Well they all go at the same time, what I meant before is that I normally wait to post the monster's moves until after all the PCs have gone, but I didn't feel like waiting this time. Even if you had killed them, because you go at the same time, they still would have got their action in.

As Susan's bats barely live, She shouts at the Kobold attacking them. STOP IT! Die! Her bats bite at the Kobold Shield they are fighting, as Susan shoots at it.

I'm showing the bats have taken 10, 8, and 6 damage, which is more than their maximum hit points. They were eliminated in the 1st round. We can change the second roll to one of Susan's attacks, which is still a miss. The first attack does land however.

Niver is going to take on half-ogre 2.

Anastasia tosses a Fireball in space H10, which I believe should hit Shield 2 and 4, as well as Sorcerers 1,6, and 5 but not any of my allies.

Shield 2: 12 - Result: 20 Fire Damage

Shield 4: 14 - Result: 20 Fire Damage and melts into a puddle of kobold

Sorcerer 1: 3 - Result: 20 Fire Damage

Sorcerer 5: 17 - Result: 10 Fire Damage

Sorcerer 6: 22 - Result: 20 Fire Damage and is left as a black pile of soot on the ground.
