Seth will run over to the cart and with Xan's help, attempt to push it.

Khan will push the wheelbarrow as well - 5

"Seth pushes the wheelbarrow, there's still some ground to cover, but not impossible with one more push!"

Lith will dash to try to catch up to the wheelbarrow

Jennwyn will dash as well.

"Khan makes another push, which is surprisingly one of the strongest pushes we've seen thus far! The little pink goblin pushes the wheelbarrow past the final incline dropping the wheelbarrow down to its final position!"

As actions, you can now attempt to untie the bags, once all three bags are unlocked (and ONLY when all three bags are unlocked) you can then as an action unlock one of the three locks with the keys. Once all three locks have been unlocked you can begin working on the puzzle.

Anastasia, if Stolas is going to help with any of this, please explain his actions specifically. Stolas is the last to go in this round and then we're back to the top.

Stolas will help by pulling on the rope with his talons.

Stolas unties one of the bags.

Update: 

VELUTHE has cleared the wheelbarrow obstacle and is now working on their keys, having 1/3 bags untied.

IKLIDA is nearing the end of their wheelbarrow incline and then can begin working on their bags.

 INITIATIVE - Round 7:

1. Torinn - Pushes the wheelbarrow past the final incline.
2. Niver - blessed by Amunet. Unties the 1st bag.
3. Anastasia - Fails to untie a bag.
4. Kurot - Fails to untie a bag.
5. Xan - Unties a bag and helps Seth.
6. Stripes - Unties the 2nd bag.
7. Seth - Unties the final bag.
8. Amunet - Concentrating on bless on Toxic, Niver, Stonetree, and LeShanna. Unties the final bag.
9. LeShanna - blessed by Amunet. Casts haste on herself and unlocks the 1st lock.
10. Lith - Unlocks the 1st lock.
11. Toxic - blessed by Amunet. Unlocks the 2nd lock.
12. Jennwyn - Unlocks the 2nd lock.
13. Khan - Unlocks the 3rd lock.
14. Stonetree - blessed by Amunet.

Torinn pushes the wheelbarrow over the last incline. IKLIDA can now begin untying their bags.

Stripes will attempt to untie one of the bags - Sleight of Hand: 17

Xan will attempt to untie one of the bags and bonus action help Seth in untying the bags by coaching him through it.

Stripes and Xan both untie one bag.

Seth will quickly go over and try to untie the last bag with Xan's help.

Seth unties the last bag. VELUTHE can now begin to unlock the gate to begin the puzzle.

Anastasia and Kurot go before Xan and Seth, so technically on their turns, the bags are still tied. So if on their turns if they can roll a sleight of hand check to untie the bag, then Xan and Seth can retcon their turns respectively.
