these types of games.”

Vidya Games: 7 and Ghost: 6

While the thought to relieve someone of their property would normally not cross Fiorello's mind, he feels drawn somehow by Wrecks whimsical, prying nature... he feels his head start rocking as the sounds of metal fill the air... it's the angel or the beast, and the answer lies between both good and bad... and the phantom spirit reaches out to bring the book into its plane. (dematerialize book: 14 +6)

(Okay! I thought you might go for 'Holy Diver', but Ty Rockasaurus pulls out a comparatively mellow ballad from Dio's catalogue. Nice cut, though!)

Ted, you also hear the pull of 'The Last in Line' tugging at your heart strings. Ty Rockasaurus is rockin' again, and his spirit can't be contained! 

Fiorello, visible to you all as a wispy green spirit (but apparently invisible to Ruhi and Miles) floats over to Tobin's Spirit Guide. Ruhi's PKE meter on the desk begins to beep and spin, but Ruhi is apparently too engrossed in her map of the city to pay it any mind. Undisturbed in his ghosting, Fiorello holds out a wing and the dusty old tome shudders. A pale green ripple passes through it, and it sublimates into an ethereal form. 

(Congrats, Fiorello! You've obtained Tobin's Spirit Guide! I'll fill you in on the details in a DM! You also did a crime, which isn't very cleric-y of you... But that's a shame for another day!)

 Ruhi's green eyes flash as she whoops excitedly. "That's fantastic! Keep this up, kid, and we'll make a ghostbuster out of you, yet! You coming, Major?" she asks Miles. 

The military man puts out his cigar on the window frame (earning a glower from Adelaide) and grunts as he opens the driver's side of the Ecto-3. "Alright, you lot; everybody scuttle in, then. We're goin' on a bonafide ghost hunt."

The four of you do as you're told, squishing tightly into the 3-passenger back seat (the trunk is cram-jammed full of electronics and equipment... and electronic equipment). Tony, I have to assume that you're sitting on Perspicacious' lap. I also assume that Patrick/Amaruve insists on sitting shotgun, which puts Ted/Perspicacious/Jason/Tony on driver's side rear, April/Jean on passenger rear, Patrick/Amaruve shotgun, and Fiorello... flying above the car, I guess? 

Ruhi is middle rear and Miles is driving. 

(I wonder why positions are important here?)

Ruhi turns to address Jason as Miles pulls out onto Avenue J. "Okay, kid- what intersection are we heading to? We're staying in Brooklyn, right?"

“Probably!”

Tony will then give directions via his tiny child brain.
